This hotel room was as advertised. The property is in an ideal location , close to literally everything, restaurants, fine dining, mall and much more. I really love this location. Definately recommend. I would also stay here again.

We liked the area of the property and the fact that it was a convenient location. The property was clean but pretty basic. We had some very noisy neighbors who were running up and down the halls until 11pm at night but that is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing and could have been better. The fresh fruit was good, but for the hot breakfast there were no scrambled eggs or potatoes, only two options with pork, which we don't eat so we had no hot food option.

My stay was less than desirable. My air conditioner didn’t work and froze up. When I called the desk was told they couldn’t help me as there was only 1 employee on duty in the hotel. My toilet then wouldn’t flush and I again called for assistance and was told they couldn’t do anything as only 1 employee and that person couldn’t leave the desk. I had to insist on a new room and had to go downstairs to the desk to obtain another room and room keys then move all my belongings . I had requested room service with clean towels each day as it was offered and this didn’t happen either. I had to make trips down to the lobby with my dirty towels in order to get new clean ones. Every time I used the elevator the smell of pot was so strong that I wanted to vomit. I have stayed at this hotel in the past but this visit was the absolute worst. Very didi for a Marriot hotel.

Ok breakfast.Staff was friendly and nice lobby. ROOM was not cleaned well, Toilet seat was so loose I had to fix it, coffee cups were dirty, there was no sugar or stir sticks and the tub had a leak. I am a former hotel Supervisor and this would not meet my standards.

Make sure you check in early. Unfortunately we checked in late (530) and got the last room with queen beds on the first floor-certainly not my first choice. The hotel is nice and close to many restaurants, and other conveniences-Starbucks, etc. breakfast was decent enough.

Beautiful newer hotel, the most comfortable beds, immaculate, but the best part was the man behind the counter….Joshua!!! Long time night manager, truly cares about his customers and their needs. We arrived at almost 2am and tired from the drive. Joshua was there, sincerely taking care of our needs. He says he wants each of his customers to be completely satisfied…..I can tell it’s not BS. Probably short staffed but still taking care of everyone through the night and into the morning. Kind of an over the top review but you just don’t find customer service like his much anymore and you couldn’t find many properties better than this one.! Thank you Joshua!!

Service great, the people are so friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. Hotel is very clean. The pool area is nice. The fitness room also clean. Complimentary breakfast is cool to have every morning. There is a microwave in the room and a fridge although our fridge wasn't working in room 407. Overall great property will definitely come back.
Of course because of covid there isn't room service to clean the room and make your beds daily but it was understandable. Can't wait til things get back to normal.

Property and surroundings were very good. What I did not like was waking up and having red spots around upper chest and neck. I hope it is not bed bugs but the hotel should take a look at it.
Also, one of the towels had a long blond hair indicating that it was not replaced accordingly

I have two comments of concern but one is tied to Expedia per the hotel. When I booked the rom via Expedia I used the rate and pic. I wanted the room with the additional annex room and was willing to pay increase in cost. Was not given that room. Staff did not clean room after day 1. No knob sign for request.

Very clean and quiet!
Took a chance on staying at the Fairfield Inn after reading their great reviews and we were glad we stayed! We were happy to see the Front Desk Clerk with a mask on and at his station checking people in, and he actually obliged us by getting us a room away from the large number of youth sports groups that were staying there as well. The room was modern with good decor, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was super clean. I used my own disinfectant wipes to clean all the commonly touched surfaces (bathroom too) like I normally do, and I couldn't find any dust or dirt. It was also very quiet, even with people coming and going in the hallway. The only negative we found was that the hotel tv/internet offered a lot of channels and every news channel, except MSNBC. It was the only channel that did not load when we changed to it. If that is their rule, then we probably will not stay there again. Such a shame though. Great hotel and staff.
