The room was very nice. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a conference happening with teenagers and it would be a bit loud when they came back to their rooms. Housekeeping did not clean due to a language barrier. Parking was an issue as they closed doors off due to the conference.

Horrible Stay
I stayed at the Hilton Mark Center while attending my company’s party. The rooms were outdated and the bathroom was extremely small. I had to call maintenance about the constant heat only to be told that there wasn’t AC in the hotel. The funny thing is, while sitting in the hotel lobby bar with colleagues the AC was pumping and it was freezing. Also, while I was downstairs with colleagues someone went into my room and stole my necklace. I reported the incident to the front desk and was told that it was not found in the room which I already told them that it had to be staff since the door was locked when my family and I left. Nothing done…There was a safe in the room that was extremely outdated amongst a lot of chipped paint on the door seals.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. For some reason the coffee makers at Hilton always leak, but still a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience! However, I wish there was microwaves in the rooms. I stayed here for my bodybuilding competition, and it was unfortunate that I had to go down to the lobby each time to warm up my meals, but other than that the hotel was a 10 out of 10.

The bed mattress was disgusting. Big dips in mattress. Old and used. The hook on bathroom door was broken and couldn’t hold clothes/towels. The restaurant had a very good weekend brunch.

Expedia charged me one price I get to the hotel it is a completely different price. I asked if there was another parking garage near by because they were charging a ridiculous amount per night. The concierge told me no, ended up finding a parking garage ( walking distance) across the street for reduced price a night.

Not a good stay due to smell in room
The hotel had a terrible scent and they tried to cover it up with cleaner and spray and ultimately it just gave us a headache and made us not want to stay in our room- luckily we were only there for one night.

Plumbing issues...
After a few seconds of turning the shower on there was no cold water any longer. The cold water turned into warm and I almost burnt myself trying to take a shower. Got scared for a minute.

Not great. There were expenses that I was not aware such as parking that I did not agree upon. I also had to leave after two hours bc my daughter fell and hurt herself and I ended up paying for the whole stay. The receptionist was new and was not accommodating. I am disappointed in Hilton as I am a rewards member

Pleasant experience. The front desk manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. My initial point of contact was not helpful but then the manager stepped in to resolve the issue. My thanks to her. The breakfast was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The overall hotel service at our program was great!

We enjoy that this hotel is near our family. The staff is always friendly and helpful. An example is, we asked for a small side table because we use c paps and needed it for our machine. The staff was very quick in finding ine and it was in our room when we returned. I only have a small complaint. We had to ask for more towels several times. Our room only had two and we were a party of three. When the cleaning staff cleaned our room, they did a great job, but for got to replace our coffee cups . We just called and the staff brought us what we asked for. These are small things. A big complaint is that there is no longer a shuttle service to the Reagan airport that used to be there when we visited a couple years before. I was told that it stopped after the pandemic, but other hotels shuttles are at the airport.??

Disappointing Stay
My stay was disappointing due to the parking situation for one thing.my key wouldn’t work so I found myself backing up severs times to let others out and late for my event. Secondly I was put in a room that had major construction going on across the hall which was very loud and disturbing so I couldn’t rest or watch tv comfortably. I asked to be compensated for both of these; only fair I think but I was told I’m already receiving a discount .

Horrible customer service broken elevators
Was staying as part of the delegation for the MLS all star game in d.c. I was driving out equipment in a 26foot box truck. Seeing it's a large vehicle I called ahead regarding parking and I was told there would be no issue and I was not informed of any charge. Upon arriving at the hotel I get verbally assaulted by the valet people who then follows me into the hotel as I go to check in saying I needed to pay $150. This is exactly why I called ahead to get this information yet nobody bothered to inform me of this so I proceeded to try to get some assistance from anyone at the hotel and their girl named Ashley basically told me that nothing could be done for me until tomorrow which was not going to help seeing I was leaving the next day I received no help from anyone at this location and was greeted with such a rude demeanor. And then to add insult to injury when I finally decide to pay for the parking which I don't believe I should have had to see that I called to see what the charges would be and nobody told me the elevators in your building go out and there is only one working and they took 45 minutes to get up to my room

Our first time at a hilton. The website says a king room sleeps 4 but it didn't. There was no couch and they charge for a cot. They charge for parking (must use stairs or walk across to elevator). The website said room service (there was confusion about the option and not much to choose). We went to use the pool and told that we couldn't do to a private event. From start to end it was a joke. I was also told I wouldn't be charged for parking since the pool was unavailable and I was still charged. Not sure I will ever stay at a Hilton again.
Did I mention they closed off two levels of parking or the private event?
Highlight was the gentleman that worked the bar area. We did drop money everynight to eat at the bar and he was a delight. Wish I could remember his name.

I checked in and my first room was dirty. Crumbs an hair on the bed . Hair in the fridge and last but not least pubes in the shower . How is that considered clean . My second room the bed was clean (er) fridge still dirty and the bathroom didn’t have hairs this time but still dirty along the walls an borders.Next for a Hilton hotel the slight modern or nice feel a decor stops at the lobby .
The building an rooms are extremely outdated extremely … not worth the amount of money they charge .. I was only there for less than 7 hours thank goodness so the furniture an styles didn’t bother me much but they were all scratched and looked like they were picked up at the local swap meet .. the bathroom itself was falling apart the counter tops were broken, the sinks hot an cold water were bad as in there was no cold water . Same goes for the shower nothing but hot scolding water even with the knob on cold . It took about 10 minutes to go from scolding to Luke warm .
I’ve had bad hotels before but never to this extent where I needed to leave a comment … motels have better rooms . I hope I won’t be back in the area but if I have to I’ll try the holiday inn or just sleep in the car . And if you don’t believe you will once you enter the rooms . Even the fire sprinkler is filled with dirt an grime shows they don’t dust .

A pleasant stay at the Hilton!
The hotel room was in great condition and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, for the most part.
I had a little problem with the parking. I was told that the handicapped parking was free. I spent 3 nights using the parking lot and 2 nights in a handicapped space. I got charged 5 nights for parking.

My wife and I stay here every time we come to the DC area to visit. Hotel is amazing, looks like a much more expensive hotel at a reasonable cost. Able to get downtown DC in about 15 minutes. Also close to Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown and the Washington Harbor. Highly recommend at as ting at this hotel.

The only good experience I had was in the dining room -- good waitress and great food for the money. Their instructions about free parking were insanely complex and they did not provide it in writing. There was no soap in my room. And they double billed my credit card (two large charges for the same room) double billed me for the free parking, were hard for EXpedia to reach to fix it, and have yet to return the phone call they asked me to place to them so they could explain the wrong billing.

Disappointing for a Hilton
I checked in around 9pm after traveling and working all day. I wanted a bottle of water for my room, but their market closed at 8pm. I was directed down to lower levels and through hallways to find a vending machine. The room was outdated, and some outlets didn't work and had a not clean, stale odor to it. I've stayed at Hiltons before and they usually are great, this location was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

My experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. First off, the room itself was very smelly. At night, when sleeping, the bathroom was making water leaking noises. Also, the next room over, kept making noise despite noise complaints to the front desk. When checking into the hotel, I was not told and aware that a request for housekeeping was supposed to be made directly to the front desk. Lastly, the parking fee was almost $30 a day but going in and out was very inconvenient.

We have stayed for three days, our room has never been cleaned. I called to have extra towels and the lady said she can give me only four even I asked six since we have kids. Also the bathtub has something look like black mold at corner. Very disappointed. I expected better service since the name is “Hilton”. The breakfast don’t have much choices but the workers are great people.
Overall, we weren’t happy at this “Hilton” hotel.

The entire property inside and out is beautiful and well maintained. I missed having a microwave in the room and did not want a pricey breakfast buffet. Very comfortable king bed and pillows. We also enjoyed the fragrant soaps/lotions.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bar staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The tap water was terrible and a regular size bottle of water cost nearly $6. I developed a bad head cold overnight my first night there and spent a lot of money on bottled water and three Advil tablets. I checked out a day early because I was sick but the hotel is very welcoming. Self parking is $28 per night. I did not get my second night of parking refunded.

The receptionist told me my name is not there and rooms are overbooked. I have to call Expedia and they have to find another hotel for me to stay. I told them it was a non refundable booking and I already paid which I booked a month ago. I showed them the receipt but she kept on saying that there’s no room available. The receptionist from another counter double checked and found my name and booking was paid. Finally I got the room and blamed Expedia that they messed up my first and last name. If the other receptionist didn’t help me I would not have a place to stay at a late check in at 8:45pm. I am a senior woman traveling alone and the receptionist was not very helpful at all. I asked her to call Expedia and she refused to do so and was denying my check in. Afterwards the other gentleman from the next counter found my name, then she apologized. She should be trained well and find ways and means to help the guest out, instead of denying. Very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated.

This hotel was awful, the customer service was horrendous. My family of 6 were waken up in the middle of the night with many phone calls and a man knocking at our door threatening us that we needed to pay $50 or else he’d call the police since we were “trespassing”. We payed for everything beforehand and they were extremely violent and impatient. The receptionist wasn’t understanding or had good manners at all, while they called us down he started smoking right in front of us during a serious matter. After they finally let us talk about how we already payed the payment the employees and manager never apologized to us even after all the commotion. Overall our experience was terrible.

One of our favorite hotels in the DC DMA. We like the refresh of the lobby area with the addition of the market. The only problem with this location is the expensive parking arrangement that they try to minimize by saying the parking garage doesn't belong to us. What ?

Cold night lack of sleep.
Front desk personnel was amazing. My room was beautiful but freezing . The fan blew cold the entire night and no matter how high i raised the thermostat it never warmed up. I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic but did nothing truly to ensure i felt satisfied.

Great Location and Size of hotel
Honestly a really nice hotel. Super huge. There was a lot of athletes in town for a tournament and a college tour but still so spacious that you didn’t feel cramped. Nice bar and breakfast options. Great staff and close to downtown. Only thing I didn’t like was the price of parking.

Parking fee was absurd. Wanted $75 to park a car with a small trailer. Found another place to park. Recommend installing a night light in the room as both my wife and I walked into the table at the foot of the bed. It was black and all but invisible in the dark. Otherwise, size, cleanliness etc. were all excellent.

Great stay!
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were amazingly friendly. They accommodated our request for an early check in without fuss. Was also given free parking.
Also receiving text messages to ask how else can they make our stay even better and following up, I believe was a welcome “extra touch” of customer service that definitely helps reach out to the guests without direct contact.

Does not have standard amenities of much cheaper hotels. No USB, no microwave, no complementary breakfast, no water, and all available food is overpriced. $20 breakfast. $6 black coffee. $15 sandwich at the hotel market. Closest reasonable food option is a 25 minute walk. Also, my conference mates and I could not get consistent beverages at the bar. They ran out of at least 3 beverages after we had ordered our first.

I booked the room,non-smoking, online and checked in late around 9pm. Had to be somewhere so I threw my bag inside and went out. Then I came back to sleep and the smell of weed was unbearable to spent the night. I thought this would disappear in a min or two but the whole night I was suffocated by weed smell. I guess the guest before me might have smoked in it. And the mini fridge had some kind of problem, when it starts to run, it wakes up the dead because it has this loud mechanical noise. I had to wake up few times before I unplugged the cord at all. I’m an Hilton Honors member and been there many times, this one was the worst. I told the receptionist at the time of checkout, she wouldn’t care less. She said “we’ve no control for those types of incidents” and cut me off. So I just ended the conversation since I knew she won’t listen to my complaints. She make me look like a fraud and as if I made up story.
