Our room was pretty dusty and dirty and unsafe, especially for our toddler. Was originally told that the bar would be open and dining since it was Christmas Eve, and when we arrived, realized there was no bar open and no dining was not impressed at all. Was expecting since it was a Hilton property to be on the nicer side, but was definitely not. Don’t think we will be returning.

The ceiling in my room (room 202) leaked in multiple places. The window was very drafty. Your "business" center is painfully insufficient, e.g. no tape, stapler, or pens available. Also, the printer requires too many steps to print. Finally, the young Hispanic woman working the front desk (Monday, December 11th) was snide and dismissive when asked anything by me or other guests.

Unexpected broken amenity
Aside from the broken hot tub (the main reason I booked this hotel for my quick trip) and the screaming kids in the hallways, my stay was ok. Comfortable, spacious room and easy parking. Friendly staff.

Cleanly room, and wonderful service.
The room was perfect and y he staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the very moment we walked in. Katherin texted us once we settle in the room to check that everything was how we liked it, and helped us to get some things we could use to make our stay with our family even better. Best service I’ve ever had, to be honest. Will definitely be choosing Hilton from now on.

Pros- Quick check-in/out, large rooms, comfortable beds, restaurant/bar and coffee bar on site, easy self-parking, friendly front desk staff.
Cons- Housekeeping tried to barge into the room twice (hours before check-out and while we were all still sleeping!), pool and hot tub are dated, bathroom and room doors show signs of age.
Summary- a decent place for an overnight stay, but make sure your safety door lock is engaged!

I really liked this hotel but paying as much as I did for my stay, I would have thought breakfast would be included. Instead you want to charge me $18 per person for breakfast. NOT! This was not convenient to start our day.

My stay was ok. the thermostat of the room was complicated to manipulate and i had to ask the front desk to adjust it. eventhough i ask for room service (at the front desk) during the 3 days we were there the bed was never once made. since were there just to sleep during a 3 day family trip t was ok to handle

Check-in was smooth and desk staff gracious. The bed was comfortable; big plus. The room was clean but bathroom fixtures and wooden furniture otherwise not in tip top shape. In-room beverage choices abundant but coffee was not drinkable. Restaurant was VISIBLY dusty, and one had time to observe that because the service there was woefully inadequate. Woefully. Items on buffet were cold, coffee was, again, not drinkable, and ordering a la carte -- well, first you had to find a waitress (go out there and find one, interrupting her at her task) then after 20 or 30 minutes go find one again -- who then went to the kitchen and, I am fairly sure, cooked me up two pancakes herself. And for this $18/pp. Really??? The two waitresses were pleasant, but WOEFULLY inadequate to the task. Getting check,, the same ... find one at work elsewhere, interrupt and ask ... we didn't even try to actually pay, just left the slip on the table with our room number and left. Oh, and my husband went next door to snack bar while I waited, waited, waited for my pancakes and came back with a cup of coffee --supposed Starbuck's, I believe? -- that was also terrible according to him. No other dining options nearby. Dreadful experience.

The rooms are very old and the smell in the room was awful. This hotel needs some work to update at best. There was also a huge pile of food in the corridor which we told the front desk about when we arrived, and in the morning it was still there!!!! Not sure I would return. The pool had so much chlorine when we opened the door to go in our eyes were stinging and the kids wouldnt swim.

The rooms need upgrade and maintenance, the carpet is very old and dusty ... if you have allergies it will bother you greatly, the AC unit in the rooms runs constantly and makes lot of noise and very inificient in heating or cooling the rooms.

My daughter and I arrived early and we were accommodated quickly. we went to our room upon arrival room seemed in fair condition. After settling in for a few moments it became clear that the room we were in was not very clean. There were several hairs found in the bathroom, the shower was broken and we had no heat. I soon learned that there was no deadbolt on the door. At this point I contacted the front desk and asked if there was another room available. The manager said there were none available. He said he would send someone from engineering to the room to see if he could help. A few minutes later a man came to my door. I let him in and he showed me how to use the deadbolt. It was a broken deadbolt that he flipped toward the door. I went to get the water ready to take shower to clean the filthy scum off of me from the pool area. I went to turn on the water, and when I turned the knob, it fell off. I called the front desk again I was very aggravated and I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was one, his name I was told was Mickey. . I asked to be put in a room with at least a working shower. He finally agreed and sent us to a new room. We leave 103 and moved to 105. I unpack our stuff my daughter is in bed. This shower is broken. I called back and told him I needed a new room. He sent maintenance back and this guy he sent to fix the shower has been drinking! he said he was chief engineer Phil. His breath wreaked of booze. Very nice guy tho, Ty his does continue..

Lots of amenities on the premises, restaurant and bar, which was great for our group, in town for a wedding. Racquetball court, full gym and weights. Possibly a banquet area, I think so, but not certain. Possibly an older motel, some minor spots in the common areas are showing their age, nothing major. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Great for groups.

Went to the so called restaurant on site and picked up a salad. Didn’t realize the $10 sale was four days old till I got up to my room. Fixtures in the bathroom of my room are loose and the decor looks like it’s been here for decades. Not what I expect from a Hilton. Unfortunately, not what we ordered or paid for.
We usually always stay with Hilton Hotels & we’re here for a concert. I booked a room for my Husband & myself & especially paid a lot of money to have a king size bed for one night. We get in the room & there are 2 twin size beds. I went downstairs to the desk & the woman informed me that since I booked through Expedia & ordered a king size bed, they weren’t able to give us that, even though I booked this room weeks ago. She hardly even looked up from her computer to actually talk to me & said that our beds were queens & not twins. Definitely not! They were very small & definitely not queen size beds! We have a Queen size bed at home, so we would know. She never even tried to see if there was anything else available with a larger bed. Very disappointing to be treated like that after spending almost $300 for just 1 night. Everyone else was very nice & the breakfast in the morning that we paid extra for was very good! Definitely worth the price & the women there were very nice, helpful & kind too!

I learned the hard way that if you don’t show up for your reservation on time, you need to call to say you’re going to be late. It didn’t help that I found this out while trying to check in at 4 a.m. The staff was very friendly and tried to do what they could to help and did help. After we got the room situation sorted out, everything was great.

Carpet throughout the property was coming up and looked very uneven. Felt I constantly needed to watch where I was walking so I didn’t trip. shower took forever to get hot, there is a plate in the shower that wasn’t down and slipped in that. Shower door would not stay shut (had to stick a washcloth in between to get to stay closed). Wallpaper coming off wall in areas, ceiling was horrendous. Ants were crawling on the wall in the morning, killed three. Toilet had a horrible time flushing. For what would take 1 flush normally, took 3. The staff was nice, the hotel, definitely dated and needs major renovations.

I've stayed here before and had broken AC. This time they gave me a key card to an occupied room, then when I went to switch it, they put me on the first floor. The entire hall smelled like weed, cigarettes and chlorine from the pool. Guests were so noisy I could barely sleep. I slept 3 hrs last night before a 6 hr drive today. My room was full of mosquitos, there was pubic hair in the shower, and a pile of cigarettes at the door outside my room. Whoever was there last clearly sat in the door smoking cigarettes (first floor rooms have a door in the room to the field / pool outside). Needless to say, I won't be back!

customer service was Awful their was a customer service Rep in the Afternoon, ( She) was no Help and pay little attention to the guess.
The door Keys wasn't working, you had to keep going to the front desk. and a lot of people seem to be having the same problem.
The Pool towels was so small. you could even wrap them around you. i was very disappointed.
I had better Service then this staying at the holiday Inn.

An okay stay
Parking was difficult. There was a hockey event and the hotel was crowded. Our room location was horrible. We could hear the roar of bar patrons below with our hotel room door shut. We had a four year old that had difficulty sleeping due to the noise. Although the noise was unbarable, the location of the hotel is great, right off the highway and close to a Whole Foods and outdoor mall. The breakfast was okay, limited choices for the buffet, but for an additional fee you can order from the menu.

Slept so well!
When I arrived the woman who checked me in was so nice. She told me the hotel was booked with hockey teams and I immediately thought I’ll never get any sleep. I have usually have insomnia, I slept better here than any other hotel I’ve been in. I could not hear anyone on either side of me and the hotel was quiet. Outside is quiet too, I couldn’t hear traffic at all. The rooms are big, the bathroom has a big counter & there’s a standup shower not a tub (which I like). The hotel is a little outdated but I’ll take a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep, over outdated carpet, any day!

I went to Massachusetts for my cousin's baby shower. Hilton was my hotel of choice. And I'm very happy with my choice. The room was very clean and spacious. There's a restaurant and bar on the premise. They served a buffet style breakfast in the morning, which was very delicious. The dinner wasn't bad either. I'll definitely recommend this Hilton hotel.

The food I got and upset stomock from the Pizza. Prior to checking out I went down for Brunch. It was much too greasy. The beacon was very salty. The coffee had grains in it...the Breakfast and overall menu needs a lot help.

Our original room the AC did not work, so we were put into another room. There was a dirty pillow with mascara marks and there was hair in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the pool was under renovation, it would have been nice to know ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere because we have an 11 year old looking forward to swimming. Also there were a bunch of teenage girls running around all night and early morning slamming doors etc. not very relaxing.

I’ll start by saying this was a lower cost hotel than other options in the Boston area so I wasn’t expecting an amazing experience. I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip and chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. It was just a 7 minute walk to the Dedham station, so on that front it was perfect for me.
Overall, the hotel is a little run down, you see that immediately on entering the lobby - the furniture is well worn and the carpets old and wrinkled in places.
My room again was a little run down and could of done with a renovation - parts of the ceiling were uneven, the windows were dirty, the drapes were dirty, the furniture had definitely seen better days and the bed was lumpy. Everything was bare minimum.
I asked for a housekeeping visit on the 2nd night but the room was not serviced so had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries. One plus - the front desk staff were all very nice and helpful.
I probably won’t stay here again.

I did not like the front desk person by the name Chantal she was rude on the phone and ruder in person
I felt like I was an inconvenience to her not only me but other people that were checking in.
I don’t understand why they allow drugs smoking in the front of the building or in the rooms I got high but just walking in the front rotary door.
I also felt like since I book through a 3rd party the could care less about my stay.
I am not sure what kind of deal they have with this 3rd party ppl but they need to rethink that.
Because they definitely don’t care about your stays.
I stay in a room with a broken shower head and hose every time I took a shower water will be spraying everywhere and the floor will be flooded including the outside of the bathtub area I had to used all of the towels to dry it all up

We drove 6 hours from nj & had two rooms booked with two queens in each room. We paid in advance over $1300 for the rooms. When we arrived we discovered both rooms were just king beds. We had our children with us & they wanted separate beds. Plus one of the rooms stunk of cigarette smoke & the toilet didn’t work. We could not change rooms though because we wanted the two rooms to be close. So for two days of no working toilet & stinking like cigarettes I figured maybe we wouldn’t be charged the full amount! Guess too much to ask for. I’ll be avoiding all Hilton hotels from here out.

Great one night stay
This was a quick stay for me, only one night. We did not want to drive all the way home because it was getting late. It was a great hotel even for just one night. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and all the other amenities.

Property is rundown and dated. Onsite dining terrible, extremely limited menu and super expensive for the less than mediocre food. They locked me out of my room 3 times. First because they hadn't taken a credit card at check-in, the next two times because somehow they didn't realize they now had my credit card hold.
Beds are comfortable. Rooms are large.

I found the staff (reception, and restaurant) to be aloof and inattentive, unsmiling and disinterested.
I could hear the occupants of the room next door to me into the night, and first thing in the morning—including their phone alarm. Their conversation was distinguishable (I could hear their words). The thin walls were a surprise, and a disappointment.
The second morning (I was there two nights) there were beer bottles on the steps outdoors that had been left by guests at a wedding the evening before. Clearly no staff had bothered to clean up in the intervening hours between the end of the reception and the following morning. There were also beer bottles in gathering areas.
I won’t stay at this hotel again.
