We were just there for a quick work trip but the hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the property was very clean, quiet and safe. We loved that the location was off the strip and in a good area.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience while at check in. I really feel disappointed and never would have expected this from Hilton. I traveled with my wife and kids and the person that checked us in kept stating that this was a resort and talking to me in a rude manner. When asked about breakfast, she responded it’s extra as it was a resort. Never did I get a welcome or a smile. Definitely left a bad taste and not wanting to return

Property is in neat condition and in a quiet area, away but not too far from the noisy Strip, parking was always available and was included with my staying which was a big plus, I felt very safe inside the property, security always around but can't say the same about the surrounding area, nearest restaurants and attractions are at walking distance but the streets around the hotel are kind of lonely, there are some homeless people around, although I didn't have any incidents, always exercise caution specially at night or use other means of transportation but if you are planning to drive keep in mind that parking is limited and is not free around the Strip area.

Stay elsewhere or lower expecations
Run down place in need of upgrades. Feels like a tired Disney timeshare in Orlando... which is appropriate, I suppose. Owners? Thought it was a hotel. My mistake. It was not affordable, so thought it would be nice. It was not.

Good value slightly off the strip
The property seems to be a good value. Nice to have the gym close to the elevators. The bathtub is a nice touch. The only complaint is that one of the parking lot elevator's light was out at night. Overall good stay

Bath tub for a queen!
Our room size and set up was amazing. Never have had a bathtub of that size without paying a fortune. Coffee makers could be replaced with easier set ups. Restaurant and bar would be great on site. Staff was friendly, quick and responsive.

I was put in a room and there was a leak. They were able to change me to another room immediately which was nice and they gave me late check out for free for the inconvenienced it caused me.

When in LV For more than a few days, it is nice to have a fully furnished place to stay, including a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the suites. The place is clean and the staff very friendly. Our second stay

NO WATER IN THE HOTEL, POOR PROTOCOLS
There was no water and instead of setting up large tubs of water on each floor they forced us to come downstairs to get bottled water. They only communicated by text, assuming we all give cell phone numbers, and the staff wasn’t well informed of emergency protocols. Considering we’re in COVID era, this place is a Petri dish of disease waiting to happen.

Once I arrive everything went smooth. I even received a message in the morning in regards to checking in. That day I wasn’t there besides the morning and coming back later to sleep. In the morning I received a message about water break. Because of this the water wasn’t returned till 4pm over 13 hrs without water . It doesn’t take that long to fix a water main break especially after leaving the property around mid day and seeing the water company with minimum of clean up. The reason why I say this is I work do the same for a profession and it wouldn’t of taken me that long. Now that wasn’t part of the hotels fault but some type of compensation would be given to its guests. Unfortunately, there wasn’t and due to that i would say I’d give them a 3 star overall or else it would be a hire rating .

No water, no solution.
A water pipe broke on the property, so we had no access to water (shower, toilet, teeth brushing, etc). No solutions were brought forth beyond a bottle of water option at checkout.

Comfortable stay but always look at your charges.
The hotel is nice, I booked without really looking at all the pictures but our room was huge with its own room and separate living area. I loved that there was a kitchen and a washer and dryer. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole area was decent and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only issue we had was guest services charging our card TWICE (over $500) for an additional night we wanted to stay and left us with having to pay extra to book again through hotels.com instead of accepting us through their own system. They admitted it was their fault and did not know the reason why we were charged so much. So that left us out on spending money till our bank issues it back after our trip. :(

Surprisingly nice place
Surprising nice place. Didn't know what to expect. Rooms are well appointed. Entertainment system is great, with Netflix, Prime, other stuff avialble. Had just a room, not a suite, but still had a small sink and real dishes. No restaurant but Marketplace had good food, wine, and toiletries/medicine. Gym was clean, good and relatively new equipment, including free weights. Definitely recommend.

Reception team was great and made check in easy. The room was old and shabby. The slide door between the bedroom & restroom was not working properly and it was clear from the scratches that it is in that state for a long time. The worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The washing powder supplied smells horrible. Blankets and pillows were not any better. Overall this is not the Hilton standards I’m used to. The ventilation in the bathroom was not adequate. The lights in the bathroom kept on flickering. There was not valet service upon arrival. There were weird people sitting between the parking structure and the hotel, which made me and family really concerned. The good news is that it’s all over and we’re back home safe.

Awesome Stay!!
I was in room 901. It was absolutely peaceful in the entire hotel. I loved the water pressure in the shower and the water was super hot. I loved this place. If you don’t want to stay on the strip this is the place to be and the strip is super close. We used the pool while we were here and that was cool also. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great! The check in was super easy, the customer service was great. Very informative and user friendly. Our room was wonderful! Clean and ready to go. All of the accommodations in the kitchen (utensils, ice maker in the freezer, coffee maker, cups, plates, etc.) made our vacation so much easier and comfortable. The parking was even easy to access and utilize.

Front desk had complicated procedure for food delivery to our room. They would not let delivery boy up until I insisted they do so as we were in our pajamas and could not go down to get the food. We are not owners or time share people, just vacationers who want better service than your time-share hotel provides. We were not informed in advance of your unique situation.

Property was easy to find. GPS is accurate. We felt very safe. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and air worked nicely. Some noise in the hallway and doors closing were a little annoying but not bad. A restaurant on site or nearby would have been nice. Overall a nice stay.

The inside the property was nice. Clean BUT in my room was concerning. The first night I reported to the front desk about what is appeared to be BLOOD splatter on the mirror. She said she’d have someone come up and clean it, AFTER asking “Sooo… do you want us to clean it or what?” YES it’s blood. After we came back, nothing was cleaned up. I was beyond angry. I decided before I say anything or snap I’ll leave it. But upon checking out I snapped another photo to show the front desk when I check out. She was nicer. Apologized and I went on my way.
The TV was frustrating. It almost never worked or never had the right program on when it’d say certain shows were on but they weren’t. The food in the cafe aka small salads and the Starbucks drinks were sooo expensive. Almost $40 every visit for very little.
We stayed from Friday to Monday and not once did housekeeping ever come. We did not have any sign of “do not disturb”
And once someone did not knock on our door but TRIED TO OPEN IT! Like push it open. So loud it woke me up.
The staff when I got there was polite especially Delmar (I’m probably butchering the spelling of his name, I apologize) but the woman when I came back down to report the everything I mentioned previously was bothered that I even approached her.

Came to Vegas for 3 days for Lovers & Friends Festival and this hotel didn’t disappoint. It doesn’t have gambling or a restaurant but it’s clean, has spacious rooms and courteous staff. Close walk to Festival Grounds. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a quick night - got to the hotel at 2 am with two kids in tow and the hotel staff was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Easy location for parking, nice marketplace for breakfast. We didn’t use pool area or other amenities but would definitely stay again if we were doing a stopover.

Every single staff member at this resort was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was a leaking (noisy) tub that was quickly attended too but then went back to dripping that evening. We closed the bathroom door and lived with it. Other than that, our stay was great. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before that all staff were so courteous and kind. Outstanding.

There was still trash in some bins when we arrived, which we did not like. I wish there was better soundproofing between rooms. The hot tub was not working either. Otherwise, good location for us and everything else was good.

I don’t know if all the rooms are suites, but having a kitchen and two separate living spaces was ideal for our family. We stayed several days, so we needed to request extra shampoo, toilet paper, and linens— and the staff was very kind and accommodating. While our room was very clean, there were a couple of places where the moulding was crumbling and had been seemingly hastily repaired— but that didn’t affect our stay in any way.
The hotel is 1/2 mile walk (in either direction) to the monorail, which took us wherever we wanted to go on the strip.
The pool and workout room were small, but both clean, up-to-date and usable.
In conclusion, it’s a nice place to stay, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Vegas.

There were zero people in the locked pool area and we were told we could use that area but our key never worked and nobody seemed to want to help us. We had only 3 days out of Michigan winter so this was a real negative for us.
