The proximity to the airport is unbeatable. Check-in was quick and easy. Only downside is the cost of parking. It’s exorbitant.

Housekeeping issues, very nice room otherwise
The bathroom was missing washcloths, there was toothpaste on the bathroom counter, and a couple of hairs on the floor under the counter. The bed was poorly made and for some reason had three sheets. Bed pillows were atrocious: no support to them at all; they flattened out to barely anything there when laying on them. Really detracted from the otherwise very nice and quiet room with one of the quietest ac/heat units we've ever had.

Restaurant host was very difficult and rude. Server didn’t bring out the food that we ordered and when I asked her about it she just shrugged her shoulders but didn’t bring the right food. She ignored us when many tables where empty abs then double charged me for my glass of wine that I had already paid at the bar.

Loved how quiet it was in the room despite being a busy hotel. Also really appreciated how clean everything felt. Really enjoyed the vibe, relaxed and stylish. Would definitely stay there again

The direction to the hotel from Terminal B is not very good yet because of the airport connections I was able to walk to C then E, from there the directions are clear. I was worried about the plane noise yet couldn’t hear at all - excellent building quality, Rather the cleaning crew had loud voices in the hallway around 8 am. Knowing that most passengers chose this place because of late arrivals the crew should be aware and lower their voices when necessary.

Too expensive for what you get
Totally overpriced! I know they have you trapped if you need a hotel in the airport, but dang. I wish I’d just taken an Uber a few blocks away to something less expensive (and probably just as nice). This hotel clearly takes advantage of the captive audience.

Love the Hilton Logan Airport Boston
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Loved the hotel restaurants! Lots of healthy options for breakfast!

Difficult to find using Waze. Finally found hotel and parking lot was full. Had to park in Central Parking so wasn’t very convenient. Restaurant was very good, excellent service and good food.

The hotel is beautiful, however it is very loud. The rooms around us are loud, and you can hear all of the activity outside. Sirens etc. the hallways were very very loud. I couldn’t sleep very well at all.

Perfect stay before an early flight!
We had a very early flight out on our last day in Boston so we decided to stay at the airport. It was perfect! As easy and convenient as could be to get the kids up and out for a very early flight.

We loved our stay here. It was very convenient for a quick overnight stay for an early flight. It was easy to call for the shuttle to get to the hotel from Terminal E. The hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Easy check in, with nice and helpful staff. Would recommend.

A super convenient airport hotel. You can walk here via indoor routes from the terminals, and you can get drinks and dinner here plus a really good full-serve breakfast. Highly recommended!

Great Location!

Basically, we liked what we were exposed to for the night. Surprisingly, we didn't see the refrigerator until this morning, because we were overnighting. We had no problem with anything. If we were staying longer, our experience might have been different. But overall, we had a great night!! Thank you!!!

Pre flight stay
Stayed the night before we flew out with Delta. This hotel is as close as you can get to the terminal either walking or by the hotel shuttle.

It’s a 10-15 min walk through airport (so convenient for early morning flight) but signage isn’t so great.
it was difficult to get a car/taxi. And there were no options for dining outside of hotel (because you are at airport).

We had an early morning flight out of Logan airport and stayed here. Very convenient shuttle. Nice pool and workout room. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and our meals were very good.

If you have a nighttime layover in Boston staying here is a must!! And this Hilton is by far the CLEANEST I’ve stayed in. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The bathroom looked like they took the time to scrub and shine every single corner! And the beds…WOW. The sheets were crisp and tight. The room smelled clean and fresh. For a while there I avoided Hiltons, but I will definitely be staying here again.

The property was very nice; the only issue is that it is located in an inconvenient location. There isnt much of a way to get out into Boston without spending a fortune on transportaion for those not driving.

Staying at the Hilton at Logan airport is money well spent every time. For an early morning flight, it takes the stress of Boston traffic out of the equation.
The restaurant is decent and very convenient.
I will say that I’ve had a little issue leaving the Hilton parking garage. I haven’t been able to prepay at the kiosks in the garage. The card reader at the gate is awkward if accessed from a taller vehicle or truck.

Easy access to all Logan terminals
Easy check in and clean room. Restaurants downstairs very nice after a long day. Hotel connects to all Logan terminals with indoor walkways which makes travel very easy. Highly recommend

I had an emergency and canceled late. I was told that I will be charged the full $290.00. I understand that I was outside the free cancellation window, but I was hoping an exception could be made and that the late cancellation fee would not be so exorbitant.

You can’t beat this hotel for convenience. This is the second time we have landed quite late and stayed here for a next day flight. Our toilet wasn’t working properly which wasn’t great the the food onsite is just alright.

Extremely convenient hotel access to most Logan terminals—either their frequent shuttles, or just walk from Hilton over to central parking garages then to your terminal gate. In house restaurant serves Boston themed food that is generally better pub food than you would expect from a chain hotel kitchen! Extremely quiet esp. higher floors—even though right in middle of airport.

Put us in a handicap room, air filter needs to be cleaned. I complained to the front desk, response was I booked through a third party. I also shared I am a Hilton Member, which the front desk check in was fully aware.

Convenient and easy
We stayed one night after arriving quite late at night and walking over from the airport. The restaurant was open till midnight which was great since we were very hungry. The next day we left our luggage at the hotel and the shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at the subway station so we could get into the city and spend the day touring. The service was great and the bed was very comfortable.
