Whenever I visit Panama City Beach I always stay at this hotel. But this visit was not the best. The elevator was very dirty and everything was fine until 7:45am when a drilling noise started. They were doing some repairs in the next room and the noise was so loud that it woke us up. It was really inconsiderate.

Soul refreshing.
Soul refreshing stay right on the beach ❤️ very clean very comfortable nice friendly staff. Only tiniest glitch - hoped to stay “late checkout” (noon instead of but they are really “pinching the Pennie’s” on housekeepers clocking out- so told me no. And abc channel channel 3 does not come in- but that’s quite ok -just listening to the ocean
Overall though, fantastic! Wish I lived here.

The front desk attendants were awesome. Venesha and the new girl. The property was in bad condition looks like they were making repairs. My key card did not work for the hot tub or pool.

The hotel is very neglected and in terrible condition, the rooms are in very poor condition, dirty carpets and dirty chairs. It is a disaster. I was afraid that someone would come in in the middle of the night or that an insect would appear on me.

Best Value in the Area
This was my 7th stay at this property, and we keep returning for the same reasons. The front desk staff is competent and friendly, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff is very accommodating.
The location is unbeatable, as it's right on the beach in a neighborhood of vacation rental homes, rather than in a busier commercial area.
The pool area is well maintained, and the pool is 8' deep on one end, which is great for actually playing in, rather than just wading around in waist-deep water at most hotel pools.
The smaller east wing of the property is currently undergoing a renovation and the cosmetic improvements look great so far. I'm guessing the larger, 7-story building will be next, as the crews seemed to be working in that direction. Regardless, aside from some daily construction noise, the renovation has no impact on the quality of the experience.

This property was excellent, my room faced the ocean, you can lightly hear the ocean at night, the beach was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again. The price was also very reasonable.

Ocean view from 6th floor was Amazing, but room was not that clean, shower area could have been bigger. It was very congested and small.
The worst part was they were not even giving Toothpaste as part of room service. When asked lady at the reception said "you can buy from us, we don't give that for free.. welcome to the tourist place."
I mean, if you want to make money.. increase price by 5-10 bucks and people will still book... you don't have to beg by making them buy toothpaste.

Reasonable Room with a View
Customer service which we received by Jamie was outstanding. An automated cancellation was reestablished immediately. Our room and all rooms I believe have ocean/gulf views - so awesome! Reasonable rates will cause us to possibly return to this hotel during our next stay.

This property is in a great beach location. Unfortunately the room had a horrible nicotine smell. When I called the front desk to try and change rooms, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. Minutes later an employee shows up wlth a spray bottle of air freshener. Not what I expected. I had to open the balcony door my whole two day stay.

Christmas at the beach!
We stay here often and the experience is always great. The rooms are clean and efficient. The beach and pool area is better than most and a great price. It was our 5th consecutive Christmas at the beach and we will continue coming back.

Clean, comfy but we suggest to bring your own pillows. Resort is at the west end of strip so it’s quiet and less traffic. Staff friendly, beach is beautiful. Great little cafe across the street.

Great View of Beach
The view of the ocean was magnificent! We had a balcony that was nice but it could have been cleaner. The beds were comfy. It was quiet except for the sound of the ocean which lulled me asleep.

The renovation closed the pool. The noise from renovations made it difficult to relax in the afternoon!
Grill was closed for renovation. Not mentioned anywhere is booking of the room! I feel I should receive a partial refund!!!! Please check the Beach Resort property! They should be suspended from the site!!! Ron

Unit was clean and sizable. Didn’t like having to ask for wifi password and no booklet with channel guides or local restaurants or activities. While clean, the units we very dated with bad lighting and no bathroom counter space. Overall the best value around. They gave us an upgraded unit with a better water view since they are renovating half the hotel.

Cannot blame the hotel for weather, but the hotel was great. I would go there again.
They did have some reconditioning going on. It is 'off' season. But it did not interfere.

Outdated property but clean. Property was under maintenance with jack hammers beginning before 8am and continuing until 6pm. Wish I had known that before booking as this was very disruptive to the tranquility of the area.

We have stayed at Beachside several times. Staff members are always pleasant & helpful. Beautiful views of the beach with easy beach access. Clean, roomy, & comfortable rooms. Further down the beach away from all the tourist stuff, so it's quieter. However it's just a short drive to all the shopping & restaurants. We always enjoy our stay.

Cute find on the beach!
Rooms were clean and COMFORTABLE!! It was right on the beach and priced amazing. The air conditioning worked great. Hard to find in large rooms! Beds were comfortable and relaxing!! Bonus to have a full fridge, microwave and sink in our rooms! The only thing I would change would be some updating to the outside of the building. And to have more water pressure in the showers. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely visit and stay again!

The area is just a couple of miles from the main drag in PCB and it made a world of difference. Wonderful, peaceful beach but everything else you want just a few miles away. We will stay here again!

We liked it here so much that we booked two extra nights. The people at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. Dee checked us in and called us in the morning to make sure everything was ok.
The beach here is magnificent. It stretches for miles and is excellent for swimming.
We would totally recommend this hotel.

Wonderful weekend stay!
Hotel is clean and the view is amazing! My room was decent, two beds and a kitchen. It was wonderful having a full size fridge and microwave. Absolutely loved the balcony and being able to sit outside and enjoy the water views. Absolutely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!
We were in town for a funeral. It was our first time staying here and I will say that we will definitely be back to stay again.
While the resort is what some may call “dated”, it was extremely clean and comfortable. I would also like to add that because you’re on the outskirts of PCB - you can view the stars over the ocean!

A deck right on the beach beautiful pool whirlpool convenience walk to the water great staff nice rooms. It’s amazing well worth your stay. The staff members, dee Was excellent she made sure I had everything I needed. She went out of her way to make sure we were great. Please honor her thank you. Maintenance guy was also great. When we got there we immediately liked it . The parking was so easy and the girl at the desk (Vaneese) i think that was her name, was so kind and took time to answer all our questions. She also upgraded our room to a Oceanside view with a kitchenette cause it was my birthday. We were beyond thankful and thought it was such a kind jester. We stayed for two weeks and between the maids and all the people that worked the front desk and on the property everyone was awesome . It was so nice leaving your room going right to the pool then steps away to the beach you really can’t ask for anything better. The maids came everyday which was nice. We really had a fantastic holiday and the weather was great as well. Right across the street there is a little restaurant with great breakfast and lunches which was handy. We would definitely stay here again 😎😊

The room was a little dated. But the overall cleanliness was excellent. Located on the quieter side of town during biker rally my wife and I attended for 3 days. We enjoyed are stay and will definitely return again in the future.

The hotel is right on the beach. I could literally see the Gulf Of Mexico from my pillow. The room had a nice little balcony, with a great view of the beach and water. Very nice white sand beach. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Exterior elevators were handy for loading in and out. Staff was polite and friendly. I will definitely return!
