Absolutely beautiful facility and very convenient, likely the best resort in the Sedona area. This is an expensive property due to the amenities. My only negative is charging for parking $20 per day when the lot is self-park and has ample room. Makes zero sense.

The Hotel was very accommodating, clean, and had very polite and helpful employees. It had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and well kept, the dinning room had plenty of food options and great room service. The hotels location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the star gazing activities and live music during dinner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning when we visit Sedona again.

The property was lovely and so fun. I do wish their restaurant was better. It had fun activities but the food was expensive and honestly terrible. Everything else - the service and the spa were awesome. Lots of options to dine elsewhere...I would avoid their restaurant.

Sedona is beautiful and very expensive all around. We travel a lot, and this resort was very over-priced and underwhelming. The staff at the front desk was wonderful, and we had a mixed experience with customer service in the restaurant. It was an extreme between some very wonderful servers to the most cold and grumpy servers that we've ever expereinced. Especially the coffee bar staff in the morning. All I heard from them was how much they wished they could have called in sick. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable, and for over $400/night, you'd think there would be silverware in the kitchen or hand towels, cups, dishes, or something in the kitchen. I had a spa service, and the massage therapist was great, but the spa itself was concerning. The hot tub wasn't working, the steam room smelled moldy, and it was the most I have ever paid for a massage anywhere. The fitness center, however, was great and our Thanksgiving buffet meal was incredible. Our whole experience was a range from great to shocking or disappointing wherever we were at this resort. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but quite a rip off. Room was 850 / night with 55 dollar per resort fee and then a 18 dollar daily charge for parking. Definitely not worth the price.

Property is outdated. The room we had in our suite had a view of the parking lot which was about 10ft away and loud. The restaurant food was a joke - I ordered the chicarones appetizer for $20 and it was literally a handful gas station porkrines tossed over guacamole. My medrare wagyu burger was well done and tasteless. The French fries had been fried and refried so they were extra extra old and crispy. Finally, apparently you have to opt in to having your room serviced otherwise they won’t make up your room, but they don’t tell you this during checkin. There are way nicer hotels in the area at a more reasonable rate - will not come back

Really nice pool area. Suites were a little cramped. Dining options on property left a lot to be desired but there were several excellent dining options within h walking distance.
2 warnings to people considering staying here
1. $60 of additional daily fees. Resort fee, taxes and a parking fee that they did not mention at check in
2. This resort is in Oak Creek not Sedona. It is a 20 minute drive to downtown Sedona. It’s a scenic drive so it isn’t terrible.

Nice tucked away location and clean common areas nice view of Bell Rock from small balcony hotel food overpriced for quality but convenient if you cannot leave resort pool and lounge chairs need updating suite was nice size but four interior doors maybe replace with pocket doors to minimize all the swinging slamming doors AC was not constant and the fireplace remained on at low despite being turned off which contributed to lack of temperature control for the suite

Carpet in our room was ripped in different places. The pool lounge chairs had filthy blue covers on them. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. They put us in the smallest room possible. Never stay there again

The hotel was clean and perfect. Plenty of delicious restaurant choices nearby. The Hilton poolside bartender recommended a fabulous local emergency dentist to take care of an issue I was having. I cannot thank her enough.

When you in Hilton you expect certain level of service . This Hilton fails at all. Property dated and poorly maintained. Pool is beat. You get towel with hole in it not to mention old and uncomfortable lounge chairs. To top it all - they don’t clean your room if you stay less than 4 days. Terrible! Not coming back to this Hilton. Over $300 per night - go to Hyatt down the street.

Our hotel suite was beautiful! The jet tube was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. Only thing I wish was different was the size of the pool. It’s too small for a big resort.

Amazing staff
The Hilton in Sedona was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping my family organize and gear up for a number of adventures. The hotel was clean and spacious and the pool + hot tub were great for the end of the day.

The mattress was super uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep all night. We slept in a room with 2 queen beds and both experienced the same feeling. Got up with a sore back. The restaurant at the hotel isn’t accommodating if you’re vegan and has a poor selection if you’re vegetarian. The staff was rood and in accommodating. I would never stay there again!

Stayed here in 2004. Much nicer now. The golf course looked to be on great shape, but no clubs this trip :). Dining was acceptable, although not cheap. Our waitress from Uganda was perfect. Lots of plusses for consideration.

Dirty pool water, needs to be clean daily!! They also only have 6 umbrellas vs 52 loungers. Staff stated that it was the number 1 complaint in the pool area however management doesn’t listen and keeps telling them that they are on order

Place was understaffed. Our room was not clean, needed to have someone come clean toilet when we arrived. We were promised a new and better room but the staff forgot to communicate and move our luggage as promised. Needed to explain situation all over again. This just may be par for the course in our post Covid travel industry.

Short drive into downtown Sedona. Far enough away to not fight a crowd for brunch / dinner. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Felt like the staff treated you as if it was their own personal business they were operating.

The photos on Wotif did not truely reflect the current quality of the property. The interior and furnishings were dated. We had requested a room with a view but got a room with a view of the back roofline. Will not be recommending as value for money was very poor.

The property is beautiful and close to dining options and easy to get to other activities and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful and the hotel always smells good in the lobby area. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. Only had problem with housekeeping. Asked for additional coffee to be sent to the room and it wasn't. We had to request it again, but it came quickly after the second ask.

Hotel was good. The only complaint we had was the service in the hotel restaurant. Food was ok. We were there twice. First night the server was nice but didn’t seem to really know the food and then he disappeared. The second time we waited a while to get anyone wait on us and she didn’t seem to like her job. It was happy hour. We again waited for her to come back. When she did she said the bartender extra drinks did we want them. Thinking they were free because they were a mistake. Then we were charged. I would still recommend the hotel just not the restaurant.

This hotel needs an upgrade and, though listed as 4 stars, is barely 2.5. Definitely not worth the rate it charges. The room was well-worn. Our room was not spacious and had issues: the toilet ran the entire time; the bedside lamp didn't work; the walls were scuffed; and the decor was washed out. The hallways and stairwells desperately need vacuuming. I should note that the room cleaning team were friendly and very hard-working, and the front desk and restaurant staffers were nice but their helpfulness was inconsistent. Overall, we were disappointed.

Very nice room. Affordable compared to similar hotels of same quality. Kindness of staff. Liked especially there was an on sight restaurant that was not too upscale and a menu you could understand. One wish that breakfast hours were a little longer and the Starbucks open longer for use in the evening.

The hotel met our needs pretty well. Staff was friendly on arrival. Only negative impression on arrival was a strong, floral, perfume type smell that pervades the lobby. However, lobby was very comfortable with family activities while we waited for our room (arrived early). King suite functional and easily accommodated family of three. Floor plan just small and awkwardly shaped, and felt closed in. Furnishings and decor were on dark, drab side, not particularly upscale in line with hotel brand. Still, king bed soft and comfy with large pillows (though short on extra pillows during busy week). Bathroom large, with separate vanity and shower areas. Our shower door leaked onto floor but could be easily fixed. Food and service staff all pleasant, but seemed like struggling on staffing, e.g., trying to find someone I could communicate with to make dinner reservation first night (could not reach by phone, so went downstairs and was told person I needed to speak with was out). Breakfast area has a coffee area, which most customers will probably be satisfied with, though muffin was still frozen so swapped for a burrito. Found the athletic center on our last day, very nice and very large, tennis courts and Olympic pool, etc., and would elevate overall impression of this property if people knew about. Most people probably are unaware of this (it's a long walk) so hospitality staff should promote this more as a resort type feature.

Great spot as long as you are not expecting a 5 star resort. The scenery is what matters here. Rooms are pleasant and staff is friendly. Astronomy activity is great but a locale a bit further away from lights of restaurant would be better. Restaurant is very mediocre. We liked that this hotel is in village outside of Sedona traffic and tourists.

I thought the location and the property itself was beautiful. It is very dated and needs maintenance.
I usually stay at Hiltons and was disappointed that this one was nowhere near the 4 star experience at the Hilton in West Palm Beach, including their service which I had huge issues with. When I arrived they told me to carry my own luggage to my room at reception. Every interaction with staff was painful because they had to refund or correct something. No 24 hour room service or anything until you request them to clean your room.
No vegetarian options on their menu, no mini bar, nowhere to get food delivered in the middle of the night if you arrive late at night. All the food is grossly over priced for the quality.
I don't think the rooms are worth what they charge either as I ended up spending about 2K for 2 nights. Found a band aid in the living room and hair in the shower. It has obviously not been properly cleaned in awhile.
Not a great Hilton experience. Book Amaara instead, same price range.

This hotel has really gone downhill. We've stayed quite a few times but this was probably the last. This place is in desperate need of maintenance and a refresh. We had to report multiple issues and most were ignored. The toilet in bathroom wouldn't stop running, the mini fridge door was bent and would leak (they obviously knew about it before because there was towels shoved under it). The shower had mold on the ceiling. We had to ask for a new remote for tv multiple times. The downstairs starbucks was not available because equipment was broken.They had cereal packs for kids but had nothing to serve them in. The in room coffee machine was dirty.
They didn't disclose parking fee at check-in and it wasn't in our booking information (we knew about resort fee). $52 extra per night to park and for "amenities" that weren't even available (pool and spa was closed).

Bad value, bad experience. Avoid at all costs.
Bonnie on the front desk was exceptional, but, after check-in, it was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is dated, we saw no housekeeping for 3 days, which meant no clean towels or toiletries and overflowing bins. Then at checkout, they hit you with hidden costs for 'self' parking and 'resort' fees - there could be no use of the pool in December! When you charge more than $500 a night, treat your customers with a little decency and dont try to rob them with unjustifiable, hidden charges.

I had high expectations for this place based on the images and the details on the website but it's so much less. The hotel is old and there are random things that just don't work, lobby bathroom soap dispensers, the elevator doors don't close well, the grounds were icy, the rooms were SMALL , and they don't clean the rooms unless you specifically asked upfront. It's an okay spot but not for what you pay. I wouldn't go back.

I don’t mind paying for a premium hotel or upgrading to a room that has views, etc but it’s about value for the investment. The hotel was mediocre at best. Paint was coming off the walls and the views weren’t at all like the website pictures. We had a tiny view from a super dark balcony or a decent view from a bed. Not exactly the view we paid to relax and gaze out upon. The room service was non-existent, you sat on hold for ages only to be told you are on the wrong menu (the menu on the TV labeled in-room dining) and hung up on. You have to opt into housekeeping, which we did on one day. We couldnt actually tell they had been! They pulled the sheets up and replaced the coffee, but didnt refresh the cups, left the trash and didn’t wipe any surfaces. The front desk team was great and checkin was super easy, the restaurant was pretty good, but the stay wasn’t worth the price.

Disappointing for a Hilton especially at Hilton prices. 3 star at best. They tried to put us in a room looking over the flat rooftop of the building. Even the balcony faced the flag rooftop! I’m in Sedona- they advertise the Beauty of the Red Ricks in their photos and they give us a room overlooking the roof!! We had to pay more to get moved. Dining options - 1 restaurant on property. Definitely not like other Hilton hotels I have stated in.

Two nights couples getaway
Our overall experience was horrible. The place smelled dirty and musty all through. The couch in our room was torn. The food was not well prepared and tasteless.
The pool and jacuzzi were cold and dirty with debris in it. The pool chairs had moldy spots.
There was no WIFI most of our stay in the room and no WIFI at all in the spa area.
