We stayed at this property for 1 night prior to going on a cruise. The staff were very nice and even explained that we could leave our car in their parking garage while we were on the cruise. As the price was less then the cruise port parking, we decided to leave our car. Also the area appeared to be safe and secure. The hotel was clean and was close to many restaurants and shopping mall across the street. All were within walking distance. Picked up our car after the cruise without any issues. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spotless....we enjoyed the pool...walked to one of the restaurants close by and easy shuttle to airport. Will def make this our go to Tampa airport hotel.

Breakfast was lacking for $18. Property was new and clean. I would forego the large sliding glass door panel on the next one; too cumbersome and lacks privacy.

Wonderful stay. Bar tender was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was perfect for the morning workout. Would definitely stay here again. No issues at All, which is nice when you’re an out of towner.

The staff was amazing! Check in was easy and the staff was accommodating when I needed to check in earlier than the regular check-in time. They provide free transportation to the airport and around the immediate area of the hotel to dine/shop. The restaurants in the area are awesome and they have a Starbucks across the street. My only complaint is that in the beautiful hotel rooms, the air vent blows directly on the bed and You, which does not make it comfortable. I’ve tried to adjust it several times, but it just didn’t work out for my comfort. Friends traveling with us had the same complaint. If they could fix that flaw, it would be perfect!

This property was an excellent choice. Very clean and well kept. Walkable to many shopping and dining locations. The non charge for parking was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Definitely will return in the future.

The hotel was great, however the mattress was way too firm and we didn’t sleep well. Also the shower with no door was weird. Water must always get on the floor!
The refrigerator light stayed on all night and sometimes flickered.

Horrible stay, only positive thing about this hotel was the proximity to the stadium. No key cards for the room available when we arrived, we were told the key would only allow us to enter the room once. no help with bags, no valet was available. In room dining was closed early , housekeeping missed our room so I called the front desk and asked for fresh towels , staff with extreme attitude rudely handed me the worst smelling towels, I could not wait to leave. Unhelpful staff and very careless

Upon 1st interaction with the clerk who checked me in was very pleasant and she was very informative. The room was comfortable and I loved the shower! Outside of the hotel the mall is located across the street and there are many food options in the area as well. I can say when I visit this area of Tampa this will be my go to hotel to stay at!

I was stuck in Tampa because of all the sowthwest cancellation so this was not a planned stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Liz, the girl at the restaurant was so nice and friendly.

Really appreciated the free shuttle from the airport!
I was asking them the best way to walk to the nearby International Plaza with shops and restaurants. They offered to take me in the shuttle & when I was finished I could call them & they would pick me up! Great service!
Excellent location, we attended a Buccaneers game and it was in easy walking distance.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hot water for tea was never more than lukewarm which was disappointing. I tried to make tea 3 times and once it was actually cool. Otherwise our stay was nice, the amenities were nice, great quality Korres toiletries. Modern and sleek.

Overall, it did the job. The aesthetic of the hotel is top notch but if you look close enough you can tell how dirty the place is. Some of our lights in the bathroom was giving out. The room was small.

Shocking - choose AC Marriott at Tampa Intl after calling the hotel saying I had to go to the airport at 4:30 for an early morning flight. “Yes, we have a 24 hour shuttle.” When I check in “Sorry sir, but due to staff shortage there is no shuttle. But we’ll get you an Uber.” I come down to lobby around 4:15. No hotel staff in lobby. I call hotel. No answer. I knock on all doors which may lead to offices. Nothing.

The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. Always so clean, the lobby smelled amazing everyday. Pool was always dead and well kept. We learned that sun hides behind buildings after 3 so to get out there before that. We were close to everything we needed and walking distance from a huge selection of nice restaurants for evenings. I felt super safe in this area and would run in the mornings. We loved our experience here and would recommend all of our friends and family to stay here if visiting Tampa as well.

I love it here !
I loved the ambiance . The young lady that greeted me at the desk upon my arrival was very welcoming and professional !!! The check in process was quick and painless , definitely my new home away from home
