The hotel and staff were great, except for the bartender, he was extremely rude and very vocal about not wanting to be there. I was also a bit surprised that 3 drinks, in lowball glasses cost $56.00. They weren't specialty drinks, 2 Malibu and cranberry juice and 1 gin &tonic. I've drank in some pretty swanky bars and never spent close to $20 per drink for small drinks like that.

Clean and reasonably priced
We stayed here for 2 nights to be close to family for holidays. It was clean and hotel employees friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice and free breakfast was standard fare and very convenient for a big family.

Holiday hotel
Nice place to stay during holiday visit with family. Very friendly and efficient staff. The only drawback -- lots of hockey families, most well behaved, but a few kids (8-10 yrs old) allowed to hang out unsupervised in the breakfast area. I also heard other guests complaining about misbehaving kids at night. Not the hotel's fault -- come on, parents!

Night reception man rectified situation - given room with one bed instead of two - efficiently and to my satisfaction.
Closet smelled funny - near cooking vent? Didn't use b/c I didn't want my clothes to smell funny.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. I had made a reservation for a room with a full kitchen as was described on Expedia, and had paid for it in advance when I arrived at the hotel there was no oven in my room as I had called prior to my arrival and confirmed with someone at the front desk and told them specifically that I would be cooking Thanksgiving, dinner, and thoroughly went through all the appliances that should be included in my room. When I got there and realize that they had placed me in an incorrect room. The front desk was not helpful. I pleaded with them to reach out to management and they just kept repeatedly telling me that they cannot pull people out of rooms that were not available and then the error was on Expedia for pushing inventory they did not have, I explained to them that I had spoken with someone at the front desk at the property who had confirmed all the amenities that would be available and the error was on the hotel part when I reached out to Expedia they said that they would try to get some type of refund on my behalf. They never did no one ever got back to me , I reached out to the hotels management explained to them the error was on their part and then I had to make alternative Thanksgiving plans. The hotel also never responded from their management. I am beyond disappointed at my experience and I do not understand why the staff and management of this property are not on the same page with what the amenities are available at the hotel.

Housekeeping woes
Our room was not refreshed for 3 days. Sunday was the only day which housekeeping was not scheduled to refresh our room. We had to ask for additional towels, soap and coffee. When we were making our bed we found a pair of socks and a bra under our blankets which did not belong to us. Also, the hotel was charging us daily when I had already paid in advance. When I went to front desk to ask about it no one knew. This kind of sucked because it took away additional funds we planned to use on our trip.

Overall good stay
Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I understand changes were made to help protect people from Covid back in the heart of the pandemic, but to have the utensils be plastic and individually wrapped is wasteful. Also, there was no gluten-free cereal or bread available at breakfast.

staff was uniformly attentive, friendly, and competent. It was a beautiful property. The door to our room could use some cleaning, so it doesn’t stick toilet seat, and the toilet seat was loose. Besides that, it was great.

The Hyatt property impressed me with its impeccable cleanliness and convenient proximity to various amenities such as dining, gaming, and shopping options. We had a nice stay. The hotel was conveniently at the center of a lot of restaurants and conveniences. The rooms were comfortable and quite. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was ok, good in taste but i feel it could have had more. Especially gluten free as the quality inn we stayed in on the trip up.

Great stay!
My house was under construction and I needed a local, clean, affordable stay for several nights. Hyatt Place was just the ticket! It was clean, comfortable, easy to park, and, as a female alone, I always felt safe. I would recommend this to out-of-town business travelers and families alike.

The hotel is well-designed, comfortable, with a good breakfast. However, when we checked in about 12:30pm, we were charged a $25 “early check-in” fee?? Rooms were available so WHY THE FEE??? Also the refrigerator in the room froze everything solid, the toilet seat came off the hinges, and the electric alarm clock had no obvious means for setting the correct time (it was 4 hours off.).

Hyatt Place has plenty of dining and entertainment options in the immediate area. Staff greet you and provide room service every day. Breakfast included every morning was nice as well. The hotel also contains a modest but respectable gym and an indoor pool. Overall my hotel stay was great and I would like to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, very modern, enjoyed the daily breakfast. The pool and gym areas are spotless and up-to-date. The staff was absolutely wonderful - very attentive, couldn't be more helpful. The area itself has plenty of dining options at all price points, great shopping, and of course the Apex Center. The ONLY issue that I had with this hotel was the bathroom lock. One night it locked by itself while my husband was in there, and was almost impossible to unlock. Almost had to call the staff at 4am to get him out, but we finally jimmied it open. I alerted the Front Desk staff member upon checkout, and am sure they have addressed. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and would highly recommend this property.

I like staying in this area, and stay here often. The hotel was just okay. The room seemed like it needed an update. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to turn on and off, and made a squealing sound. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat - no matter what we did the heat would not turn off. The staff was polite but I wouldn't call them friendly. Breakfast was okay. There were plenty of choices, although my kids were upset that there was no waffle maker. They did have french toast instead.

No Internet and staff did not care to help
No Internet available (signal was so weak in the rooms that could not connect to any device). Apparently it's been a problem for a while (based on recent reviews on other travel sites) but most infuriating aspect was that the woman at the front desk clearly did not care. She laughed off our multiple requests that she call someone to fix it. The hotel should have sent advance notice that the Internet was not working. For business travelers, this is a necessity not a luxury.

Staff and room were great, room was clean. Dust on the furniture outside the elevators, trash in the stairwell.
If you stay here be prepared for hockey parents and kids given the proximity to a multiple rink facility. 90% are nice but 10% can frustrate you. To be fair applies to all hotels on route 20 west in Marlborough.

This hotel was nothing short of amazing. They offered free breakfast with a full spread. There were so many restaurnt around the hotel, which made it very convienant. A large group

Funeral and the staff were very kind to us… the funeral services were in Worcester which is 20 mins away. But the convienance of the hotel made the drive perfect. The hotel
Had a bar in the lobby, the rooms were spacious were have 2 beds and a sofabed. Room can comfortably fit 6 ppl, there is alos a pool at the hotel. Overall if I ever come back in town I will stay at this hotel

Very nice property with great location. It’s about 5 years old. Looks brand new! Nice pool and exercise room. Morning breakfast was bountiful but medium in quality. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Still short staffed like most other hotels so daily room cleaning is out. Linens could be replaced at desk. My rooms were very clean.

Very nice place, nearly perfect stay.
Nice facility, good condition, well maintained, friendly staff. Breakfast service was a little clumsy, running out many times of nearly everything over the two days we were there. Of course, it's a balancing act between keeping things fresh and not running out but if there was more checking and less reacting the results would be far better.
