The wait staff onsite was wonderful. All the staff were pleasant and nice to interact with. Good location to be able to walk places. They do need to have a few things fixed...the fan in bathroom wasn't working, the blow dryer was coming apart, not sure if I should use it, the bathroom door handle needed to be tightened, but overall the only thing lacking was a microwave in the room.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Bathroom in my room 1905 could of been cleaned a little better. Tile in the shower the grout needs to be scrubbed better you can see stains in them. Found a pill underneath the sink area threw it away .Good thing I found it and not a kid. Obviously not much sweeping underneath there. Other than that good place to stay.

Pros: 1) restaurant was good for breakfast, 2) location was convenient, 3) room was comfortable, water pressure good. Cons: 1) heavily pressured at check-in to join rewards club; employee was being very deceptive/lying by saying I had to join to get free wifi which was blatantly false since it came free with the room-just be truthful, 2) hotel has zero parking for guests so have to use public parking garage ($49+tax/day) which fortunately had space for us; hated risk of showing up with luggage on vacation with it raining heavily then praying I could find a place to park. Hotels should have their own parking for guests thank-you very much.

I literally chose this hotel because the listing stated "parking" under amenities. We arrived to find that "parking" was an adjacent public parkade that was $50USD for the night. Parking cost half as much as the room for the night!! Absurd and misleading to list an adjacent parkade as an amenity.

Property is well situated for accessing downtown, Pike St Market, stadiums etc. There was good security so we felt safe. Staff was great and met our expectations. Our room was next to the ice machine which is not in its own room so unacceptably loud. Our refrigerator was also making horrible noises. So much that we had to unplug it to sleep. Our room was tired with popcorn ceilings, peeling paint and tobacco smoke smell in the bathroom. TV didn’t work most of our 3 night stay although to be fair, it may have been a larger cable blackout. Overall, an OK stay.

We had a slight issue with the room at check in as the bathroom wasn’t cleaned…Jess, who also checked us in, took care of everything immediately and was more than kind and apologetic. The hotel was great and the restaurant has the loveliest people working every morning I was there.

Had to remind front desk to tell housekeeping:
Fill up soap, shampoo containers in bathroom
Requested an extra top sheet twice, but never received it. Blanket too hot to sleep with. Also breakfast/happy hour confusing as to whether either or both were complimentary. Otherwise, OK stay, convenient walk to convention center

Very nice staff especially in restaurant at breakfast. Only problem was the heating system is very noisy. It woke us up every time it came on. Fellow guests were very inconsiderate with slamming doors at all hours.

Although on higher hill of Seattle downtown for walking, it is centrally located to access all downtown town sights via street buses, monorail and light rail from airport. Kevin and Dexter on site we’re most welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Unfortunately our next two days there were marred by elevator maintenance problems and delays, I would consider staying there again for the forementuoned reasons.

Overall nice hotel; we head quite a pleasant one-night stay. However it is not easy to find a lobby as it is located above the street level and you need to take an elevator to get there. Also elevators to the parking are located elsewhere then the main elevators to the room. Quite confusing. Better signage would be helpful.

Good hotel for my birthday weekend
Good location close to the majority of downtown attractions and the waterfront and sun surrounding neighborhoods (Belltown, Capitol Hill). Clean room and good bathrooms. Responsive staff to our requests. Good sized rooms. Key cards are a hassle to use to get into the lobby late at night and use the elevator.

Close to Pike street, pine street, two and three blocks respectively down hill. Once on those streets, 4-5 block walk to 1st Street, pikes market, and the water front. So very central location.

-The location to I-5 was convenient.
-The restaurant is small and limited. And strange hours.
-The A/C struggled to cool the room, uncomfortable for sleeping.
-Thought we were going to get a roll away. They said they would call us but did not. We would call the front desk and got just a recording and no one would answer. By the time we got ahold of someone, they ran out of roll aways. We originally requested it months in advance.

Middle of the road as for Hilton standards
This property has a great location for downtown Seattle.
Jimmy the concierge was excellent with his custom service skills. The front desk ladies were rude and snappy.
The rooms were clean but not great there was hair in all corners of the bathroom and we even found a contact lens on the bedroom floor. No thing in the room was dust free. No microwave in the room but it did have a refrigerator. Parking was great and super close. Overall a solid 7 out of 10

The toy coffeepot (with only one serving!) and paper cups were useless. No kettle was available. The A/C fan would not shut off; it was incredibly loud and made random VERY loud thumps, keeping us awake. There were no toiletries, and, perhaps, 5 kleenex in a box. There was trash in one of the drawers. Chuck, the bellman, was helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but everything else was third rate, at best. Room Service was always busy, and when I finally got through, the food arrived cold. Parking was expensive, and there was no free WiFi. Overall, the room was overpriced and chintzy. We are through with Hilton.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. In house restaurant was good. At checkout we weren't offered a receipt of any kind, and it turns out we were double billed for the room by the hotel and Expedia. A call to Expedia got it cleared up quickly. Nice.

The hotel was well sited for accessing Seattle centre/downtown. Close to the art museum. Also easy walk to the light rail for return journey via the airport.
However when we arrived the drop off was difficult as there were two idling vehicles in only spaces available. There was very poor communication from staff when we checked at reception. There was an assumption that visitors knew about the card system for the lift, and no information was given about logging into the wi-fi.

We came to Seattle go to the 5th Avenue theater, which was just around the corner. We were able to walk to Pike Place Market and take the Lightrail to T-Mobile park as well. The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. Like most places there is a shortage of staff. We waited quite a while in the restaurant area for a drink, but decided to leave, because there was only one person available for the entire place. The parking was $49day, which is ridiculous when we were already paying to stay in the hotel. There should have been a discount. I went on a parking app and found something close the hotel and much cheaper.

Didnt like the security hold or having to use the key cards in order to use the elecator. Dont like that the bathroom doesnt lock, its just a sliding door. Had a maid wake us up in the morning by just walking into our room, no privacy.

Reserved ocean view room with 2 double beds. Reserved for 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, they had us in a 1 king size bed room with a view. They corrected it to a double bed but no ocean view unless we strained our neck to the right.

The DowntownSeattle Hilton is a convenient stay in downtown. This hitel is however beginning to show its age. It could use a current makeover. Additionally I requested a city view room but the room I got gave me a view of the roof. Most disappointing. I’ve stayed here a few times before and had a terrific stay. This stay was just ok

There was no security. Elevator access through the street level lower level entry lobby was not monitored and anyone could get to any floor. Checked out after one night of a 4 day reservation as it did not feel safe.

Always a good option; helpful and quick to correct
Stayed here since it was only a couple block walk from the conference center, which was totally manageable. Internet was okay for video calls, but not the best. Room was clean and comfy. Hiltons are always a solid choice, and I only had two minor hiccups: (1) When I checked my room charges at the end of the stay, several meals had been charged to my room that I did not make. The front desk staff was super apologetic, reversed the charges, and comped one of the meals I actually did order as an apology. So check your room charges, but I was quite happy with how it worked out. (2) The bathroom had a motion sensor light that I couldn't figure out how to deactivate. So when I was showering, I had to periodically stick my arm out and wave it in from the of the sensor to keep the light from turning off... So that was mildly annoying. But overall I'd stay there again given how friendly and helpful the staff are, and that the hotel is a short walk from everything I need downtown.

Not impressed at all!
One working elevator on a busy weekend. Not to mention we were on the 24th floor. The room I reserved wasn’t handicap accessible but that’s the one we got :(
For $300 that isn’t acceptable. We paid for pairing as well for 24hrs which was $50. At the hotel was less than 24hrs and it cost us over $350. Ridiculous!

The hotel was very comfortable. Two things to mention. The elevators were not working properly (and they were working on) but it created issues getting around. Secondly Hilton does not give rewards when you join through a 3rd party. I would think paying $325 would be enough to get reward points
