Everyone should have a "GiGi". From the time we checked in to the time we checked out she made sure we were pleased with our stay and was willing to make any accommodations. We will definitely stay again. Location was a huge plus as well!

Very nice property, comfortable and spacious rooms. The only issue for me was the Wi-Fi was pretty slow. Everything else was great.

Not a Hilton
This was one of the more disappointing Hilton stays. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle for some time, the walls are paper thin, the elevator was broken, and the stairwell that I had to take instead led outside.

I love the location of this property and all the conveniences around it. The room was great some what noisy (next to ice machine). My shower was amazingly wonderful after a long drive!
I did not like having to switch rooms, the first, bathroom was Horrible, the smell!
However, it took no time to change rooms and staff were kind and accomodating. Thanks to them for all their help.

The property is acceptable, clean and reasonably priced. Updating is in order, but being clean with well appointed staff goes along way to make up for the aesthetics. Would recommend starting to update the rooms in Fy24.

Do they appear to be tearing down a big building adjacent to the parking lot causing lots of dust to coat the cars less than attractive scenery

I gave the room a three rating. The room was outdated and in need of an upgrade. The staff were excellent. We stayed two nights and were not offered cleaning services.

When I booked it it says breakfast include but they charge me 14 dollars a person for breakfast when I asked why they told me I did my booking through Expedia and when you do it that way you don’t get breakfast and the not true I travel a lot I do most of my booking through Expedia it always have breakfast included
She said you get breakfast if you book through Hilton.com or if you are a member I do have membership but they still charge because of Expedia
Room didn’t have any trash bags

Overall it ok I guess

Everything was great exept we had an issue with the save. Maintenence responded timely and attempted to fix the issue. He thought he did but we did not have time to wait for another call to we were unable to use it.

What a disappointment. Not up to usual Hilton standards. The room itself was clean, but so run down. Mold and cracks in the bathroom and a smelly shower curtain added to the cringe factor. There was major construction right outside our window across the parking lot and a building was being demolished. The sound of tractors and smashing metal and glass started at 6:30 AM. Finally, I never received a copy of my folio. When I called the hotel to request it, I received a busy signal on all 20 attempts to contact the hotel. Called Hilton Honors to rectify and they could not help either. Such a disappointing experience.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel. There are only coffee cups provided in the rooms, nothing for pill taking or hygiene. Ice machine on the 11th floor is excruciatingly slow or non-existent. Room cleaning is only provided on request. This has not been an issue, as our stays have been only 1 or 2 nights.

The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay. It needs to be updated. The hotel is VERY outdated. The staff is friendly. Brittnay Davis from the hotel restaurant was the best. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

My family and I stayed here while we visited my brother in the area. Being a Hilton I had expectations for a satisfying experience. The staff there was very friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk who wound up bringing me towels and things when no one else did after I had asked for them. The shower vent is visibly filthy, and when I asked for extra pillows, there was only two Maxximum. When they brought the pillows, they smelled as if they had taken them from someone else's room and given the right to me. Unacceptable. As mentioned prior, we asked for the room to be freshened, replacing towels, and making the bed and taking out the trash one day at 9 AM. At 9 PM when we returned, none of that had been done. Somebody came to take the trashes, but instead of emptying them, they left them outside of our room in the hallway, so not only did we not have a trashcan, but our trash was sitting in the hallway, instead of being taken care of. They gave me towels, but nothing else. Overall for it being a Hilton property, I was unimpressed. I also did not like that the pool was not working and it sounded like they had no intention of fixing it anytime soon.

It was ok. Our check in time was 4pm and our room wasn’t ready so the man at front desk said in order to accommodate me he offended me a little by offering us 2 bottle waters for us having to wait another 30 mins for our room. Which we drove 3 hrs to get there and I needed to change because it was my bday and we had plans so I had to switch my plans to later. Mind you there were already waters on the room. The only thing that made it better was the nice lady at the desk changed our check time for us to 1pm.

Our room was clean but very old, the carpet was in rough shape and the bathroom was very small. No fan in the bathroom to combat steam from the shower. The bed pillows were very flat but the mattress was comfortable.

The room pictures was different from online. pictures Online showed more updated and more modern rooms but in person it was much older and different. It did not feel like we were in Hilton hotel, It was more like cheap hotels.

Friendly staff but that’s where it ends. We booked two deluxe queen rooms but the rooms we got had double beds and looked nothing like the photos. The heat wasn’t working properly and it was either freezing or too hot. The bathroom was extremely small and the mirror had toothpaste marks on it from a previous stay. The room also smelled like old carpeting and seriously needs to be updated. We could not believe this was a Hilton brand hotel as we have never had this experience in the past. Do not recommend.

I’ve been traveling the past couple months, staying at various hotels, and this has to be one of the cleanest I’ve been in for awhile. I only stayed here for a night. Check in was fast, friendly and informative. The room was a nice size and very clean. The only thing I could say that’s negative is the bathroom sink drain gave off a bad odor every time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth.

The hotel smelled like Snoop and Willy Nelson were hotboxing in the elevators. The door locks didn’t work by card or digital key. I had to unlock or swipe about 30 times to get them to unlock.

Really friendly staff at check in and during breakfast. Check out was equally quick and easy thanks to the young man on duty. Overall nothing special but when travel on a tight schedule that nothingness is actually an asset! I’ll definitely stay there again.

A little outdated.
The room seems small and outdated. The carpet looks dirty in some areas, the only pro is the bed, comforty and clean. The lighting is too dark in the hallway and in the room. The front desk guy at night is very nice and polite.

Staff was great but the hotel needs updating. The popcorn ceilings, stained carpet, and mold in the bathroom were more typical of a 2star motel. Not a place I’m planning t revisit.
