Great family vacation
Beautiful little bungalow. Two beds and two baths were perfect for family. The updates made it feel fresh and new. Make sure you bring shampoo its not provided. However soap, starter dish washer tablets and soap is in the unit. If you need to do laundry you'll need to buy soap for that. Our only negative is that there were few blankets. The week we stayed was in the low 50's and it got chilly. The location is great to walk to the beach. Great places to eat. Lots of shells to pick and the beautiful white sand that never gets hot. We had a wonderful time.

It was clean, quite and cozy. A short walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants. Pool was dirty all 4 days, and very poor water pressure in the bathrooms.

Very spacious and close to trolley stops. Beach was a short walk and nice.
Pool area and our breezeway could have been cleaned better. Umbrella flew out during a wind storm and went into the pool. We took it out but it had been damaged before and should have been replaced. Pool chairs need replaced. 2 beach chairs were broke and management was quick to replace them. Would love to return in the future!

The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Some of the windows didn’t seem to be closed all the way and occasionally noise could be hear both inside and outside the house but overall it was a quiet area. Easily walkable to the beach. Pool was a little small and was surprisingly deep on 1 end. Sitting area by pool was nice. Pool felt almost private most of the time.

The property is in a great location to walk to the beach & local restaurants. The provided beach chairs and cooler was a plus. More coffee could have been provided for the length of my stay. If laundry soap was provided for the beach towels I would have started the washing machine upon departure.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and 2 smaller children and it fit all our needs. They provided a cart with beach chairs and a small cooler to bring to the beach, and we were within walking distance to the beach. It was quiet and our kids were able to have a pool basically to themselves. We had our own patio table to sit outside our own place and there was seating by pool. There was ample parking. The air conditioning worked amazing and each room had a tv with plenty of things to watch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and everything worked. We were also within walking distance of a few restaurants/bars/7-11 if we didn't want to drive. The outside and inside were clean. It would have been nice to have a little more seating in the living room and the couch was a cream color with spots, but that really is the only complaint and very minor since we were not inside often. We would come back.

Thanksgiving/Birthday
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bianca Sands in Siesta Key. We were extremely excited to be only a three minute walk from the beach. We got to enjoy some amazing Sunsets. The unit itself was extremely comfortable for a family of five. The bedrooms are large with king size beds. There was a pull out sofa as well. The kitchen was awesome, considering we made Thanksgiving dinner. We also celebrated my wife’s birthday and the proximity to restaurants were awesome. We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay with Beachside Management in the future.

Loved that you could walk to the beach in a few minutes.
Originally, we paid for the casita we stayed at in August that we loved but due to some plumbing issues we got another unit that needs some updates for sure. It was also tight for our family of 5.
The staff is super nice and the communication is very good.
I would go back to Bianco Sands but to a different unit.

The house waa clean and in great condition. Beach access but the beach area was small and mostly filled by hotel beach chairs so it was better to drive to the public beach access close by. 5 min drive.
Pool was small. On the first day the garbage area was full and it stunk really bad but then finally was cleared the next day. The center is 10 min drive
Water was perfect. The house has towels and chairs and cooler.
There were hammocks around the house and tables to sit around outside.
Overall satisfying.

Condo suited our needs for a family of 5 (kids ages 14, 12 & 9). It's an older condo, but that didn't bother us. It was clean and large enough for the week. Great proximity to the beach, but beach amenities in condo fell short - 4 beach chairs were very old and falling apart; only 4 beach chair/4 beach towels while the condo has capacity for 6; pool facility wasn't great - the kids felt water was not clean (and complained of hair in the pool) - we didn't use it after that. The only other advice would be for management to provide a list a basic supplies/amenities that renters will need to shop for, such as laundry detergent, condiments for food. This would be helpful especially for families traveling far (such as from the west coast). Overall, these setbacks didn't put a huge damper on our vacation and we still had a great time.

Pretty Place!
Condo was just as cute as it looks in pictures and very clean. The outdoor pool area is a little small and could use upgrading. It was very quiet and when inside you couldn’t hear much outside noise. Roomy 3 bedrooms/2 bath with 3 different private outdoor seating areas. 3 block walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for the price point.

Stuck in middle of management war.
Parking is very limited. Booked for 12 people, had 3 vehicles for 3 Families.we asked at check in where we could park the 3rd vehicle as we were only given 2 parking passes. We were told there was a guest spot next to the dumpster across from the assigned parking. It was dark when we arrived and we did not see the curb marked no parking. Came back from the beach the next morning just in time to stop the vehicle from being towed. Was crabbed at by management of property by the dumpster, turns out it’s a competitor of management where we stayed. What a terrible way to start our vacation.

Beautifully decorated, modern and bright, spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels were very useful. Loved being so close to a quieter beach and to the only snorkeling point in Siesta Key.
Easy access (keypad entry). Pool available, but haven't used it.
Would sefinitely love to come back!

Siesta Beach Family Time
Very nice two bedroom unit. Block from the beach and a free trolley ride to the Villages. Would stay there again but first want to try a couple of their other listings.
Siesta beach is a very clean and upscale area. Lots of places to eat and shop.
Will be back real soon

Rooms were spacious and the common areas (patios) were great for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. The location was very close to the beach and walking distance to a few bars and convinience store. We rented 4 units, 3 were great, 1 had a few problems. Linens were dirty, we found roaches under the blankets and pillows. Also the refrigerator was broken and had to be replaced. The service was good and prompt. Other than the dirty room and broken fridge, the rest was good. They cleaned room and replaced fridge promptly.

We had a problem with our door lock and the tvs and reported the problems several times and never did get them resolved. They kept saying they would put a work order in. The manager never called me back either. Their management property is not on site which adds to the inconvience. Also, that picture of the pool? We searched. NO POOL that we could find!

Just what we needed. The only drawback was that we were only provided with enough washcloths for each of us for two days when we were staying for 5 nights. Our option was to drive to the rental office to exchange them or launder them ourselves at the onsite facility. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

WE NEVER GOT a RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
Afternoon, we were assigned to room 1114, upon getting there we were given the wrong code I called the office they gave me the correct code. As I was putting everything away I walked into one of the bedrooms and there was a drip coming from the ceiling which proceeded to be the ceiling bursting and brown gunk coming down and hitting me on my head! Well it was disgusting! I immediately called the office to report this. I got a call back, but not about this issue. I was informed that I need to pack everything up And move, because I was assigned the incorrect room. As I was trying to clean up the mess, after telling the girl what had happened. She asked me to take pictures and send them the pictures are below. As I was trying to put paper towels down another area burst, and more gunk fell on my head on the walls on the floor on the door. The check in service, wrong room assigned, having to pack everything up and relocate, and gunk falling on my head is completely un acceptable. Please provide me a response, and or the corporate phone number.

It’s an adorable beach cottage to stay at. It was decorated very nice and clean. We had everything we needed with a full kitchen and pool on site. An added bonus was that they provided beach chairs and bikes. We did wish that the shower was a little warmer, fortunately the weather was very warm on our stay so it didn’t bother us much. The location is great if your looking for the low key siesta key we love this part of siesta key ourselves!

We stayed in 1128, which is a 3 bed, 2 bath unit. The unit itself was a really good size and the place was clean when we got there. The furniture and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The decor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The room layout is a bit strange as the main bedroom did not have a chest of drawers but the other two did. The pool area is not in great condition though. The pool itself was great and well maintained but the area around it was dirty with water lying around the walkways, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were no cushions on the stretchers and chairs and even the circular flotation device was left lying on the side of the pool and was coming apart at the edges. The real problem though is the management company. Beachside Management manage a ton of properties in the area and as with all large management companies, the attention to detail and customer service is lacking to put it mildly. 3 things worth mentioning:
1. If you do a deposit upfront, they will deduct the balance 30 days before your arrival, not when you check-in as stated on Expedia. It was not stated anywhere in any of the booking confirmations I received so it was a shock to say the least.
2. Each unit is only assigned 1 parking permit, no matter how many people or cars are staying there.
3. The wifi did not work despite raising it with the front desk after we checked in, no one called to check or give me a status update on the "job card" they opened.

Really nice property. Unfortunately garbage is allowed to accumulate for days outside your door. Common areas are not regularly cleaned. The apartment itself, along with the features and equipment is excellent. Beware: the advertisement on Expedia does not match the apartment you’ll get. It’s advertised as poolside and that’s not the case. Management blames Expedia, and Expedia replies that description of accommodations are provided by management. Definitely coming back to Siesta Key, but probably not to a Beachside Management property.

Overall, we loved it and it’s right on the beach.
It is a great place for family to stay. Everything was amazing except one thing at the beginning, they didn’t clean our room after other people stayed there before us, so when we came there at night time after long road trip we had to clean ourselves. I spoke with the office in the morning and complained, they sent in a cleaning lady and she did a good job. We don’t know what happened, they probably cleaned the wrong room. So, double check with them before you arrive.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK B4 RENTING
Light bulbs were burned out, but were afraid to ask to have them replaced! The amount of money we paid to rent this "villa", I would think they would bend over backwards for the people. Pool was dirty and cold, asked for addl. TP (only 2 rolls, 1 in each bathroom), was given an addl. 2 rolls and were told we were expected to supply our own supplies because they're individually owned. WHAT? I looked at my hubby and we laughed. I told him we'll use the towels if we run out. I was so disappointed with the arrangements. This is not a villa as I understand them to be. The washer/dryer is so loud, maybe the Owner needs to update the equipment. We were asked to leave a tip for the housekeepers ... isn't that why we paid a ridiculous amount of money? Get your boss to give you a tip .... they get all the money from the renters. Do your homework on the possibility of staying here ... DON'T
