Booked a king, got two doubles even though there were 8 available when i booked. Staff was rude about it. Pull out couch bed had springs popping out of it. Room was dingy and there was hair in the wet areas. Handy dandy little piece of paper letting you know how unsafe the area is in the welcome packet would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Had to use expedia because the Hilton app was broken so no points for stay.

The rooms were spacious, perfectly met my needs. The front desk at check-in was friendly, and very professional. Satisfied and felt comfortable with the cleanliness, especially when I saw housekeeping sanitizing the elevator buttons and handles, knowing many individuals utilize them often throughout the day.

Honest review.... Dated, dingy,dirty but ok staff
I usually look at guest reviews when booking and this 9.2 rating was quite incorrect and misleading.Max is 6/10 and I have been to quite a few Orlando hotels. Choose another location. This is out of the way and not close to anything.. Furniture stained, dingy and dirty. Cracks in bathroom .wall... Suite is small so if travelling with kids and using the fold out couch there is barely any room to move around. Carpet soaked and flooded the day before we were due to leave so we had to move our bags and checked out early. Random charges post checkout on my credit card with no bill sent from the hotel and no explanation.There is a parking fee per night so that's not free. Breakfast not worth mentioning. Full stop. Tried to make the best of it but was terribly disappointed as my other Homewood suites experience elsewhere was good. Was duped by guest ratings so my humble honest suggestion just book elsewhere.

Great stay for our two week trip to Orlando. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to swim in and it's not heated. The location was great right beside the I4 highway. Room cleaning was done every other day and only when requested. Hotel was well taken care of and clean. Would stay again!

Never again this location!
The person checking us in very unfriendly like she said the right things but it was like it was forced out. This location my family is comparing to the Orlando one on international dr. The carpets looked spot cleaned. The comforter had I think dirt stains, and bathroom the side top edge was dirty I cleaned before using. The breakfast was disgusting. The other location was very good more choices offered. No afternoon reception like other location that’s 20 minutes away!

I had reserved a room with a king bed, but got a room with 2 double beds. In addition, they tried to charge me $8.00 for a parking space. Fortunately I was able to get them to give that to me at no charge.

It’s a good value for a large room with separate bedroom as well as a kitchen. Works so well for us when we’re staying multiple days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy AC unit but we were glad it worked!

Overall cleanliness and nice room, but did find some ants crawling around, like other guests noted.
My main complaint is $8.52 per night for unsecured parking in Maitland, FL (not a condensed area, like a big city). Signs everywhere about recent theft from automobiles in their parking lot. If they are going to charge extra, why not use this additional income to hire security to prevent said theft?

I was disappointed with this property. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and even the bed. My wife was bitten by those ants all over her body while we were sleeping. She woke up early and we left the room immediately.

My experience was this:
- PARKING LOT IS NOT FREE!!
Hotel charge $8 every night for each car if you use the parking lot. ( I can understand if I just stay for one night, but I was there for 10 nights!!! No consideration at all!
I talked with the front desk about it. I explained to her that I didn't see those details at the time to booked the reservation through Expedia. She just said, "that happened when you use a third party to book with us. After 10 hours driving... that was the greeting!
- The shelf in the closet at midnight fell down. Next day, we called the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. He spent two hours "fixing it". He left all the floor very dirty. We called front desk again and they brought us a vacuum, so my wife cleaned the floor. Really guys???
After two hours using it, the shelf and our clothes were on the floor again. We were late for our restaurant, so we waited until next day. Maintenance came again, " fixed it" again, and a couple hours later, our clothes were on the ground for a second time. The solution was, move us to another room after two days dealing with this.
- MISSING STUFF.
After two days we moved to the another room, I figured out that one of my shoes and a flip-flops were missing. I talked with front desk about that and they told me that cleaning crew didn't find anything in my previous room, so I lost it. Well, last day, my son talked with another

It served its purpose, just a place to sleep. Room was clean, but halls and elevator not so much. Stayed during summer so lots of loud kids screaming and running through the halls. Floors in elevators constantly wet from people not drying feet after leaving the pool. Walls are super thin so you hear everything. Really long corridors but not enough elevators so it’s a long walk to your room depending on where it is. After a long day of working, I needed peace and quiet more than anything and it just didn’t happen, especially with the frogs making loud noises outside. Won’t be staying here again.

What stood out to me was how welcoming the staff was. MARY is gem. I called ahead and asked for a early checkin. Upon arrival without introducing myself Mary already greeted me by my name and a warm welcome. Sabrina your are one minute late, ;-). Your room is waiting.
Room was very clean and sufficient stuffed for two adults with all we needed.
Hotel was clean all around and exactly where we needed to be for our event.
We will surely stay here again.

Failed to reserve our disability room
I booked a disability accessible room but when we got there they had sold all those despite that being in my reservation. They gave us a room but my wife was not able to shower because it only had a very small bathroom and tub. The staff was apologetic and kind but it did us no good. Overall the hotel seemed a bit decrepit.

Very Nice Stay
My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at Homewood Suites. We needed an early check-in and was promptly accommodated by Arrianni. She was a pleasure talking to when she checked us in. Our room was very clean ( especially the bathroom), the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Only complaint was the a/c unit was a little on the loud side.

A member of our family found dried feces on a towel hanging on the clean towel rack. This towel was used before it was discovered by them. This is completely unsanitary and disgusting. This was reported to the front desk manager. We were told three different times they were passing it on to the General Manager and she would be calling us. We were there 3 days after this happened and never received a call.

Shady Service Not Clean
Got charged $32 more than the confirmation. Then got hit with $8 parking. Found a kids hat at the end of the bed that wasnt ours. Long black hairs on the toilet when were all blondes. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good in the shower but that was about it. Breakfast was also decent. If there was a room available elsewhere last night we would've gone.

The breakfast was outstanding. The lack of service was poor. No trash pickup for three days and no replacement of coffee packets etc. had to ask for everything and I had to pay for outdoor parking daily. Ridiculous

This hotel is wonderful. We had a nice size suite with King size bed, clean spacious bathroom and nice sitting area that included a large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and sink. We felt right at home. The pool area is kept very clean as well. I suggest placing more lounge chairs around pool. There was only one since one was broken. The staff is terrific. Good breakfast selection, too.

As a business traveler, you should alert the guests that there will be people living on the property.
Regarding the cleanliness, I was at your property for 2 weeks, I had the service once and the counters and kitchen table weren’t cleaned or the microwave. I had to keep asking for dish soap which is no big deal but leaving 1 pack even for a 1 week stay is not enough.
The front desk staff was amazing. Alex in particular was very attentive and when I asked for anything, he quickly accommodated. He should be recognized for his friendliness and attention to guests.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff were super friendly. When we checked in we had a typed piece of paper placed in our key card holder about an increase in car thefts/break-ins and making sure your car was secured/locked with no valuables, so that was different. Also we checked in for a week and had no cable until the very last night of our stay (apparently the DirectTV tower was down?), but we remedied that with a chromecast using our hotspot and own at-home networks (not ideal). Long story short, the pros outweighed the cons, we loved our breakfast and room and would definitely stay there again. Plus the African American lady who checked us in the afternoon of 12/31 (didn’t catch her name, so sorry!), was SO kind, positive, and happy- she’s definitely an asset to this location, she was definitely a breath of fresh air to any tourists (or anyone really) on vacation- a lot of locals seem “over it” and she was most certainly welcoming, special thanks to her.

The property has people living there; there was a person hiding in the bushes jumping out and scaring the guests late in the evening that even the desk clerks were frightened. In addition I booked through Expedia for a room rate per night at $117. But the hotel charged me $139 per night
