Very nice property. We gave stayed here many times. The indoor pool is fantastic, especially during the cold winter. Unfortunately the sheets on our King bed did not appear to hsve been changed as there were A LOT of hair in the bed. However the staff delivered a new set of King linen upon our request to solve the problem

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a property with a full kitchen. It was very comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy but more than what we needed. When we checked in, the staff was helpful and got us a room close to others we were attending a wedding with. There was a glitch with the Expedia booking showing up in their system but they got it straightened out within a couple of days. The pool was very far from the building we were staying in and although it looked very nice, it would have been inconvenient to drive back and forth to it, especially in winter. The campus is very spread out.

Family getaway
Clean, safe, family friendly place to stay. Kind of hard to find in the dark, you can't check in until 4pm. If you have a show, shopping or getting to Branson later, plan on it taking a little longer than usual to find. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Overnight in Branson 2 room
Easy check in process, we arrived around 8:30pm and there were plenty of employees at the front desk to help each guest. The room is in good shape and clean. Perfect space for a family. I appreciate having beds in separate rooms. Only minor complaint being on 3rd floor without elevator was fine with me but not for my mom especially after walking all day. Not enough of inconvenience to ruin the experience. Looking forward to coming back for longer stay and trying the golf course.

I read reviews on top of reviews and finally decided on here. I read a prior comment that stated you can’t get fully checked in until you go to a timeshare meeting. That’s false. You do have to go talk to them after you get checked in to activate your room keys, but it took maybe 5 minutes. They offered the meetings for typical timeshare things. We just declined. Also, you are expected to take trash out and start dishwasher when you leave. They didn’t mention it to me when I checked in, but thankfully a review that I read made me remember to ask about check out requirements. Location? Really great! It’s a little drive, but worth it for the peace. Cleanliness? It was very clean and cozy! We did struggle giving our 1 year old a bath because the bathtub is funky. That’s probably my least favorite thing about it all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Stay here if you want lots of Sale pitches
We booked our stay through Hotels.com and received a decent price based on our loyalty points so we were excited to bring our family to the Branson area and experience some fun things that the resort seemed to offer. We arrived to check in and did so with the front desk, after which they sent us to the vacations check in to activate our keys. The people were friendly but I felt like they were trying to sign me up for everything and almost held me hostage listening to their sales pitch. It was late in the evening and I was trying to hurry to get back to my kids so I just felt like they were taking their time so they could sell me on tours and timeshare meetings. We finally got our keys and realized we were put in a room on the complete other side of the property from the amenities, 5 min drive from the club house and indoor pool which our kids were most excited about. The room lack lustered and felt cheap. Our first morning we received a phone call from someone at the “corporate office in Florida” who once again made me feel like I was held hostage on the phone with her sales pitch. I kept informing her I was not interested and she persisted. I finally became stern and said I was not interested and had to go. She then clapped back and said “so I guess you dont want a free $150??” I stated “no thank you” then hung up.
We unfortunately will not be back due to these instances and will be extremely unlikely that we stay at any Holiday Inn or any of its sister companies

Overall a pleasant stay with some nice, convenient amenities, and plenty of space! Activity center was nice to have, as well as several pools locations.
However there were some aspects that could be improved:
Exterior needs extra cleaning and/or a possible facelift. Many dirty/stained railings and bugs/cobwebs in stairwells and some door entry ways as well as the patio area.
Hardwood floors were dirty enough to soil socks. I Swiffer cleaned them myself the first night.
Vinyl shower curtain had mold/residue on the outside.

Everything was great until the day before we left the elevator input building wasn’t working so going up and down three flights of stairs wasn’t fun! Especially the day we checked out and head to carry everything up and down multiple times to load the car!

Overall stay was enjoyable. Carpet in room needs either changed or deep cleaned. Couch had huge stains on it. Rest of villa was very good.
Floors above were thin and could hear kids running constantly. Property is too spread out as I drove Back to registration center to workout and go to pool. golf course is amazing and staff was very friendly

The manager was very rude & disrespectful. Needed to be more professional. The rooms were not cleaned under the beds. I found something very gross under mine. We were never offered towels throughout the week. They never came in & cleaned during our stay

Beautiful property on the golf course and off the strip. Spacious and clean units with everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue was the wonky a/c. It was warm when we got there so we set the thermostat to 65. It never got cool so we had to call three times for service. The unit never got below 75 so that was frustrating!

We stayed in a Grand Villa and those it was nice it wasn't by any pool (you had to drive to all of them) most of the pools were very small and the shallow end was very little in most of them. The pool by the golf bar was nice but didn't find that until our trip was almost over. Bring laundry detergent for a longer stay because we never got housekeeping to clean or bring new towels. There are bbq grills but only one on each side so you have to wait your turn to cook so we ate out most of the time. You are by Branson Landoning but its quite a drive away from everything. They do have elevators in our building which was so nice being on an upper floor. Security is around the clock and at the gates which is wonderful. All in all we would possibly stay again but don't plan on going to Branson again.

Family trip ruined
It was horrible i stayed with my family 4 days they have hidden fees that they will only tell you in person about and the snack bar burns your food way over wont even make it right. They kept bothering me the whole trip to watch a video and about time share wouldnt even fully check me in til i heard what they offer. And they expect you to clean the whole room. I never leave a mess but telling me to take my own trash out and do my own dishes.

Great stay
We always enjoy Holiday Hills because of the size of rooms, location, and the large indoor pool.
Sadly the usually warm pool was cold this time around, and it closed at 7:00 on Friday evening.
Other than that, we had a great stay.

Took the kids to Branson as well as to see our Missouri family over their Spring break. Indoor pools and of course out door pools were closed. Unsure of other activities they had to offer. Property is clean and in a nice area. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was great, and we would absolutely go back again. There’s an arcade, gym, cafe, grille, several outdoor pools and one indoor pool on site. It was frustrating that the indoor pool was out of service for “maintenance,” but we were called in advance of this to be told. It was also a bit annoying that the Expedia note said something about breakfast and dinner for 2 meal plans, but the front desk didn’t know anything about this.
The Villa rooms were well maintained, clean, and well stocked with needed items. There’s no elevator, and I did not see a ramp, so be sure request accessible if you have mobility issues. It was fully stocked with items needed to cook (except for food obviously). There’s a nice back patio with table and chairs, and a roomy living room space. It fit 3 adults, a teenager, a small child and baby just fine! They do not do daily cleaning, but are available through the help desk if needed.
The check-in desk gave a map for property which was MUCH NEEDED as the roads are confusing. The check-in was confusing, as well, because GPS takes you to the back of the property to security. There’s a bunch of driving to get where you need to go, but once we learned the layout, it was fine.
We were placed in a downstairs location. Our upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD just walking around and kids playing until after midnight. We will definitely request an upper level in the future because of how much the noise traveled through the villa.

The surrounding property (golf course) was beautiful. We paid the higher price for the 2 bedroom suite which ended up being very disappointing. Had ants throughout the room, jacuzzi tub spit black stuff into the water when the jets came on and the people above us were extremely loud and vulgar which caused us sleepless nights. Woke up expecting to go for an included breakfast to find that you have to purchase breakfast which was not shared during check in and the wait time was ridiculous causing us to have to leave the resort. At the rate paid for the room we expected more and would not recommend.

We booked this hotel room for family logistics and extra space however I probably wouldn't do it again. For the price I was expecting it to be nicer. Our room wasn't the cleanest and it showed plenty of wear and tear. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly.

My villa was nice. Had to check to make sure the room before my wife came up because alot of reviews said the room wasn't clean properly. Found someone belt under our bed. I think the hotel could be better if they had enough help to cover this big property. Furniture could be updated to make the rooms look better.

It was very quiet and not crowded. However our room was really in pretty bad shape. We had to ask it to be cleaned again and even after that there was a lot of dust and they didn't vacuum. Not what I expect from Holiday Inn or for that price point.

While they were very accommodating and got us an early check in, the room we ended up in was not very clean. Dust was everywhere and there were hair ties from the previous stay. The shower was in the bedroom so you couldn’t sleep before others had showered. There was mold in the shower and hair. We had stayed here before in the same type of room and were pleased. There was no washer and dryer in this room either when we had had one before. The living room was super small. Just overall disappointed this stay when our first was really good.

love the location- in the hills close to downtown Branson-very quiet. The suites are awesome-sooo roomy and nicely outfitted. The indoor pool is the biggest I have ever seen with hot tub( even though the temp was off. plus 3 outdoor pools as well

It was nasty had a lot of flies. Didn’t get in our room when we arrived. Had to work told us they was short staffed. That’s not my problem I should have been informed of that before I checked in. Housekeeping left doors open after cleaning. We killed flies 2 hours straight. Had to ask front desk for a fly seater. Never ever will I return. Dusty smelly

The property was very nice, clean, organized, stocked, and spacious. The staff members were on point. Everything was perfect. The disability shower and sinks along with space to move was perfect. The only issue i had was a non handicap vehicle parking at our area and making me park a good distance up the hill. That was not okay. The spaces are not wide enough for wheelchair users to be able to get out of their vehicles in normal tight parking spaces. But a sports car decided to park in the handicap zone with no handicap tag or plate. That was not the result of the staff, but instead somebody that just didnt want to park and have to walk. However i could see that being an ussue from time to time. Thank you for the wonderful stay and this has become my choice of choices for lodgings while in Branson!!!! Thank you!!!

We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen. Two balconies provided fresh air and wildlife viewing opportunities. I would recommend this villa.
