Great Stay, but the hot tub was broken. There were a few nice staff members. A lady with long hair and the tall gentlemen with glasses. Other two ladies didn’t know how to smile. The bartender was amazing and so was the housekeeper Maria. I’d stay again if the hot tub worked.

Nice lobby, nice room, loud neighbors
Hotel was in good condition and the room was very nice and comfortable. We did not hear the train at all. Unfortunately, the people upstairs from us and two rooms across from us were extremely loud throughout the night. Upstairs there was a kid running around and screaming until 2am. Then, across the hall, people were yelling at each other in the hallway at 3am for 10 minutes. We have a 1 year old and it was hard to get him to sleep/keep him asleep with all this noise. The train was the least of our noise issues.
We have a 1 year old too and it was hard to get him to sleep with

I wish I could remember the young woman who took care of the reception area all weekend. Just amazing customer service. Just discharged from the hospital and I never felt so comfortable in my life.

About average - over priced though.
It's a pretty standard Courtyard. It's in good shape and the location was ideal for us. The issues we had were small ones. Note that it is next to an Amtrak station so you'll hear trains from time to time.
Both light bulbs in the bedside light on one side were out. They're nonstandard and the desk didn't have any but offered to send maintenance in the morning. We checked out before that mattered. I swapped one over from the other light. Not a big deal but points to a quality control issue.
Bathroom fan stays on all the time. Lots of hotels doing this because it reduces mildew. Fine, but this one was noisy enough that we had to keep the door closed, which meant the bathroom didn't get the heat from the room. Again, not a big deal but a quality control issue.
Overall was fine for us, though any hotel in New England in the fall is priced ridiculously and this was no exception. Not a good value, but on par with what else was in the region for the same days.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Dedham/Westwood for a 2 night stay to attend a friends wedding. convenient location, near many attractions and shopping centers / dining options.Clean property with amenities. no complimentary breakfast but overall good experience. The only issue I had was the noise during quiet hours. I did not sleep well and this is the first time I experienced this issue. I could hear the sounds of guest walking above me as if I was in a cheap apartment building. There was this loud sound as if someone was vacuuming in the room beside me at 3am. not sure if it was a vent issue but that was the only issue I encountered.

The hotel is in great condition and very clean. The only potential downside is you can here the train station and tracks which are adjacent to the hotel

One and done
If the only available room was an Ada room I would not have booked this hotel. I booked this hotel for my parents when they were here for my brothers funeral. I called multiple times prior to checkin to make this seamless.

When we checked in ,we were asked if we wanted housekeeping, we said yes. We stayed from Friday through Monday, they never cleaned the room. We called the front desk everyday for towels . The supervisor were not friendly at all. The 2 guys had an attitude and was yelling , they were very rude.

No room service for the 3 days we were there. Trash in hallway left the whole time. Had to wait 5-10 minutes to get service at front desk. No breakfast available. Don’t do that anymore

Convenient location just off I-95; easy parking; easy check-in; clean; bar service in the evening; very good breakfast service in the morning with Starbucks coffee and sit-down breakfast order service delivered to the table. Rooms are good sized; clean; have nice TV and bathroom amenities.
It is located in a newer development with some very good restaurants, shopping, and Urgent Care right across the parking lot. There are some very nice walking areas in and around walkways on adjacent apartment complexes. And the local T rail and Amtrak are right there if you are travellling or need to get to Boston.
My only complaint is the breakfast area needs more attention to cleaning the tables after each sitting. I found most tables dirty as I was sitting down for breakfast
Overall, it's a great place for business, families, or leisure travel to the Boston suburbs

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Not because it’s a great hotel but because the location suits my needs best. Housekeeping never cleans my room. The shower curtain in one of my my rooms was ripped. There are often stains on towels and was cloths. Other than the location, the only other good thing I have to say about the hotel is that most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Most. I am going to look for other options going forward. I don’t want to keep spending my hard earned money on hotel that is average, at best. And keeps getting worse every time I stay.

This is perhaps the nicest Marriott I’ve stayed in. Beds comfy. Modern rooms (new construction). Lovely layout and nice amenities with snacks and bar. Highly recommend.

The room was nice. They had water for hot chocolate out in the morning, but not coffee. There was a Starbucks on site to buy some. The whole reason we switched to this hotel was for the pool. The pool and hot tub were great the 1st but closed our 2nd night because some guests complained about chlorine levels and they don't have maintenance available. This was extremely disappointing for my family.

The room was freezing cold and took a few hours to warm up. There was no shower curtains so water got all over the floor. Too much bleach in the pool area and no pool towels.

The location was perfect. Plenty of free parking.
The room was a good size, but noticed a bead and two wooden chopsticks near the side of the bed. This made me question if they cleaned the room prior.
The jacuzzi was warm at best.
The TV in our room wasn’t working.

Stayed for 4 nights with no maid service. It was a sign that said they do it every other day!
At nights there is an occasional loud horn from nearby rail station that woke me up more than once.
Clean and convenient hotel.
Friendly staff. Specially the restaurant staff. Mrs Rosa is amazing

The room was spacious, the shower had a nice bench seat and was very well-lit (which was surprisingly pleasant!), and the bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was that the ice machine on our floor was broken and we had to go to a different floor to get ice.

I stayed just one night. My room smelled like ketchup- there was a relatively fresh spot on the carpet. I could hear the people next to me. The room got really warm and stuffy when the AC went off. Overall- an okay stay.

A. Wouldn't let me bring a cot, wasn't a fan of having to share a bed with my mother.

Located right next to the amtrak route 128 stop in a shopping area! Very convenient location and can walk to the train. Had some outdoor seating areas under shade which were great to eat in, especially during the pandemic when indoor dining is questionable. Cleanliness was ok.

Looking forward to using the hot tub which was broken while we were there and our room did not have a tub to soak in which made the lack of hot tub felt even more. Shower was nice and big, large enough to fit a tub & shower combo. Outside of no tub the only other issue was not having a door on the shower to help trap the warm air.

When we check in at 5:30pm. The one of the staffs told us our room is not ready. It will takes 10 minutes. And her attitude was no respectful. And we had to wait about one hour to check in. During waiting at the lobby, she gave water to other customers. but we haven't have any water or no apologies. She charged bill to my credit card as a deposit, but no explanation. We were very disappointed her attitude. But other things were good to stay.

I believe if this location were to utilize the kitchen with the restaurant and bar as a pub style eatery it would be a great for all. Have regular hour for kitchen and a Happy Hour with a small pub style menu and the Great fun employees they have now would be a winning combination.You asked

Booked three rooms with King Beds, only had one King Bed available, others were twin queens, which was not what we had reserved.
TV’s did not properly work in any room, continued to cut out every 30 seconds and then come back after 15-20 seconds. Front desk clerk said it’s been going on for a while and they have to keep rebooting the system. She did not know if anything is being done to fix it.

Stayed here in this hotel a few months ago, no complaints.
However, stayed here this past weekend and there was a bed bug in our bed. They moved us to a new room, but it was much smaller and there was a musky smell coming from the bathroom the 2 nights we stayed there. The front desk attendant did not apologize, or acknowledge these issues.
Will not be coming back.
