Decent hotel
Check in was wonderful, however the jacuzzi and swimming pool was very dirty… the sauna was ok. Our room was ok. The pull out sofa bed was small. Other than that , the staff were very kind and pleasant.

Great hotel . All you can Breakfast too expensive for what was offered. Pool dirty and jacuzzi had mold all around the top and all over the foam floating on top . Very disappointed not able to enjoy/relax in pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The location was perfect for our visit and the room was beautiful. In fact, the entire property was so well kept and beautiful. I used the pool, the sauna and the whirlpool in the a.m. and my husband used the workout room! The beds were so comfy! We also had a burger and fries for dinner, and ate breakfast at the restaurant. It was an entirely pleasant experience! I couldn't recommend this facility enough! Holiday Inn will be my new go to for stays in my future travels!

The staff was amazing and accomadating. The breakfast at Burger Theory was blah. You could tell it wasnt a fresh cooked breakfast. The food was very "rubbery." But otherwise, it was an awesome hotel.

The room it self was really nice. The hot tube had some dirt in the bubbles. My biggest issue is our room had a connecting door with the room next to us. So the people next to us were being loud till 3am and yelling and talking slamming doors. We had to be up by 7am to make my sons game. We also could hear the people outside around the fire pit screaming and being super loud because they were drunk. I wish the walls were thicker and windows were as well. If they had this it would have been a great stay. Be careful staying here because it is a gamble of if someone will be partying all night next door in another room. You will hear everything.

Thought it was an Express. Charge for breakfast. Small room. Curtain hanging from rod. No coffee refill for day 2. Outside fire pit looked like Ukraine. Hundreds of cigarettes all over. Bad experience for my 89 year old wife.

Housekeeping was terrible. We stayed 5 days and our room was never cleaned. Every day I had to call the front desk for towels. Never got them. Had to find housekeeping myself to get them. 1 day I had to get towels, garbage bags, soap, kleenex, toilet paper myself because the 1 day were going to have them clean our room they told us they were only cleaning rooms that people checked out of that day because there was too many to clean.
The day we checked out I dropped our room keys off at the front desk. The lady at the front desk didn't even look up at me. Just a quick thank you as I was walking out.
This was the 2nd and last time we'll be staying here. They are just letting this nice hotel go down. Which is unfortunate.

Hot tub was very foamy from too much chlorine and there was scum on top of the foam and stuck to sides of hot tub.
Other than that everything was good.

Easily one of the nicest Holiday Inn's that I've ever visited. The grounds were well maintained, the staff were very helpful and courteous and I felt that meticulous care was taken to make my stay a great experience.
I was staying there for business and would easily stay there again if back that way.

nice hotel, great staff
We travel here for baseball. The hotel is great the staff is awesome! however the room this time smelled, uhhh, weird the room seemed clean but it had a bad odor. Every other room has been fine otherwise.

It was an OK stay. We had to check in late due to the distance to drive and we were using it as a stop on our trip. The room was clean, but the AC was busted. We called the front desk and told them that the unit was dead and the wall thermostat was dead as well. Their only advice was to unplug the unit and fo a reset on plug. This did not resolve it. We were offered a different room, but our daughter was already dead asleep and we were too tired to deal with it. Luckily it was not hot so we dealt with it.

We wanted to use the hot tub on Saturday night but there were probably 8 little children and a few adults in it. Small children should not be allowed in a hot tub. These are rules the hotel should establish.

I liked the room size.the room was clean. The things I didn’t like were the walls were thin. The guests in the next room had children. Who were screaming and banging on the walls while I was trying to sleep. I also heard a dog barking for quite a while during the morning hours. I tried to use 2 washcloths and they had several hairs on them. Those were my concerns. The staff at the restaurant was great. Very friendly and kind.

Pleasantly surprised by this property. Its clearly new and has a friendly safe, despite being understaffed at the moment. Our favorite part was the lovely outdoor terrace at the back of the property that overlooks a wetland area with big reservoir, grassland and fab sunset! I’d definitely choose this hotel again.

Terrific place to stay for a reasonable price
Plenty of parking for 53’ trailer or RV’s. Very clean. There was small but fresh good quality breakfast buffet. We got the 1 bedroom King suite which was very reasonably priced & gave plenty of space for myself, husband & two children.

FANTASTIC hotel! Highly recommend staying here. Appears to be recently renovated and truly spotless! We stayed during 4th of July so the restaurant there was closed as we arrived around 8pm but seems to be an amazing perk of having a place to eat inside. Also it was SUPER quiet! Even with the fireworks going off-our dog didn’t even react! That’s how quiet it is. Overall-10/10!

Very nice hotel!
We've only stayed 1 night both times we've stayed here. both times we've stayed (2021 and 2022) it has been GREAT. It's clean, staff is so friendly and helpful, the restaurant is good, bar staff the night I was there was ok. The location is perfect for us. We come down from Wisconsin for a baseball tournament. Anytime I need to stay in Joliet it will be at this hotel.

Over all my stay was great but i think that house keeping could have done a better job. There was hair in the tub and when i opened the curtain for sun light there was trash behind the curtain. I also think that the property could use more washing mashines for the guests,one is just not enough.

We were checked in and went to our room. When we opened the door, it was occupied and people inside were changing their clothes. How awful! From desk sorry, but not otherwise concerned. Can’t wrappers on the floor of our new room. Towels had very frayed ends. Tacky. No decaf in the conference room for a post wedding send off.

Our room was next to a nightclub connected to the hotel. The music was so loud that it could not even be drown out by the television. The music played until 2am. We had to be up at 5am for my daughters dance competition so the family slept for 3 hours. Miserable experience. Staff was unhelpful. All of this partying during COVID. Not sure what is going on with this hotel but should be closed..

Our only issue was having to relocate rooms at 10:45p after driving for 13 hours( had to get dressed/ repack/ go to lobby for new room assignment) due to extreme noise below our original room from a Dance Party hosted in the hotel’s conference room.
I was surprised the hotel allowed so many people inside given Covid, and the hours it would last (8p-2a) seemed at odds with allowing comfortable/quiet accommodations for its booked guests in nearby rooms. Either have a plan to keep unoccupied the rooms near /above that conference center or limit event hours/ noise levels.

The fire alarm was set off and although it cut off everywhere after 15 minutes, it remained on in the hotel rooms for two hours. The hotel staff was very indifferent when asked questions during that uncomfortable time.

All aspects were great. I have been traveling a lot the last year and this was my best hotel experience yet. Not that I had any needs outside of a room, the hotel was spotless, service was efficient and room was great.
