The hotel is very nice. Front desk gal was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
The problem is- finding the place. Your address on the Expedia hotel site is INCORRECT. We drove around fir 20 minutes before asking several people and realizing we were on the wrong side of freeway. Hotel is on Arizona NOT SOUTH ARIZONA.

Very helpful staff.
The hotel was kind of hard to find but is back off the main road a bit. We checked in easily. The room was comfortable and clean. After we checked in another couple checked in and had two dogs. They must’ve left because for the next hour or do the dogs were whining and crying at the door. We went to the person at the desk. Sh tried calling them but they didn’t answer. She gave us another room on another floor. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.

I would try again
Check in was very friendly. Room smelled musty. We got a fairly early knock on the door from housekeeper which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but baby was up in the night several times so we were just getting back to sleep.

It was an older hotel and the rooms needed updating.
Older air conditioning unit that was noisy. Linens needed updating.
Breakfast selection didn’t meet expectations. We paid for breakfast with reservations and expected buffet but it was order from menu. Disappointing.

My sister and nephew lives in Jolpin, so I say in the area several times a year. I could have stayed in a number of cheeper places, but i picked this one because of the indoor pool so i could take the little guy swimming. Only i find out after check the pool is close due to a filter issue. I registered 4 people to stay, had to requests more towels because there was only one in the bathroom. The refreg had, moody half rooten food and drinks left in it. Sheets would not stay on the bed, we had to get up several times in the night to remake both beds. Staff was not helpfull, to the point where i just stop tring beacause i was going to loss my temper. Will not stay here again.

They didn't honor our full reservations
We sent a group of 19 people on a church trip. When we checked into this hotel for our 4-night stay, the lady at the front desk told us that she didn't have rooms available with two beds on our last night of the booking. We booked on Hotels.com sometime around March for this June 21st check-in and even confirmed our reservations through the hotel itself. The hotel clerk said that Hotels.com didn't send our room type to them. I find this very difficult to believe because I have used Hotels.com for YEARS and have never had this problem before. It is also quite odd that they had our room type booked for the first 3 nights and not the last night. I have taken MANY groups on trips like this and have never had anything but great support from Hotels.com. We even showed the hotel clerk our reservation confirmation that shows we should have two queen beds in each room. We were told we had to check out a night early because they couldn't accommodate our full stay. I understand that they took reservations over ours. Because we had booked so early (almost three months in advance) and were at the hotel in advance of other parties arriving later in the week, I do not understand why they didn't honor our stay. It was very disappointing, and it left our group sitting in the lobby for quite sometime while trying to work this out. It was actually embarrassing for this to happen because we try to have everything done really well and professionally. It was very disappointing.

There was food crumbs in the two twin beds, the blinds were broke, the bathroom light morror light flickered, and when approched front desk they lady clearly didnt have the training to fix any issue. And my room was also given away and i was ugrading to a dirty room. Will never stay again.

Hotel is fairly new and staff at reception were very friendly. The room was booked for 3 nights but no cleaning service for the duration. I was told that all hotels do that now. I asked for the coffee station in room to be restocked after second night as I only got one regular and one decaf Keurig pod but it wasn’t done. Little disappointing not to be able to have a simple cup of coffee in my room in the morning.

Our room was not ready at check in time so we had to find something to do. It appeared the hotel was a little understaffed. It was clean and comfortable. No free breakfast, only a beer and pub bar.

The place was nice but we ended up waking up at 2am with bed bugs all over. I was attacked all over my arm. We had to leave our hotel room at 2am and drive home. We only live 30 minutes away but we’re trying to have a nice night out and ended up having to leave. I paid $155 for 1 night to have bed bugs. I will never go back there. When I told the night manager, she told me that it was a lesson learned to make sure I check my room before I check in, how do you even do that? Most hotels won’t allow that. They were just rude. It took me calling everyday for 4 days to finally get my money back.

The hotel is trying to give me a refund I had a very rude person that would work the front desk they put me in a room that was all the way on the other side of the building I could hardly walk I’m traveling and I have a bad back I asked for a room near the elevator the light would not go on in the bathroom it’s burnt out and I couldn’t get it fixed while we were there crazy I spoke to Christy she is the general manager please get me a refund it was terrible

After two relatively horrible nights at the Fairfield Inn in Oklahoma., This Holiday Inn was amazing the room was clean there was plenty of towels and wash clause the air conditioner work good and when I went downstairs and told him the television wasn’t working immediately moved me to a better room. The $10 breakfast was hotel quality food but it was only $10 so I recommend it. There were plenty of carts in the lobby for luggage.

This hotel is new but the beds are HARD and when blow drying my hair the breaker blew so I had to call the front desk and ask them to flip the breaker. The lights and outlets didn’t work. Won’t stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, everything in great shape as it is only 3 years old. Staff was friendly. Was sold out due to a ball tournament so was a bit loud at night. We were in town for a wedding & it fit the bill. Beds were super comfy, especially the King bed & King room was super large with a day bed & trundle bed below, great for kids though we did not have any. They only do room service cleaning of the rooms if you stay 5 days or more...I guess it is a Covid thing but would have preferred to have beds made up, trash removed & fresh towels even on our 2 night stay. Would stay again, nice property, lots of restaurants & shopping close by & right next to the interstate.

Super clean, staff super efficient. Especially Crystal (night) and Sydney (day) were helpful and sweet. Bar staff Saturday night also extremely professional, kind, and solicitous... just describe what you're thirsty for, they deliver your cocktail! In fact, we are going to sign up for rewards. This was our 2nd stay at this particular location in less than a year. Great both times, especially this one.

The property was very nice. Clean, well designed. The restaurant was not great. Poorly designed service model. The waitress was responsible for finishing the plates after the cook prepared the eggs. Wrong order, cold food. I've stayed in other HIs where the desk clerk takes the breakfast order in advance and it is available for pickup in the morning. Much better than the piecemeal approach in Joplin.

This is a newer hotel. It is a little awkward to get to with the GPS directions. Staff was pleasant at check-in. The depend day I called down to get towels because they don’t clean or replace towels until after 3 days . The staff was short with me and never bright then . We had to go get them . They have a pool it is not heated but it isn’t hard. We did enjoy the food and drinks at their restaurant and it was reasonably priced . No breakfast is provided with stay . I’ll try another hotel next time even though it is convenient to a lot of things .

The rooms were not cleaned. There were still things left over from the previous tenants. Including clothes and a mask. I wasn't the only one complaining that night about the dirty room. The front desk was nice and offered a new room and breakfast but it still wasn't 100%.
