Was here for a conference weekend. Great stay all around with friendly staff and clean, safe rooms. The only downside is that there are few walkable food options in the area besides the hotel restaurant.

Two major issues----
1. Arrived at 1:00 a.m., was told to call for pickup, took an hour for them to drive across the street to get us (medical condition, walking not an option).
2. Stayed tor two days, even upon multiple calls to housekeeping they never serviced my room.
Very unusual for this hotel chain to fail like this.

The staff was friendly enough and tried to be helpful. However we never had hot water in our room. 3 night stay at nearly $300/night I feel like that shouldn’t be the case… to be clear we had water that was warmish, and cooled before a fast shower for a bald guy could be completed. I contacted the staff and they indicated they would have maintenance check the boilers. Incrimental improvement with the next shower and then I contacted them again to get the same response. No further improvement. I can handle a cold shower or no shower but when I am paying this much I would hope for more. No offer of a discount or other solution. Then we discovered we got charged $35/night even though we were there for a conference at their conference center and staying in the hotel. The front desk agent even indicated she wasn’t going to charge us for parking, but we still got it added on to our already expensive room. So essentially $300/night. When I called to check and see why the cost was $100+ more than when I booked it they noted the parking fee and didn’t even flinch when I also mentioned the crappy hot water situation.

The entrance to check in is confusing if you are driving. Myself and several people turned at the stop light at 176th st ending up in the service entrance and it was not easy to get turned around and find the entrance.
Food is VERY expensive!

Crystal, Jamereih, and Sky were very uplifting, fun and yet, very professional. They all made us feel very welcomed.
Crystal gave us a lot of information about the different sites and gave us a map so we were able to get around.

Very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. Asked for a room away from the traffic, did not get it. Did not sleep well. 2 towels for 2 people. One set of glasses for 2 people. Understaffed. Not the experience we expected for the price. We are loyalty members, expected a higher level of care.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The check in staff was going on and on about services etc to woman in front of us but we really weren't listening So very suprised when I had to ask for mire info on airport shuttle, check out and eating options. The restaurant was ok but we would have liked more options such as burgers or appetizers that can be a small dinner prior to sleep. Kind of put off by waitress that was shocked we didn't want sides. Told her we were not looking for tons of food prior to sleeping and catching an early flight.

It was heavily used with worn, dirty rugs and walls.
The property is extensive and winding. It was tough taking all of our luggage all the way to the back and to the front for only 1 night.

It was late when we arrived at our room didnt get explore much , but the room was spacious , clean - our bed was a little uncomfortable but we managed . Although there was slight smell of mold/mildew in the hallway to our room I did not smell ut our room. I would definitely stay here again the staff was beyond helpful .

Great for a conference and stay
Convenient location. Staff care and are service oriented. Hotel could use some updating. The coffee counter has so many options including Starbucks, food and other items. Conference Centre was perfect for our event.

It took almost a half an hour to check in. Only 2 people at registration and evidently a computer problem that kept one person from checking people in in a timely manner. Also we booked this hotel because we thought it was walkable from the airport. Maybe it would have been for a younger couple not hauling 2 suitcases along with carry ons but not us. We finally called and found where to go to catch a free shuttle. The room is very nice and large with a private patio area to sit in. Food and beer at the bar along with the service was good.

Check the sheets before you go to bed
The hotel in general needs to be updated. It was convenient to the airport and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient and the drivers were very courteous. BUT the sheets were dirty and stained with something crusty. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a discount, but we would never stay here again due to the inefficiency of the housekeeping staff.

When booking no option to set a check in date. Yet when got there, room wasn't going to be available for 4 hours unless I upgraded. Other people where checking in just fine. Ended having to sit in the lobby waiting to check in. Couldn't go anywhere with my luggage.

Front desk staff great during a difficult time we had with Alaska Airlines. We arrived at midnight with no luggage & had to check out at 4am for another flight due to Alaska’s mistakes. Hilton accommodated us well with toothbrushes and other necessities. We remain very grateful.

I arrived at 1:00 am to discover that the hotel had been "oversold" and they did not have a room for me. I accepted the only thing they had available - a pull-out sofa bed in a small conference room. I spent the night on a thin matress with bars sticking into my back. The nice lady at the reception desk was very apologetic. This was an issue with either expedia or the Hilton for overselling the property. I got reimbursed for the room.

We stayed here was mostly due to the location of this facility by the airport.
Everything was good except the morning ride to the airport was very crowded and limited vans. There used to be more of a bus type to accommodate everyone.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to SeaTac so it is a very convenient option to stay at the night before a flight out. They also have a van option. The food there has always been very good.

It was very outdated for $209 a night. We had to ask for blankets 3 times because there was only a super thin sheet & the restaurant ignored us for 20 min after we ordered in which we ended up having to cancel.

the room was really dusty hairs in the bed. window lock was broken and had to bobby pin the curtain closed because it was ALSO broken. went to charge up our phones at the charging ports on the night stand but nothing worked, checked the outlet it was a daisy chained lamp and alarm clock to which one cord to the lamp was wrapped up in electrical tape. i called them to take it out of the room as a potential fire hazard maintenance wiggled the wire a bit plugged it back in and said well your not long term staying so it will be fine. no wi-fi instructions and they made me pay for parking upon check in and TRIED to charge me upon leaving. overalll it’s an old hotel under the hilton name don’t be fooled. when my daughter and i were leaving there was a homeless man in the lobby with his pants down…… ya it’s a no for me.

Shuttle service needs improving
Nice stay but shuttle service was not acceptable. I had to walk the long way to airport. I was told shuttle left every hour and half. I would have been late if I waited until 4am shuttle as I had a 5:30am flight. Sky bridge which should have been convenient was closed. I understand that isn’t the hotels fault but only going every 1.5 hours is silly. It’s less than 5 minute drive.

Spencers is fabulous.
It would be convenient to have built a second elevator that is closer to the high # rooms. Quite a trek to room 1460 from the lobby.
Maybe a bell person to help get luggage to the room?

Noisy overpriced hotel
I stayed there the night before my flight. The toilet kept running every 70 seconds. So we called to see if it could get fixed. After the 2nd call someone finally showed up and fixed it. It started running again after I used it in the middle of the night. Also, the people in the hallway sound like they are in your room with you. So, I got about 2 hours of sleep because it was so noisy. I told them what happened the next morning and they didn't care at all. I will never stay here again. I would probably prefer a cheap motel over this place. They charge way too much for this noisy hotel.

Was very convenient to airport just across the road and even walkable with skybridge. Room was ok, a little dated, some lamp plugs didn't work and couldn't get hot water in bathroom. Beds were small (double) in standard room but comfortable. 5:30 am morning shuttle was too small for all guests. Was ok for quick overnight stay not sure if we'd stay again.

Not the best Hilton
Room in the "north-forty" (through the convention area with separate elevator) are in a defintate need of updating:
Peeling wallpaper, paper-thin walls (you can hear coughing, sneezing, blowing nose, conversations in adjacent rooms),...and what is up with an angled toilet positioned partially UNDER your sink counter in a tiny bathroom?
Beds, pillows, towels,...outlets & coffee makers that don't work. Simple amenities you expect in a Hilton branded hotel are lacking.

The room was really dated. It was on the first floor, had a strong musty smell and the toilet ran all night.
We arrived in the middle of the night and had a hard time accessing the property from the airport as the skywalk was closed and there were no scheduled shuttles. Eventually I called the hotel and they were kind enough to send a shuttle. The employee at the front desk was very lovely with check in.
The walk to the airport the next morning was much easer with the skywalk open.

We used to love this hotel because of the location -- walking distance to the terminal --and the good deal on parking. Now parking is $35 per day, and the room amenities are minimal. Not even a water glass. No USB ports, WiFi tricky to access even for Honors members. Very nice check-in at the front desk.

The floor level rooms very very noisy. My stay was fine but I honestly felt like I was sleeping under a bridge. Some modifications need to made with the windows so you don’t here the street and rail noise. If I stay again I will ask not to be placed in that area.

We always stay here we have a layover in Seattle. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I love ti sit in their back garden to relax. Spencer’s Restaurant has great food. The rooms are quiet and the beds are wonderful.
