Very convenient. Room was very clean. Restaurant/bar was very good. coffee shop in lobby was convenient and very good as well. Tv is not a smart Tv. One of the front desk people who checked me in on my first stat last week was a young man with bow tie and he was like a robot. Just saying a script and I felt like I was interrupting whatever he was doing. The other fd person who checked me in last night was wonderful. I don’t remember his name.

The hotel itself and the facilities were excellent and the ease of using the shuttle bus and nearby train station were perfect for our needs. However the staff looked miserable and were not always very helpful. Barely smiled and responded to questions about shuttle with "I don't know I wasn't paying attention"

Great spot to stay if you have an early flight the next morning. The line to take the shuttle to the airport was HUGE so we walked to terminal C. The walk wasn’t bad at all!
There was a shirt and jacket left in our closet from a previous occupant. Mooo Airbus 300, you left some clothes behind!

Basically the property was very nice. It's located right at Logan airport which is great cuz you can you can walk to the terminal but there's a little bit of a catcher that you actually walk to terminal e which is the international flights. We were going out on JetBlue which is terminal c but they have these shuttles that come by about every 15 minutes so it was very very quick and easy and they drop you right off at the door. They do have a restaurant called Connolly's pub the food was quite good I actually ordered the lobster roll, which though expensive, was excellent. The only let down there there is a ridiculous weight wait. They have a cafe but the cafe closes early what they need to do is keep that Cafe open later. If that's not possible it would be very nice if they had the ability to make it dinner reservation so you could get in there and get right to the head of the line instead of being stuck behind people and having to wait an hour and a half.

The beds were comfy. I did notice cracked tiles in the bathroom and the toilet had caulking adding out of it . I liked the Crabtree products and overall it was nice, just not quite a five star .

The hotel itself was wonderful. Our only problem was finding the walkway bridge inside Logan Airport that connects to the Hilton. We kept getting lost and finally called the Hilton shuttle. Maybe more signage in all terminals of the airport that would lead to the walkway bridge would be helpful.

Positives:
The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable.
Negatives:
Shuttle - Where you're supposed to wait for pickup is not clearly indicated so I missed the first shuttle. I called the hotel to request another shuttle and they gave me clear instruction on where to go but it took over 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive which was a very unpleasant experience on a cold January night. If you start here you should probably opt to Uber.
Check-in: there were only two people at the front desk for a long line of +15 guests. Check-in took about half an hour which is highly unusual.
Dining/room service - you're locked into the hotel's restaurant. DoorDash does not deliver to the hotel and there are no other walkable options, so be prepared for that. Also, beware of tricky room service attendants... gratuity is included, which is fine, but they don't tell you that. Don't get tricked into double tipping like I did.

Average hotel they definitely give off the allure of a high class hotel when you check in but it is convenient if you have an early flight. Otherwise much more cost effective to stay somewhere else, with the lack of food options so close to Logan you're captive and they know it... and charge for it. Ultimately the room should have been $100/night cheaper than what it was. You can always get much nicer accommodations in the North End and a better selection of food for the same price as a hotel restaurant.

Really nice hotel (for an airport hotel). As expected not much around the property, given the proximity to the airport. Large beds, clean rooms etc. Check-in felt it took a bit too long. Eating options were ok - not much surrounding so have to have food within hotel. Pub was quite busy and food was ok - overpriced in my opinion. The shuttle bus to the airport was regular and free so that was great!

Perfect for staying overnight before an early morning flight . Navigating our way through the airport to walk there was a bit confusing because signage wasn’t clear . Food was delicious in restaurant. Shuttle back to airport was a breeze . Highly recommend!

One night stay on 5th January.
Our Stay was very enjoyable.The invalid room we stayed in was excellent. It provided safety for an elderly person. The breakfast on the day we left was super, with very good service, even though it was early in the morning. The driver of the commute to the Airport was extremely courteous and very helpful. We certainly will stay there another time.

There were dogs barking in the halls morning and night and people running up and down the halls. Tried to call front desk for assistance no one answered. I have allergies and was allergic to something in the room. It would be a good practice to let people know if they are booking their rooms on the pet floor. I love dogs, but this became problematic.

Trouble with shuttle but overall good stay.
My stay was good. I think the restraunt vould have done a better job of getting everyone seated and served, i saw a few people walk away, tired of waiting. There were lots of tables that were unused or closed. ? But overall the food was good the sevice was adequate, the rooms were clean and the check in out was smooth. However, after i was in the hotel i got the welcome text talking about getting there from the terminals,...would have been helpful if that text was sent a day earlier, i booked 5 days in advance. I waited for a shutyle for 15 minutes, called the hotel for a shuttle, waited on hold for 14 minutes before o got someone to send a shuttle. waited 20 more minutes, no shuttle, called again and one came about 10 minutes later. I didnt know i could walk there in 15 minutes. If the text had been sent earlier with the helpful ability to just text them back would have been clutch. But, it all worked out in the end but this west coast boy was frozen to the bone while waiting for shuttles. That is my only gripe about the experience. The shuttle driver was, however, very professional, helpful and informative. I tipped him 10 bucks cuz he gave me the lowdown on my bus in the morning. I take it as a possible anomaly and would totally stay there again.

Not as convenient as expected
We decided to move to the Hilton Boston Logan Airport for our last night in Boston since we had a very early morning flight. Being an airport hotel our expectations were not high to begin with but we ultimately regretted moving for a few reasons.
The first issue we encountered was with the lack of dinning options, there is only one restaurant in the hotel and it had a 45 minute wait time because they were understaffed. We went to the bar and decided to order to the food to go instead. The food was very average, we ended up getting the chicken confit that was supposed to come with risotto but instead was served with mashed potatoes. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of mashed potatoes but not when I have to pay $40 for 2 pieces of chicken with them. Uber Eats and Doordash did not deliver to the hotel since because of the location.
The second was that we stayed at the hotel thinking it would be easy to walk to the airport terminal, but it is actually quite far from most terminals (leads you past multiple parking lots). There is a shuttle to take you to the terminals starting at 4am every 15 minutes, but since there was one shuttle and a lot of people we had to stay in line for 30 minutes to be able to get on a shuttle.
The pool and fitness center were ok but crowded.

We was disappointed in the dining experience. We only wanted a little something before bed and the pizza was not very tasty. The waiter did not come back to check on how things were like they do in most restaurants. It seemed like you were short staffed.
Normally, I would not say anything but since you asked....

The hotel is well located. However it is shabby. In addition the cleaning staff knocked on every door in the corridor at 7.30am(!!!!) to see if they could clean rooms. Totally unacceptable to hear them knocking and shouting “can I come in” at that time in the morning. Then when they got to our room we said no and they complained that we hadn’t put do not disturb on the door. Reminder this was 7.30am and they had already woken up the whole corridor

My one issue would be with regards to the early check in & digital key on the app. This is to be able to skip going to the front desk to check in, however I still had to go to the desk to have everything verified & swipe my card! Thus making this option a waste of time and misleading. Please fix the app.

The staffs are nice and helpful, but because of the busy travelling before Christmas, the lobby is not that organized, the security line and the drop bag line are accidentally merged together, and I find it hard to know where should I go. But an hour later the lines seem to be better while more counters are available for dropped bags and more security lines are opened. However, it still seems like people are missing their flights due to the crowds.

We were generally happy with everything but one suggestion would be to have a light blanket available. The quilt is too heavy and only a sheet is under it.i prefer to take the quilt off and use a light blanket on top otherwise I’m too hot.
