Like the location of the hotel but the power went out with no back up generator and it was pitch black. People got stuck in the elevator and no communication at all. Breakfast was also not great.

The morning breakfast food offered was well presented with a good selection. The front desk staff we spoke with were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed three nights for Thanksgiving weekend, but our room was only cleaned once so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

The thermostat was out of wack. It either blew hit or freezing cold….. no comfortable medium even when we totally turned it off…. It still blew. The boxed tissue was like sandpaper but otherwise it was all lovely

I stayed for 1 night because I attended the Karol G concert at Gillette. The staff went beyond to have me check in early so we can get ready before the concert plus the cleaning staff welcomed us so warmly!. 10/10 the room was clean and smelled so good!

We stayed for 1 night to attend an event at Gillette Stadium. The proximity to the stadium was excellent 15 minute drive. The hotel was extremely clean staff,room,and breakfast was great.

An excellent experience.
The hotel location was very convenient--right off of 95. It was easy to get to the parking for Gillette stadium for the event we were attending. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband said it was the best hotel bed he had slept in. The shower was great. The breakfast the next morning was extensive and delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. An excellent experience. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites in Foxboro, and I would stay there again if we were in need of a hotel.

The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely helpful and pleasant. They offered us water at check-in and a breakfast bag at check out because the beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up to go to breakfast. The Starbucks was next to the hotel! Perfect! Short drive to the Xfinity Center. The location of the hotel made it really easy to get my daughter to the concert early and after all of the crowds and traffic leaving the concert, the beds and pillows were the BEST! I needed that kind of comfort before driving 4 hours back home.

Xfinity was right down the road. Folks at front desk were awesome. In the immediate area was places to eat, get coffee...
When leaving for concert I asked if we had a curfew? Staff laughed and said 3am!

We were there for one night, Everything was great, the only thing I thought was mis-informed was we were told on the website we were 0.7 miles away from Gillette Stadium, but that wasn't the case. Overall though we had a good stay.

Great breakfast! Beds and pillows were super comfy! Front desk and staff were very friendly! Only issue we had upon check-in was the bathroom sink in our room was clogged. The issue was promptly resolved and with housekeeping, we had to let them know our room needed servicing. The housekeeping was also taken care of promptly. Great hotel! Will happily come back when in the area!

Pool was closed
Husband and I took personal days off of work to spend a night with our three kids at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Drove from
Boston to Mansfield , checked in , got settled into room and changed into out swimming gear. We make our way down all for hotel guests to inform us that the pool wasn’t open due to maintenance. Told front desk and they said water was market due to having a busy weekend. I asked for credit , which they couldn’t credit us since we booked through hotels.com. I informed them this was a waste of a trip and they agreed , which was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool . We stayed there and just watched tv.. could have done that at home and save $223. Very disappointed.

The stay was great. My small, only complaint is that the app did not work. The app allowed me to check in, but the cardless key entry did not work. Staff informed me that it was systemwide.

The room was spacious with many conveniences. However, it wasn't cleaned when we arrived. We called the Front Desk, and Housekeeping came immediately. There aren't enough dining options in the area around the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Mr. Banks at the front desk was kind. Along with the manager, I am grateful for their thoughtfulness. I walk with a cane. I made no specifics for the room. They placed me in a room with bedding and shower more accessible. This applies to my stay 4/25-4/26.

Mach (at the front desk) was amazing.
I travel a lot. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Not only were the facilities clean and fresh, but the service was over the top. I don't usually take my time to write a review, but I must point out that Mach (at the front desk) was amazing. I hope they are paying him well because he is a fantastic employee. I have owned my own company for over 25 years. I know how hard it is to find great employees and hold them! You got a great one there! Thank you!

The one thing I would like to point out is that all of th ecustomer service I encountered was truly wonderful, friendly, and customer centric. Kudos to all there, including Mach. Great customer service is essential for the long haul of any business. I would definitely go here to Foxborough Hampton INN & Suites again, and would definitely recommend.

Service was great, breakfast was great, room was comfy and clean. We did use the pool which we wished was warmer. Front desk attendant and the gentleman overseeing the breakfast bar were friendly and patient. Great employees from the customer-side; keep them!
The only suggestion for an overall excellent stay would be to address the tv reception in the room, possibly the cable wire connection? We had poor reception and it was slightly frustrating after a long day and just wanting to relax with tv.

We had a wonderful stay. Had an overnight while in Foxboro for a concert. Everyone was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Room was so clean, modern and comfortable (super clean). The breakfast buffet has everything possible and check out was seamless. Will look to Hampton Inns for future visits. 👍👍👍👍👍
