Overall, I was happy with this hotel. The breakfast was better than average, and the rooms are very spacious. There were a few minor things I noticed with cleanliness and broken items, but overall very good. The staff was all very polite and helpful. The train nearby was loud, but there was lots of restaurants and easy parking.

Unsafe stay and attempted theft of vehicle.
From the start it was terrible. The accomodations were less than desirable. There was an attempt to steal my car and there was a police presence the entire time trying to remove asylum seekers. The parking pass for my car listed my room number which is an extreme breach of confidentially and extremely dangerous. I am beyond disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. Will never stay again.

Tucked away, just a short drive from shopping and the freeway; a roomy suite with a pleasant woodsy view. Nice breakfast items and responsive staff. One thing: the railroad tracks are very close. IF that sound annoys you, not your preferred choice. It was perfect for a writer's getaway!

Overall, the stay was pleasant, clean and comfortable. Not new, but maintained well enough. The desk staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was better than many others, but standard fare for continental style breakfast. My only negative was the early morning local commuter train not far from our bedroom wall.

This hotel has the spacious rooms with full kitchen. Nice for longer stays. The rooms are clean and well kept. The outside doors do not seal completely so noise can leak in.

Clean rooms, unhelpful management
The heating did not work for 2 nights in one of the rooms I booked, as you can imagine it’s freezing cold in Seattle, it made really uncomfortable for us, we informed the staff multiple times, they did not fix the problem and neither moved us into a different room. At the checkout I was expecting at least a refund but none was offered.

The room was big enough liked the refrigerator .The heat did not work right when i turned it up . Noisy when it went on . To many trees around the parking are, got cars dirty . When i checked in the room was not ready . Had to wait till it was ready. Said there was a social hour wednesday, Got there about 615 pm. No food the staff was eating alot of it. I have stayed in hotels around the world .For example Istanbull and other places. i worked for Boeing and traveled around the world. I thought the price was to high for rooms,

Very Good Place To Stay
Been coming here for years with my family and we love staying here. Clean rooms all the time and get cleaned everyday when your there. Breakfast is good now must of got a better breakfast host. Pool is now open for everyone

This location is tucked into a quiet setting. We enjoyed walking over the Green River to the Subway nearby. Quetta greeted us with a smile and was cheerful! Shauna provided us with a wonderful breakfast selection and was very attentive to keeping items clean and stocked. All and all a great visit!! Thank you!!

The room was very nice, well appointed. Everything worked. The only negatives are minor. The door to the outside at the end if the hall was noisy. People in the room above could be heard walking around. One last thing, in the kitchenette the refrigerator door opened opposite of what it should have to be convenient to the room.

Sketchy neighbourhood and room was not clean enoug
The area surrounding the hotel was sketchy.
The cleanliness inside the room was disappointing. The curtains in the bedroom (sheer one, not the black out curtains) had yellow stains all over. Bathroom floor edges were dirty with dust. We saw a black ant crawling in on the white bathtub edge.
Breakfast food was very enjoyable. Lots of variety and food was replenished quickly. Coffee in lobby tasted bad.

Kind Help for Stranded Travellers
Because of extreme weather and flight cancellations (ours!) we were stranded in Seattle without a car a few days before Christmas, including Christmas Eve. The hotel staff were amazingly kind. They helped us source food (sometimes just giving us things) and taxis and were genuinely concerned with our wellbeing. We will always be grateful and will stay here again (with car) should we be passing through!

The property looked fine from lobby, the room was filthy, hair in shower, tile floors dirty, ceiling had water stains, carpet was filthy, room smelled like mildew, water damage, pull out mattress was old and coils coming through, very dated property, pool gate broken and propped open, VERY dangerous. Manager offered refund but never credited back my card, said they would reimburse for Uber from airport due to no shuttle but never did. Very disappointing. When asked at Front desk about refund they then said I had to go through Expedia which never responds!

Booked for July 4th weekend. Initial unit had little spots of mold in the bathroom ceiling due to a broken vent and no circulation. Resolved by staff by moving to another unit, thank you. Some parts of the hotel need some TLC. Pleased that they served actual breakfast. The proximity of shops, restaurants, and trails is awesome! All in all, I felt relaxed here.

They gave me one fewer beds than I paid for - grr
I paid for 2 beds and got 1 bed and a couch. Where's my refund or free voucher? Other than that, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe. Breakfast had bacon, but no waffles or pancakes - odd. Wifi, TV, kitchen, microwave and fridge all included.

Check-In: Easy and fast
Staff: Very friendly, the only thing was the cleaning service that took a while to clean our rooms while we were out and by the time they were available we were in our rooms, we were there for a week and never had anyone come clear our rooms while we were not in our rooms
Breakfast: Breakfast was awesome every day was different.
Parking: Easy parking, right by our room, the staff directions were very clear when directing us when we first arrived.
Cleanliness: It was clean for the most part, just in the after noonish there would be towels and trash in the hallways, they had sanitizer.
Room: The rooms in Seattle seemed smaller than the Homewoods elsewhere but it was still well stocked

No one informed us that trains constantly run noisily by and rattle items on tables. Room tired and old. NOT worth $300 - not even half that amount. Carpet in room not vacuumed thoroughly because two different spots had prior people's junk on the floor. Mattresses are crappy and uncomfortable. Not up to Hilton standards and will never stay here nor recommend.

Old and very outdated rooms. Carpet and entryway has very bad stains (dark red - large), door does not seal - could see light from outside on three side of door, heat did not work - it was 61 when we arrived in our room, had to turn heater into emergency mode.

It was a family trip and accompanied our baby but we found some dog food and trashes on the floor in the living room and bedroom. Also, the train passed across the streamside every 30 min to 1hr and it awakes our baby sometimes.

We Love Seattle!
This hotel is right in the thick of things in the Sea/Tac area. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and it is easy to get on and off the 5 from where the hotel is located. We will definitely stay here again. Basketball courts, close parking, quiet, and good location.

This is my second time visiting this place, the experience is completely different. The last time I visited about 2 years ago, it was so nice and clean. But this time, the restroom was so dusty. Bath tub and toilet look so old. The light in the dining room is not working properly. The train is really loud at night. Breakfast was cold meals.

The room has an order when we came in it. The bathroom in the kings bathroom was dirty. The tube looked like hadn't been cleaned out in months. When I called down to front they told me there was nothing they could do until tomorrow because they were alone. Which in my case didn't help because I was checking out tomorrow. I had to go to target and purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the tube for me and my family. I stayed a lot of Homewood suites and this is by far the worst. The accidental fee cost more then the room it's self, which I found weird giving the condition the room was in. The toilet you have to flush five times before it goes down. I will never stay here again!!!

My family lived the apartment style room set up with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms allowing us all to get ready at the same time.
The bummer of the property is the trains that rumble through at all hours of the night!!!

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room and it was filthy. The tile in the bathroom was full of dirt and mold. There was garbage left under the beds. The carpet was ripped up at the seam between the bedroom and bathroom. The doors were filthy with black marks. It was just very disappointing.

Paid for a two bedroom suite and when I got there they said to wait while they ask house keeping if the room is ready and I was waiting and minutes later an American man comes and they gave him the last two bedroom suite while I was waiting for it and booked it three weeks before and they discriminated me and totally ignored me and gave him the room that I booked weeks before and told me to wait while house keeping cleaned it but then gave it to him and they didn’t want to refund me.

We liked the fact that the room could accommodate all 8 of us. We didn’t like that the app stated our room was ready when we arrived at 3pm, then we were told by the front desk that it wasn’t ready and come back at 4 at the earliest. Then our original room was great until the bathroom vanity light once turned on started smoking to the point we were worried about the smoke detectors going off. Once we brought that up to the office, the gentleman had us switch rooms. We got into that room to find what looked like dried blood splatter on the bathroom door and bathroom light. Needless to say even though the room worked for us but we will in the future not look to use that place again.

Ok, but could be better.
The hide a bed couch was extremely uncomfortable. Garbage cans left in hallway were not emptied daily and/or plastic bag can liners placed inside. Outside public area had lots of cigarette butts laying around. The public laundry area was nice.

We were looking for something with a living room, kitchen and 2 double beds for a overnight girls trip. This fit the bill.
The room was missing a few glasses and plates having only 3 of some but I'm sure they would have brought them to use if we had asked. We just made do.

Wasn't a fan of being on the backside of the hotel. Outside is dark and security felt a little off. But other then that this was an excellent stay. There to-go breakfast they offered because actually breakfast was not available was the nicest I've seen. I travel to Seattle on a regular basis and will definitely keep this on my list of go to hotels.

Not up to Hilton’s standards
Housekeeping only comes once a week and it was a day later than told, so we went nine days before we had clean towels and a refresh of toiletries.
While we were there, the desk was alerted about smoke in one room, but didn’t have anyone check it out, it developed into a fire and the building was evacuated six hours after the report of smoke.
Outside a few rooms were pile of cigarette butts and the desk did not clean them up or ask the guests to refrain from disposing of their cigarettes in the bark that was the cause of two other fires while we were there.
The property outside was well cared for, but the building hallways were worn and dingy, and there was water dripping from the ceiling and down the walls from the A/C it appeared as it wasn’t raining.
The room was clean on the surface, except the chair, which looked like someone dropped a cigarette on it (the rooms are supposed to be smoke free, but ours smelled terribly of cigarettes when we arrived). While seated on the sofa, you could see how dirty it was under the appliances. We reported that one burner didn’t work and it was checked out, but not fixed during our 11 days there.
Due to COVID they had bagels for breakfast, but they hid the cinnamon raisin as that was the most popular one and they ran out quickly. They should have ordered more vs hiding them, that shows bad management of customer needs.
I was embarrassed to stay here as it was NOT up to Hilton’s standards, but we couldn’t find another option.

Fantastic place for short or long term stay!
We were happy and impressed with our stay- so much so we booked it for another three weeks! We are waiting to be able to move into our new house, so we needed a convenient, safe, and roomy stay for awhile. The kitchenette is great, there is a fabulous walking trail right behind the hotel, the parking lot seems very safe because it’s located just the perfect distance from the other hotels and mall, and it’s been quiet and comfortable. It’s fairly close to good dining and the mall, and there’s a family fun center just across the river. They also ensured we had a quiet, comfortable stay so we were beyond pleased. The only small complaint is that the pool is full of water but not open- talk about torture to a 5-year-old :)

We normally stay at this property when we travel to Seattle. We like the full sized fridge and separate bedroom. The only down side to this stay (8 nights) was the fact that the laundry was out of order for 4 days and the staff was basically non apologetic. I don't want to sound like a Karen, but if you offer laundry facilities, keep that **** in working order.
