This building and the industrial style was very cool. Work out room was great. Having Pour Bros attached was a huge bonus. The only thing missing was a place to eat in the hotel. But, plenty of walkable places and a full market in the hotel that you could bring back to your room.

room was noisy. you could hear everything from room above. people walking across floor loudly until 4am. we finally had to leave. not a place i would recommend if you need a good nights sleep

One of your favorite hotels
This hotel is fantastic! Convinent location to the arena and resturaunts. Great customer service and free breakfast. We loved the ambiance of this former industrial building turned into an amazing hotel!

Great hotel
Have stayed here before and have always been satisfied. Cool hotel, and they have a couple of bikes for use if staying there which is fun! Clean room, clean sheets, clean mattress (believe me I check!)

Comfort in Moline
I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable and spacious room. Everything I could have wanted - cookware, tableware, and many USB ports. The location was easy to find from the interstate, and is very close to many riverfront amenities

Overall the hotel is great but it’s right next to railroad tracks with trains constantly coming by in the middle of the night blaring their horns. I was given a room directly across from the tracks so needless to say I didin’t get any sleep as it’s SO Loud.

The property itself is great, the staff was A , but the maintenance and cleanliness was pretty shabby. Carpets throughout the facility were badly in need of cleaning, signage in elevators was torn, dirty and peeling (which just gives the experience an 1 star vibe). Furniture in the room seemed more like an afterthought than a plan.

WAY overpriced in relation to the service
No daily servicing of the room. Only once every three days. When I complained they said they'd address it, but all they did was throw fresh towels down in front of the door. When I complained again, they made the bed but left the wet towels on the floor, didn't empty the wastebaskets or replenish the coffee, etc. WAY over priced in relation to the service.

They called and said they were overbooked and had to move us to another hotel. They found us another hotel nearby and paid for our overnight stay. Not ideal but acceptable

The location is great and the space is beautiful. The only issue we had was that our room was connected to the 2nd floor patio. There were people partying stepa from our room until well after midnight. We did not have a good night of sleep after a very long day of driving.

Very unique building. Overall it was a great experience. It couldn’t have been more convenient for us as we were attending a concert at the Vibrant arena (walking distance) in the same building is the Pour Bros. Craft taproom a cool place with all types of beer and cocktails. No food at Pour Bros. But there was a food truck outside when we were there. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The fresh made eggs offered at the complimentary breakfast were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!
Great hotel. Loved the room. We had a king suite with pull out sofa. Very spacious and clean. Walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. Our favorite was the arcade bar nearby. There is a door access in the lobby that connects to pour bros. Which was convenient and a lot of fun!

This is my second time staying at Element. Love the breakfast options, especially being able to grab coffee, pastries, and hot food to go early in the morning. The chef is very friendly, which really makes it a pleasant day to start. The room is big and clean and has kitchen. Parking is also easy and location is convenient. It is near a rail road so I heard the train a few times during my week-long stay, but nothing too late or noisy that it prevented sleep.

Exceeded Expectations
Great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, great check-in experience. Not your average room. Beautiful warehouse setting. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also roomy with a walk-in shower. I will stay here again.

Relatively new and modern facility, nice big rooms, kitchen, excellent breakfast. Initially there was an issue with my reservation and I was put in the wrong room type but the staff found me a correct room the next day and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Location very convenient and easy to access. Sheets were a bit rough but clean. Excellent service and courtesy. I would stay here again.

The toon I was assigned was a handicap accessible and while it was a nice size, the bed was pretty much on the floor and terrible for me to get in and out of. It was additionally very uncomfortable. I asked to change rooms as it was not a good first night. I was told the hotel was booked and that they could not change me rooms u til the next night. I told them that I could work with that. I asked for the current room to be cleaned and they told me it would be. When I returned that night the room was not even entered by the cleaning staff. I called the front desk and told them, they apologized and said they would send someone. I told them yo forget it and just send up clean towels. I was informed I would have yo go to the front desk ti get towels as the receptionist was the only one there (who was gunna clean the toon then?). The next day I had to re-inquire about changing rooms, and they assured me it would be ready shortly (which took 3 hours). Overall nice hotel but staff seems to either be scatter-brained or not honest about what they can and can’t do. I understand people are short-staffed in this day and age but be honest with your customer, I felt that I was very patient and accommodating but I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times and basically be shined on. I payed a fair amount for this toon, and expected a better level of comfort and customer service.

The stay itself was great. The noise was awful! We were on the 3rd floor and the music from the bar was so loud. We could hear it over the tv and it went on until midnight. The housekeeper knocked on out door 4 times on the morning of checkout trying to get us leave, that was annoying.
Breakfast was great. The place was clean and staff was great. The location was great.

Historic, Industrial Hotel Next to TaxSlayer
The young ladies at check in seemed somewhat dis-interested and were not giving the "glad you are staying here" vibe. Felt like I was checking in with an ex-girlfriend. Having said that, the place is extremely convenient if you plan on seeing a concert at TaySlayer Arena. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and they have a huge meeting/gathering area where you can enjoy a free beer and just talk with friends. (There is a bar next door that is connected to the hotel by a door) Many of the floors in the building are expose/sealed concrete and the ceilings are exposed concrete---so if you enjoy the "industrial look" you will like this place. I would not use the word "cozy" or "quaint" to describe it. The rooms are large and because it was an industrial style building, it is very quiet. NOTE: The morning I had to leave I was awoken at 6:50 by a train that runs right next to the building. You only hear the horn of the train, but that can be enough to wake most people up.

The property & building are Off the Charts and the easy parking made this the stay of all stays. Room 211 probably shouldn't be rented out on band nights though. Its like you are in the bar. Breakfast was Amazing. Staff was Amazing and what they did with this old building is beyond anything we could have ever imagined!!!! Well done on saving an old building from demolition and bringing it into a new age!!!!!

Coming home for the holidays we just needed a room to stay in. When we arrived late the check in process was very quick and the front desk was very welcoming. When we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised that we had a half kitchen even though we did not request one the set up of the room was so cozy and we felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. I was a little hesitant as some reviews of this hotel were not ideal but after staying there those people have to be crazy because we loved this hotel!!! We have a similar hotel in Omaha where we live and it was nice to see one so close to home. The only slight complaints we had is that we wish the pillows were a little firmer and that we were given more towels in the beginning. There was slight hard water stains in the shower but nothing too bad. And this is us just being picky. The other thing that we absolutely loved about this hotel is the breakfast options. I did not get the name of the chef who is there every morning making fresh eggs but she is amazing I would stay here just eat her food every day! I know if we ever need to visit home again we will be staying here; very happy!!

9 out of 10 - great QC hotel for work or pleasure
We've stayed several times at the Element Moline and will do so again. It's a great facility, with a lovely social atmosphere in the lobby, great central location, and a unique historical setting. Two minor complaints from this stay: the pool was cold and uncomfortable for us and our kids, and we had to ask three times to get a complete set of sheets and blankets for the pull-out bed in our couch. Aside from those minor issues, the Element delivered a great stay once again and we're looking forward to staying again soon.

The curtain in our room was out of order and had stains on it. The shower floor could have used a deep cleaning. The caulking around the floor base had mildew on it. The body wash also needed to get refilled. The staff was very friendly, so I made no complaints.

They had good breakfast and social hours which runs Monday through Thursday. Close to other restaurants. They allowe pets so if you like waking up to a puppy kennel you will be good. Nice gym and pool. The showers had pink Mold and as far as the cleaning goes you have to request to get your room clean as the cleaning staff don’t really clean just make up the bed. Over all knowing what I know now I would look for another property to stay before I stay there again.

I’ve stayed here once before and was pleasantly pleased with my experience but that was not the case this time around. I booked a room for two nights only to stay for 1. The room was not well-kept nor had it probably been cleaned in a while. If it had been clean it was done poorly. Every piece of the bed linen had stains or dirt on it, two out of the four pillows should’ve been thrown out in the bed wasn’t comfortable. And I checked in at 2:45 on a Saturday it was gone by 5:30 Sunday morning & didn’t return for my second night.

The saving grace of my our stay was the staff. The issues we had with our room were addressed immediately with care and professionalism. In our 4 day/3 night stay we were told the pool would be “ready tomorrow” when we checked in. The pool was the primary reason for choosing this hotel and it never opened. Our room was also very dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We ended up moving into a different room which was very clean. The breakfast service was amazing including hot foods and many pastry options. The little shop was also great with snack and drinks as well as beer and wine.
Wonderful hospitality in an incomplete facility.

We waited at the front desk for 10 minutes for anyone to show up. We called the hotel and the manager and no answer from either. The front desk person finally showed up and was polite but there should be someone available for check in.

Free parking across the street, very clean and possibly newly remodeled hotel, comfortable beds, security measures in place during overnight hours and for elevator usage. Hallway noise can be a little loud for light sleepers. We arrived late and left early so we did not take advantage of any breakfast offerings or other amenities.

Clean and modern, perfect location.
We stayed here for an overnight without our kids. The location is perfect if your at an event or buisness trip. We were able to order food to be delivered (China Inn, was amazing) there were several options near by. The river is close enough to take a walk to. The history of the warehouse was showcased by the decor chosen. Lots of hard clean surfaces so the hall can be a little noisy but it has a very modern feel. They are very good with their COVID safty.

pleasant stay in Moline
I was very impressed with the service, staff, quality of breakfast and the happy hour was a bonus. I enjoyed the walk ability to the river and the restaurants. It was very well maintained and had a modern style. Also the bed was super comfortable. If I am ever in Moline again, I will definitely stay there again. Theresa who cooked the breakfast was a delight.
There is a train that runs through and does have a loud horn Every now and then that I have seen people giving the hotel a bad rating for this reason but it didn’t bother me. I wanted to have a view of the river and had a great sunset view so I was closer to the train noise too. But if you don’t want to be bothered by the train let them know and they will accommodate you on the other side with a view of the town.

Great breakfast, nice rooms, dirty pool and NOISE!
I will just say, to start, that we experienced a friendly check-in, the rooms are spacious, and the overall design is unique and interesting. Our two families (4 adults and 2 three-year olds) were completely charmed by the lady who monitored breakfast; she is AMAZING!
Now for the (pretty substantial) downside: first, the swimming pool area was filthy. A woman came in with a broom one of the days we were there swept a few open areas, and walked out leaving several items on the floor including a juice bottle, sock, hair ties, and candy wrapper; still there the next day. We also found gunk in the water, including two hair clusters.
Our worst experience, however, was the last night: at midnight, a loud party commenced in the room next to us with screaming laughter and thumping bass soundtrack. Between 1 and 4 am, I called the front desk three times. Someone came up the first time, and it was quiet for 15 minutes after. The next few times I called. I got an answering machine and then nothing.
When I complained the next morning, I was told we couldn't get our money back because we booked through Expedia. Desk person told me to get free snacks from the store. Our last day with Chicago family was ruined since no one had slept. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE A NOISE CURFEW IN A PLACE MEANT FOR SLEEPING!?

The first room that we were given was disgusting; the pull out couch cushions were wet from a hole in the ceiling dripping water, when we went to pull out the bed there was an opened pack of salad dressing squeezed out between the bed and the cushions, there was no toiletries except for a dirty/half used bottle of lotion. We were moved to a second room; where the bed was not made and there was a huge black stain on the couch cushions. When I went to tell Catyah at the front desk, she kind of laughed it off, telling me "well, there is no manager here, and all i can do is move you to another empty room. But if you dont take it thats your choice." I was told that Nick, the manager was going to call me to make it right, but I am still waiting.
Luckily, Theresa at breakfast was amazing; she provided a happy "good morning" to us, a smile, outstnding customer service, and a hot breakfast made with love.

This property is across the street from the TaxSlayer Center and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The staff was very hospitable and the rooms were very comfortable and unique. I believe the property was turned into a hotel / rehabbed from an old warehouse building. Very neat!! I would definitely stay here again!
