Senora Fenny and senor Claudio are outstanding in professionalism ,customer service , and referrals for great places to eat and things to do!!! Great job ! This is my 4th stay in only a couple months. The ENTIRE staff including maintenance and housekeeping(although I haven’t used them) do an excellent job keeping the hotel clean and operational.

Nice location on the beach. Near transportation, shopping, and restaurants.
Although the suite is spacious, the bathroom is too small. Walls are not sound proof, we woke up almost every night because of noise from the guests upstairs.
Swimming pool was in maintenance, not informed about this on Expedia or by any other communication until we checked in.
There is a twenty dollar per day resort fee (not transparent on Expedia either).
The most unreasonable fee was the $1 per bag per hour when you leave your luggage after checkout (never seen this in any other hotel).

The staff was very accommodating. Found a room for early check in, and suggested places for very delicious food to eat. The beach was wonderful.

Great location, right next to the beach. Room was handy to have small kitchenette. Tried to do laundry, wouldnt take quarters and error code for card payment. Front desk would not refund my $2 in quarters since the machines belong to 3rd party company, who is not available on the weekend to repair machines. Laundromat 3 blocks away solved the issue. Receptionist not very helpful.

Es sumamente cerca de la playa. Precios razonables. Aunque no tiene estsmiento la localidad, se paga un resort fee de 60.00 pero nocuenta con servicios de resort como: estacionamiento, Spa, actividades para los guest, services, shuttle etc, segun definido para el cobro del resort. Los amenities son limitados pero por la proximidad de la playa vale la pena. La facilidad necesita pintura se ven oxidada partes de las estructuras de la piscina, El secador de pelo no esta en los cuartos hay que pedirlos en el front desk lo cual es un incoveniente, ya que tienes que programar cuando tienes que lavarte el pelo para solicitar el secador de pelo. El acceso a la piscina es por un lado lateral que tiene una verja metalica cuyo edificio lateral esta en construccion deben colocar mayas de privacidad toda el area hasta la piscina. El acceso de la playa solo esta disponible hasta las 5:00 pm te enteras por el rotulo que esta en la piscina no aparece en ningun material educativo de la facilidad, ni por su pagina en linea. El personal muy amable y atento. A ellos 5 estrellas.

The only good things about this place are it’s across from the beach and the use of 2 beach chairs for free. We rented a Queen Suite. The rooms are old and dated. The bed is a doubl/full size. Per the front desk it’s a California Queen. It wouldn’t have been horrible had the air conditioner worked properly. The a/c wouldn’t cool no matter how low we turned the temperature. It’s DIRTY. There were chips on our floor, the tiles in bathroom were broken and dirty. The gaps in the cabinets and appliances were large with dust and cobwebs. The carpet is very worn and dirty throughout. My 9 year old slept on the uncomfortable sofa bed and it squeaked and poked whenever she moved. The gap under the door to the main hallway allowed an incredible amount of light and noise into our room. On the website for the hotel, it states only ocean view rooms are given to those who book directly. My guess is those rooms are updated and this is where all the good reviews are from.

Have been here plenty of times. The room was good except the toilet was smelly when flushed and the room AC didn’t get the room cool enough. Had a wonderful ocean view out the side window. Always happy with the place.

Everything Expedia said about this property was a mfn life. Tiny tiny bedroom suites, looking out the windows remind u of a jail cell. Expedia is very misleading. This hotel is the lowest of them all. The beach water was DISGUSTING. leaves everywhere in the water. The bathroom has like brown dodo marks inside toilet. Laundry rooms didn't work. No balconies like was advertised

Eddy from front desk, went the extra mile as well as the lady working by his side. I was impressed in many ways but mostly by the room attendant, she did a great job. The unit smell really nice , The fitness center awesome. I really had a great stay and I will definitely come back

In the advertisement beach picture, potential customers should know it’s the short building in between the tall buildings. Parking is difficult- we could find nothing in the block of the hotel. The fitness center we did not see since it was only open until 2pm. The front desk staff were not at all friendly. The pool was the equivalent of a backyard pool & completely shaded by the building. The property was old & run down, though the rooms were acceptably clean & bed was comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, which had the more recently refurbished rooms. They were just ok. Very small.
The good thing was we were not there to hang out or relax at the hotel, we were there to sightsee & go to the beach. Location felt safe & relatively quiet. Good food options close by. Easy drive to the more hip but much more chaotic & crowded & loud South Beach area.

Really old and unwelcoming facility, especially for the price. The resort fee per day is ridiculous given nothing comes with it (have to pay for chair and umbrella on beach, etc.). Location was ok, though - lots of restaurants around.

I chose it for a reasonable kitchen option, right on the beach (no road to cross), separate bedroom from sofa-bed, pretty good gym. It ticked all those boxes.
Staff were excellent every time.
Only snag is parking, there is a car park 100m away which we only failed to find a spot in once. Nearby eating places for different budgets. Perfect choice for mum and 19yo son.

Old property but right on the beach. Even being right on the beach it’s over priced to me. No parking at the hotel. Public parking lot two blocks away. 8pm to 8am free then $1 for every hour after that. kids running down the hall playing music late night. Called front desk and they took care of it. Shortly after had a kid started screaming and crying in the next room. Seems like the parents that rent here let their kids do whatever. Other then that is was just ok

Would not recommend this place to anyone! No beach view to find from any window from this building when you book through a third party app/website! , Room smells horrible tv screens not working not in the bedroom not in the living room toilet gets clogged very fast! Found blood spots on the blanket...
I know you're going to answer I should of upgraded to the 4'th floor which we can't book through Expedia...
why should I upgrade when it's my first time in this hotel I booked a room I like to stay with the one I booked not upgrade
I would say Expedia should remove this hotel from their listing!!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Anywhere! The staff needs training in hospitality and customer service. You won’t be parking anywhere near this place. If you do find a spot be ready to be harassed by the employees for your parking space. Spots close to hotel should be for paying guests. Not the housekeepers. My staff party won't be here next year!

The hotel is in a great location. Y tú pu have lots of restaurants, beauty salon, Walgreens, Publix and many other things. The beach was absolutely amazing. But the building is old so you can hear everything and lots of noise when people walk on the other floors. The air conditioning was horrible. But other than that is a place to stay for a few days like we did.

The property is run down and dirty ( except front entrance made appealing to fool you). The room was dirty and stank ( possible mold). The cleaning lady never used any cleaning supplies or refreshers when she came. Just wiped with water. The pull out bad had stains and dirt allover it). The hallways have old dirty carpets ( 4th floor). The pool always occupied by loud groups of people playing loud music. It was not possible to sit by the pool. The staff ( cleaning/ maintenance) yelled to one another in mornings. The hotel is run very poorly and needs serious renovations. The worst concern was the smell in the room and inability to open windows😡. Save yourself money and go somewhere else.

Love the location, walk out the door directly to the beach with inexpensive chairs and umbrellas, walking promenade for miles, great restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Free trolley to South Beach, affordable Uber. Elevator is small and slow, it that’s the only complaint. Housekeeping is friendly. Front desk staff always pleasant and accommodating. This is my 6th stay and I’ll come back again.

Great location! Walk out the back gate across bike path and directly on the beach! Terrible cell phone service for Verizon which was surprised. One elevator was broken over two days so our walk to our room was long from working elevator. Pool was great if you didn't want to do beach. Nice fitness center. For price was a great value considering beach front in Miami beach. Recommended.

Well this hotel is old and could use a little more updating. Both the elevators were broken. One had been broken for awhile and the second one broke right after we arrived. The rooms need updating but were clean. There is no valet parking and the parking costs $10 at a lot a block away.The pool area and lobby were nice. The location was good. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly.

We paid for Oceanfront room and by surprise it was only a small view from lateral window, no balcony.
Whe the oceanfront is chosen, the prices is higher

Property needs a lot of work. We paid extra for the newly renovated rooms on the top floor. I can’t imagine how bad the condition would have been for unrenovated rooms. The bathroom tub had rust, the tub knobs didn’t turn properly to adjust the water. There was some red stains on the bathroom door. Looks like someone may have cut their finger & blood was smeared on the door. The sofa had stains on it. The carpet in the hallway was old & needs replacing. Staff was nice but overall the hotel conditions were pretty bad. Would not recommend. Pay a bit more & stay in south beach. The beaches there are much better & more places to eat & do.

On the beach was good. But I had to rent chairs for the beach, elevator was not working, I had to ask for hair dryer and reading lamps, the window shade was not sufficient to sleep, the tub had stains, the tub was very narrow, the bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly noisy, there is no parking, there are no refunds and the pool bathroom was a hike.

We spent $400 per night plus 15 per day.The Wi-Fi on the first day was coming 1 minute and off for another minute, 2nd and 3rd day was off completely. When I went to the front desk, he told me the internet company was working on it and then when I left, I could hear them laughing. They didn’t offer any kind of discount for the wi-fi. The TV in the living room was fine but in the bedroom with the remote provided turn on, I had to use a combination of the 2 remotes. Livingroom it is spacious and the kitchen had the stove, sink, glasses, cups, water boiler and coffee maker but no spoon, silverware or pans, pots or plates so you are forced to eat out. A dishwasher usable 1 time, it comes with only 1 bag of soap, it's there only for show because if you can’t cook you are never going to use it.
The pool it’s a bathtub but the solarium its big. We couldn’t go because we couldn’t find the ramp for wheelchair and I’m in a wheelchair. So basically, we payed $45 for not using any commodity but we had to pay it.
On top of that we could hear everything from upstairs. We were waking up when they wake up and sleep when they were going to sleep. They didn’t do hour room staying in the hotel all day we put the “do not disturb” sign on the door but I don’t even know if that was an option. No parking, don't rent a car. Beside the little laughing at the front desk, the staff was unbelievably friendly at the point that I doubt they were laughing at me

The property has an excellent location. Everything walking distance.
The hotel needs some improvement, a little update, but the only thing important is cleaning, it has a lot to improve, walls seems a little dirt, the sofa bed had sand, the mattress topper had stains, the mattress of the sofa bed was very damage.
The bed was in better condition. The carpets feel dirty, and even the bathroom that apparently was clean, the overflow of the sink has mould. It can be seen from the mirror.
Several details that can be improved.

Air in the rooms is always stale since it is not allowed to open windows. The worst view from the windows ever.
Management: Why are you not responsible for lost items in room safes but at the same time, you charge using them?
Dec 31, the gym open for 4 hours and on Jan 1 closed. What's up with that? You charge stay the most on those 2 days.
Not staying there any more.

Very noisy. We can hear walking from the guests above us. Insulation is very poor as we can hear our next guests. Bathrooms are not that clean. the closet i see rusts on the hangers and its just filty looking. I did not have time to take pictures it was a total disappointment. Only if i can get a refund and re order a booking. Location is good but i want peace and relaxed place to sleep.

I would not recommend this place to anyone you have to park on street and pay. It looks like a weird hotel. To top it off check out was at 11 I called and asked for late check out he said 1130. When I tell you they was blowing the phone up and the door at 1129 lol

The hotel is very outdated. I was not happy with my room. I was not informed of the parking options. Luckily there is a public parking area a block away. The over all location was great. Restaurants, grocery store, beach close by.

Not a 3.5 star hotel at all. More like 2 stars. No food no bar no pool bar. The smell of people smoking weed in the halls. No valet parking, self parking down the street by you or if you are lucky park on the street and have to remember to pay every 2 hours or get a ticket. No balcony to look at beach. Could hear the ac on the roof. Plain room and lights would flicker on and off when the ac came on. Could not get the same channels on the tv in the main room vs the bedroom and the volume on the tv would go up and down randomly. Prices way to high. I think all hotels in Miami are charging 2-3x their normal rates to recoup losses. South beach in general had a different lower class feeling this time and multiple restaurants tried to rip us off on the bill. However the staff was good and this hotel is on the beach but it’s just not a real 3.5 star hotel. Star ratings used to be based on amenities at the hotel not reviews and this place is slim at best on amenities. They do have little kitchens in the rooms and I guess ok if you are going to eat meals in the room to save money. But not my level of accommodations. You expect to be catered to in Miami and in general the trip this time was disappointing, trashy people everywhere, bums begging you for money as you sit at your table eating on south beach etc. Miami you need to clean up your act … it’s starting to look like San Francisco or Portland and overrun with losers vs beautiful people and prosperity !!!
