Embassy suites Seattle is a winner
Absolutely wonderful staff, clean, beautiful building. My only complaint was the bed was a little firm for me but my husband loved it! Breakfast was great. The restaurant, 13 coins, inside the hotel, was amazing! Will definitely return to this location next time I visit Seattle.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with our three kids and it was great. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfasts were nice and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. Staff were super helpful and my daughter and husband loved Milton.

They have a restaurant on site (13 Coins), which was very good but expensive. However, they don't offer room service or a menu in the room. It is online and you can order it online for delivery for a fee or you can self pick up. Soda is $4 and plastic silverware cost an extra $1. Just very tired after a long day of travel and drenched from heavy rain when i got to the room. Just wished it was easier to order for room service.

Upon arrival, myself, and my children were super excited to come back to the Embassy suites. After getting checked in by a super helpful front desk rep everything else went downhill after. The pool door wasn’t working for our keys. After going downstairs twice to reactivate keys, we had to be let in by a staff member. We had life vest and pool toys that we left at the pool expecting to come back to them when we returned to the pool. Upon returning none of our items were there. We call the front desk hoping a staff member may have moved them. No answer we’re provided. I received a generic answer that they might be in the lost and found but had no way of know for sure because they cannot get in contact with security and also there were no cameras at the pool. All that aside after going to the pool we returned to the room and called for towels to shower before check out. After waiting 30 min. , I went downstairs to personally ask for towels. The young lady said they will be sent out shortly. Let’s just say…. I’m still waiting on the towels. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Hilton property. Overall experience was ruined due to poor service and lack of communication. Very disappointing.

Great hotel. Service was good, complimentary breakfast was amazing and the amenities they offered where great. One thing I can complain about is the surrounding areas. I wish there was more security because of the homeless population but I know that’s not the hotels fault. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

We loved our stay at the Hilton! Very convenient location as you are close to many places and the train and is beside it. Great view of Lumen Field as well. The morning breakfast service was superb! Including the evening cocktail hour.

Hotel was great! Bruce at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Steve at Zephyr was spot on with his recommendations and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Food was good, rooms were comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to a ton of interesting spots worth exploring.

Great hotel if you're catching an Amtrak or other train from King st station, going to a lumen field event or want to enjoy all the food that the international district has to offer. They had a complimentary free drink and snack in the evening and great breakfast

Very friendly check-in. Less noisy than usual for an urban location, but did have late night sirens; I had picked a time with no games at the stadiums. Easy walk to International District for food and shopping; nice to have 13 Coins restaurant on property.

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only real complain I have is the rooms had barn doors for the bathroom from the bedroom and living area. Problem with that, is huge gaps, and no locks. I was traveling with my family, but couldn't imagine if I were traveling with friends or work colleagues. It would have been very uncomfortable and awkward.
Pull out couch/bed was basically laying on a bed of springs. Very bad.
We had a wonderful city view which was gorgeous! Breakfast that is included was wonderful.

Parking garage not safe
The room was beautiful and the hotel is so convenient to Lumen Field. As usual we were put in a room right next to the elevators that made a loud ticking sound all night. I’m told it’s because we book through a third party (hotels.com).
Found out the hard way that your car is not safe even in the parking garage, as someone attempted to steal our car overnight. Another poor guest was not as lucky. His truck was stolen. Security was less than helpful and I found it insulting that we were still charged the $58 for parking despite the hundreds of dollars in damage to our car.

Unfortunately we had a bad first impression as the front desk lady was way more interested in talking to her colleague than assisting us. The maintenance man however was very friendly. The room itself was very good but a little expensive for what you get.

The hotel is quite nice overall. The room with 2 doubles and a sofa bed fit our family of 5 well. The sofa bed mattress was terrible though, the heater in the living room was quite loud, and the bathroom door (a sliding barn door) didn't close all the way. The pool was great for kids (3 and a half feet deep all the way across) but there were no robes available for going to and from the pool and the door to the pool didn't always open when trying to unlock it with the keys. The breakfast was a very well stocked buffet with hot food options and an option to have an omelet made to order. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Great birthday and concert trip
The hotel and staff were great! We came over for my daughter's birthday and to attend a concert at the WAMU theater. The hotel made the venue within easy walking distance. We will definitely return to this hotel for the next time we are planning on attending a conference at WAMU theater or Lumen Field.

Perfect location for any event at Lumen or T-Mobile. We had a corner suite room looking directly at Lumen field on one side and the bay on the other. Parking was easy for our stay for the game and easy to exit. Free breakfast had the best selections too. We will be back!

Great hotel, great location
The free breakfast and indoor pool/jacuzzi are always the best part of staying at Embassy Suites for my family. You could see Lumen Field from the pool, which was is gorgeous, and even had a soccer game going on at the time. This particular hotel is also right down the street from numerous public transportation systems.

Stayed here before and very convenient to everything . The property is starting to show its age as the sliding doors on the washroom were not working correctly . The WiFi did not connect so phoned the front desk and talked to the person who checked me in and she said I was in the wrong room and made it sound as if it was my fault even though she gave the room key and told me what room to go to . Took her 5 minutes to correct and no apolgies given . Everything else as expected

Around restaurants and two restaurants inside.
Also, you do not have to pay the resort fee unless you are planning on using their indoor pool or work out facilities !
I’m making this clear bc I got the run around when o called hotel until I talked to a person that had worked their for two years. The rest of the staff was
Cluelesss. I showed up w/o paying for it and was fine.

Room had to be vacuumed and dusted when we arrived! They did not had maid service during the day so no fresh towels! We waited 2 hrs for bed linens to make up the sofa bed for the kids so they did not get to bed till late! Even though we checked in with kids and made the reservation a month prior! Very inconvenient!

Our stay was really nice, with a couple of minor issues, the barn door to the bathroom didn’t close properly (it kept sliding open) and the bathroom sink did not drain well (very slowly) other than that it was great. We stayed here because we we’re taking the Amtrak train back to Canada and the train station is right across the street.
I would highly recommend this hotel!!

You can’t beat the location if you are going to a Seahawks or Mariners game and the incredibly close proximity to the train station is super convenient. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Their parking garage having an elevator directly into the hotel is a huge plus when lugging your kids in from the car. The only issue I found with the hotel room was the bathroom has no lock on either the door from the seating area or the bedroom which is a little odd for a room meant for up to 6 people. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was a nice perk.

Location is great and makes it easy to explore before heading to a game or concert. Parking is expensive, but nice to have a secure lot. Check-in was smooth, although the staff member seemed inconvenienced by having to check us in (arrived shortly after the 4:00pm check-in time and it was not busy). They have a complimentary "reception" nightly from 5:00-6:30 that includes snacks and two free drinks per guest, which was a great touch. The breakfast was fantastic and everyone enjoyed their made-to-order omelets.
Unfortunately, the view was not as described and was completely blocked. We met a few other guests at breakfast that had the same disappointing view. The queen beds were decently comfortable, but the couch was stained and had not been wiped down (something was rubbed into the arm rest and crumbled when we rubbed a cloth over it). It was gross enough that we put towels down before sitting on it. The pull out couch did not have any linens (based on number of people on the reservation, it was clear we would be using this bed), and the front desk did not answer the phone after calling multiple times, so we had to go down and request sheets. The bathroom has barn doors between the living area, as well as the bedroom, which provides very little privacy and is quite awkward. There is also no fan, so your business quickly becomes everyone else's.
We didn't use the pool, but it is beautiful and has spectacular views. The gym far exceeded expectations!

Conveniently near everything you need!
The hotel is located conveniently near several tourists attractions. Walkable to the Sports stadiums. While the staff was nice and very helpful, the hotel itself is rather older. The room still has carpet and sofa was stained. The hotel is pet friendly and I am allergic to pet hair. The room was cleaned however their was not a thorough cleaning for pets because I still had allergic reaction to the prior pet that had been in the room. This caused itching. As soon as I walked into the room this happened. If they could clean pet friendly rooms more thorough, that would be helpful for guests such as me.

When we walked in, the employee behind the desk did not greet us and appeared annoyed. We were early so she pointed at some couches some other poor souls were laying on and said "you can wait there". Then she said if we paid $35 we could check in early. I figured they were charging more because the would have to send housekeeping over to clean and then we could go up. So we paid. To our surprise she sent us up immediately. They never offered us water. The keys in the elevators only function sometimes. It was a laughing - eye rolling experience shared with multiple guests since there was always someone standing in an elevator trying to get it to go. We went up to our room. So we paid 35 dollars to get in our room that was already cleaned and open. There was a box fan sitting in a counter and a window was open. No drinks anywhere. No soda or water machines anywhere but the main lobby. We went to the football game and came back forgetting our key in our room. I asked the employee if she could assist and she says. "Do you see the line?" There was a line for checkin all the way through the room almost out the door. When we left I asked where we could get water and the guy handed us water from behind the desk. At least he was helpful. Wildly inconsistent and rude otherwise. Never felt like a guest. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because 13 Coins was great and connected to the hotel.

The view from the 20th floor is something you cannot miss. There are little robots that deliver room service and a beautiful included breakfast. The nighttime city scape- that is what you come for. Elevators are nice and quick. Not to mention you can see the stadium from the pool.

For a room that cost almost 500$, there were more than a few issues. The window was open on arrival to the room and was not noticed as we checked in and immediately went to the concert only to return to the room very very cold, there was debris on the floor of the room, a lot of dust surrounding the air conditioning vent, the fire sprinkler cover in bathroom was severely rusted, the living room TV’s power strip was turned off behind the tv.
For a hotel of that status/price and that caliber I expected a flawless stay. Extremely disappointed. Either take pride in your rooms for the price you charge or don’t charge as much.

Would stay again!
My friend and I stayed in the 2-queen suite, and while smaller than we imagined, the experience was lovely. Everything was clean, and amenities like the microwave and fridge were quite helpful. The location was great, we stayed in two different hotels during our trip, and this one was closer to Chinatown/the underground train so we got to make the most out of our location.
I would recommend the breakfast & happy hour upgrade, they were enjoyable!
The only downside was that we asked for an extra luggage holder and it never came, and the room itself was a bit dark.

Awesome location for hawks game. Cant be beat. 13 coins is a great choice for dinner. Breakfast buffet was average but did the job. Stayed in an oversized double queen suite. Nice room with ample size. Me and my 12 year old son walked around the neighborhood at night. It could be considered a little sketchy by some. However, the city itself is a little sketchy. We rented the scooters to zoom around the city. Would highly recommend. Cheap way to get around.

We were in town to attend the Beyoncé concert and stayed here because it was conveniently next to Lumen Field. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with tips for traveling and navigating the area during the chaos of such a large event.

This hotel is pretty good. They lost my reservation, which was VERY stressful due to my tight timeline. I ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes for them to offer me the exact room I booked as “an upgrade”. The room phone did not work properly for in- hotel calls at any time.
The hotel was walkable to my destination(Lumen Firld) and was fine.

I had paid for my stay a few days prior to arrival. Upon check in my account was charged the full amount I had previously paid. What’s worse is that neither the associate or their supervisor seemed to care at all that their mistake had put a complete damper on the afternoon and over all stay. There was no apology or remorse. In fact, I felt rather discriminated against and tossed aside. I was told that the extra charge would be reversed over the next couple of days and that certainly was not the case. I had to go through my bank to make things right. The lack of hospitality that came from a $400-500/night experience is supremely disappointing. I sure hope someone from the property will take the time to reach out to me to rectify the poor experience because the hotel itself is in a fantastic location and we would love to give this another try.

I booked the car online maybe 3 hours before we needed it. It indicated a vehicle was available. However, when I landed I had to wait 3 hours just in line to get my rental. Then when I went to get the car I still had to wait an hour for a car to be made available. Overall, 4 hours just get my rental car. Super disappointed. I was one out of at least 25 people in the same situation. You would think they should have given the rental for free or a voucher for next time.

My issue isn’t with the time we checked in. It’s our room service and front dest at this time. Orders wrong and cold and front dest for room service wants to tell us she way to busy hold on and clicks over.

The hotel itself was very nice. Employee at check in was just staring at the screen & was quiet. I asked her if she found our reservation & she said her mouth was working. She didn't explain any of the charges. Hotel & room was clean & nice but got no sleep due to police sirens all night & loud banging sounds at 5am outside. We enjoyed the breakfast. Lot's of good choices & coffee was good! We enjoyed being close to the water & ferry but wouldn't stay downtown if we visit Seattle again.

Our room was not sufficiently stocked for 5 people for 2 night. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no blankets for pull out bed, 4 towels, 1 soap. We had a handicapped room and the bathroom ‘Barb’ doors don’t shut completely or block vision or sound. Very uncomfortable using the restroom with others in the room. We stayed on 4. The ice machine was broken. I went to floor 2 and 6 and they were also broken. I finally called down to the desk ( for the third time ) and they were unaware the ice machine ea were broken. Told me to go up to 12 where there was ice for sure. Very dissatisfying.

We ate at 13 Coins, amazing meal. The hotel is beautiful and we were able to see Mt Rainier from a window in the fitness area. My wife had to catch a train at the train station which is right next door. Perfect location, great room and amazing dinner!!
