Dinning area was very nice. We were checking in at around 6:30 pm and thought we would be able to eat a light dinner there. However they did not have kitchen staff there that evening. We were able to get a glass of wine and we ordered door dash so it all worked out.

This room was a major disappointment. At a rate of $250 for a Saturday night, this fell drastically short. The bathroom smelled of old urine/ body odor. The shower curtain rod was broken and almost completely unusable. I will not be staying here again. My wife and I agreed that we would have rather stayed in a Holiday Inn express than the Hilton Garden Inn.

Breakfast was poor and way over priced. The same breakfast is provided at Hampton Inn for free. The staff member attending the breakfast didn’t even bother to say good morning much less offer any assistance.

Good Service with some yucky bedding.
I use Hilton Garden Inn a lot. They have gone downhill the past few years. This trip, the bed spread was visibly dirty and itched. The beds are continuing to see wear and tear and are no longer comfortable. On the good side, service is very good.

I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. The one in Manhattan, KS is very nice. I just wasn't impressed. Plus the breakfast should've been better than powdered eggs, since it costs $12.95.

The only thing that I did not like was paying for my breakfast. I typically will not stay in a hotel that doesn't offer some sort of complimentary breakfast that is just worked into the room price. I understand though that it is a financial adjustment. Just wasn't ready for a bill to be handed to me after eating watered down eggs and crunchy bacon. Thanks though.

Very disappointing stay!
I got ready to go to bed and noticed the sheets had not been changed.
The room was very, very dusty. I didn’t even dare to use the coffee pot the next morning.
The toilet ran constantly.
I doubt I will ever use a Hilton again.

This is a nice hotel- I was working at a camp at the new athletic facility in Chesterfield so the location was great. Bathroom was outdated and a little dirty, honestly. Overall it was a good stay, but the bathroom was the only downside.

Phone didn’t work. Roman shade cord broken, so shade had to be rolled up by hand & secured w/2 large binder clips. Bathroom clean, but enamel in tub had large chip. Found another guest’s sock in one of the cupboards.
Our room faced I-64. Could hear no traffic noise. Staff was very accommodating. Prices lower than others in area. There are food options for breakfast & dinner but you pay for them separately - not included in room charge. Good option for me.
Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Clean for the most part but could use better maintenance.

Not up to the hton quality
Room was not clean. Have stayed in Hilton garden regularly. This one was not so good. In the room we heard heavy breathing sound from air conditioning machine. As if there was a monster inside the wall..
No food included in the room price. It was disappointing to know have to pay 12$ per person to get break fast.

The “restaurant” didn’t have a cook and no food options after breakfast, with the breakfast mess still on the carpets. Elevators were equally messy and outdated. Hallways were renovated and nice, but room was very dated, especially the bathroom.

The property overall seemed very clean, but our room was a disappointment. It was over $200 for one night and was supposed to include breakfast. However, our room wasn't clean. There was sticky stuff on the toilet paper in the bathroom, and that was weird, though there was a second roll. But there were ants all over the counter in the room that got into the food we brought with us. We killed at least 30 during the short time we were there. And there was a fee for breakfast. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.

The hotel was fine. Staff was friendly. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly, but we managed ok. The pool is a bit small and being indoors, there is nothing to ground the sound, so on the night we were there, a number of teenagers were using the pool and their voices carried making it an unpleasant experience as I couldn’t hear my children who were right next to me. However the following morning we had the place to ourselves and it was very nice.

Room looked dirty. My pillows were extremely flat. One bed in the room was really soft & the other too hard. I didn't find the staff accommodating at all. Breakfast was to be included & then they told me at breakfast it was an extra 8.95 for a bowl of fruit loops. I will never stay here again. Dogs barking & the floor looked as though it hadnt been vacuumed in a while. I am still upset about it.

I reserved two queen size double bed rooms and the beds were not queen size they were full size which made us all uncomfortable for the night . They were really uncomfortable beds. Did not get much sleep!!

Booked late in the day. Place under renovation but very well managed. Our room was set for remodel as we left but in better shape than your average hotel room. I can only imagine that it will be a fantastic redo, based on the existing progress.

Toilet Flapper in 412 sticks open. I lifted tank lid to fix it, but please take a look. Also, front doors are very beat up around the frames. Might want to brighten that up for first impressions.

The service was very friendly and accomodating for all of our needs. The room was very clean. The pillows were perfect, but the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep. We ordered food from the bar which exceeded our expectations! However, the continental breakfast was not as satisfying. Due to changes for covid, it is a grab n go cold breakfast. While the effort of the hotel is appreciated, we can't wait to be able to come back for a warm breakfast! Overall, our visit was good. Thank you!

Horrible bed mattress. Stayed here 2 years ago and was much better shape. Wallpaper coming off walls and drywall cracking at seams. No blanket.

It was very nice, we were very pleased with the room, however we were surprised with such a nice room…why the bathroom wasn’t updated and had broken tiles on the floor right where you stand at the sink!

Should not be called a Hilton.
The furniture was worn with broken cabinets. There was no restaurant as described there was a breakfast buffet that they did not open, it was not because of COVID-19 they said there were not enough guests. FYI online they were fully booked. Bed was as hard as a rock and pillows were very worn and flat. They had housekeeping by request only, which was fine however, with the condition of the room I question the cleanliness. There is also no services at all after 8pm that includes the 4 seat bar in the lobby that was merely beer and wine.

Great, helpful staff, pretty landscaping, good parking for family cars (no 18-wheeler parking; but commercial lot next door might accommodate on a weekend). Rooms are pretty, bathrooms are dated but functional and clean.

First the reception desk clerk was not very responsive, she seemed very unhappy with her job, probably did not say a dozen words to us. Second, there was a storm and the electricity went off at 5:20 pm day of check in, which was at 3:00 PM, the electric did not come back on until 2:30 AM next day, the window leaked so bad in our room we had to use 4 big towels to put in window, no light, no air and not one word from the management. I must say I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Also, no breakfast the next morning and not a word from the front desk when we left. Just a look of "just get me out of here, I hate my job". Needless to say I think they should be a credit issued to my credit card for the inconvenience that we had to experience. It was the pure pits!!

I know Covid gets blamed for everything, and rightly so, but we all thought (there were 6 others with me) some more effort could have gone into that grab and go breakfast, which must have been worth $1.50. I wouldn’t have even listed it as a a benefit.

Great value at a newer hotel
We were in the area visiting family for the weekend. The hotel looks newer and was clean and comfortable. Of course the breakfast was limited because of covid restrictions, so it was a take-and-go breakfast, but it looks like they have a nice kitchen so I would be interested in going again when the kitchen is running. But overall, this was nice stay at a very reasonable price.

Great hotel in a great location!
Our stay was great! The room was very comfortable, with a couch and a Herman Miller chair to lounge in. The pool and hot tub were also very nice to relax in. Even though the location is right along the a major highway and not far from an airport, the noise from either was not intrusive for sleeping. The location is so close to just about every store and type of restaurant you would need, and the staff were nice and helpful during our stay!

Check in is at 3 and we got there at 530 after driving two hours for a girls weekend. When I went to the desk the receptionist was very silent and rude. She looked annoyed when I asked what was wrong which was that our room wasn’t ready still even though it was 2 and 1/2 hours after their check in time. She expressed that it would be 45 minutes until it was ready because they were understaffed. No apology or compassion, I do understand being understaffed but her presentation during the situation was unprofessional. This in professionalism continued on the next few interactions. When we did come back to the hotel to finally check in I walked up to the counter and was just handed my key- no words were spoken to me. Later that evening when purchasing snacks she just motioned for me and my friends to hand her our payment and when we say “thank you” nothing was spoken back. We will not be staying here again, definitely wasn’t worth the almost $200 we spent to stay there.

Make sure you stay quiet!
I really wanted to love this hotel, it was in a quiet location, the reviews were great, and the staff was welcoming. However, I was traveling with a 3 year old, and received a noise COMPLAINT from the room below us at 8:00 pm on a Friday night. I suspect it was from the flooring, as he was talking and playing within a normal volume. Because of this, I had to get on to him every time he made a noise or stomped a little loud, for fear that we may receive another complaint. The next day, I understood why there was a complaint, because you could hear every door shut, every foot step down the hall, every laugh or raise of the voice, which interrupted our sleep and stay as well. Being used to kids though, we did not call and make a complaint, cause that's just part of a hotel stay.
I liked the location, as it was tucked away from busy roads and other travelers, which may not be appealing to some, but it was close enough to restaurants and shopping. The pool area is small, but accommodating, but water in the pool was too cold for comfort. Beds are double bed, which was advertised, but a little to tight for two adults who do not normally sleep together (I was traveling with my brother, lol).
Overall, a decent stay, but will probably explore other hotels if visiting again.

The phone in my room didn’t work, and the chair had a bottle of lotion in it from the previous guest.

The place had high reviews so I booked a night for my brother and I. The staff was very nice but the room was disgusting. When I walked in I sat in the chair with a little tv tray on it and the tray was filthy with a film on it. I opened the blinds to find about 10 dead stink bugs. I'm not gonna get into everything that was disgusting but after I cleaned that crap up and tried to sleep, the sheets came off the bed in the middle of the night and when i got up to fix it i turned the light on and there was all kinds of disgusting stains all over the mattress. Don't waste your money here!

It was wonderful that the staff Sarah texted to check how we were doing, we really appreciate that. The check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. Lots of food and shopping near by, made it easy for us to find a restaurant after a long drive.

Just okay..
We stayed here for a little family trip.
The location was amazing with a lot to do near by.
The staff was very friendly, the actual hotel was just okay.
It wasn't super clean and the appearance of the rooms were "run down". Water damage, pealing wall paper, stink bugs... we didn't have enough hot water for 3 showers. Beds were small and VERY firm!
The pool and hot tub were open, which is why we booked this hotel. The hot tub was hot, but definitely could have been hotter, but smelled like sweat and dirty feet. The pool was clean, but the lack of chlorine smell was concerning.

100% Recmmended - and I Don't Say That Often.
Fantastic stay. 100% recommended for friendly staff, great room, COVID precautions and cleanliness. 72 hour delay between guests in each room. Mandatory masks and 6 ft distancing.
Front desk agent (Sarah) followed up via text msg re: how things were 15 minutes after arrival. Another follow up text 30 minutes after checkout the following day. Take away bag breakfast with bagel, 2 eggs, granola bar and yogurt. For each person staying.
Very good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants for Wveey taste. And you can get to all of them without getting on the highway.
Best hitel stay in a long time. And unbelievable during this pandemic. If you are in the St Louis/Chesterfield area, make this the only place you consider.

Hilton doesn’t fix defective TV when it was known
Hotel was fine except the first room they put me in had a defective TV. Snd they knew about this already because there was a stickie on the TV saying it was defective.
We had to move to another room which was inconvenient.
A Hilton should not have issues like this.

We always have good service at Hilton Garden Inns, no exception here. Unfortunately, no restaurant service was available the night of our stay and we didn't see other dining in the immediate area (so we hit the snack bar)

We left at 4:30 AM due to it making more sense to drive home 2 hours so we could get some actual sleep.
Once we got used to the semi trucks driving by laying into their J-brakes, we were greeted by a backfiring sound from a nearby storage room. It sounded like a shotgun going off.....every 15 minutes.
Will not stay again.

This was a good hotel, similar to other Hilton Garden Inns but probably nearing a refresh because there were a few dings and scratches here and there. Overall though, it was a great value and what I would expect from the Garden Inn line. Clean and in a safe location. I would stay here again.

Chesterfield stay
I picked the Hilton courtyard because of its high rating. My wife is Handicapped and the front doors were not automatic making it very hard for her to get in the hotel. The beds were the worst I ever slept on it felt like you were sleeping on a box spring.

It was ok. The rooms need cleaned way better. There was a couple of hard nasty spots on the carpet and something on the wall that looked like maybe someone threw an orange and splattered it on the wall and you could see dried up drippings. Also there was some noise throughout the night that woke us up very early. Sounded like a pipe cooling off
