I was in town for a family event and stayed one night. I would definitely stay there again! Plus was the bar and restaurant attached.

A Most Pleasant Surprise
A clean and well-lighted place! Simply decorated and crispy contemporary. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Generous late check-out policy. Frankly, the place was a surprise—a most delightful one!

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows was soft. I love the fact that the pillows were labeled soft and firm. Very clean room.

This is a very nice hotel, however for the price, it wasn't worth it. The breakfast wasn't complimentary, you had to pay extra for it. The furnishings - while clean, weren't particularly comfortable. I have paid half that much in Forsyth for a hotel and had a much better stay at other properties.

After a long drive, I appreciated the restaurant was attached to the hotel and I didn’t need to drive anywhere. The placement of the elevator was alittle weird, almost to the back of the hotel. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The 2queen bed room my husband picked out was perfect for a night’s rest. The online pictures matched with the room. For a last minute selection, i would stay again.

We were put on the top floor of the hotel and both the room and service elevator were broke down! The only thing done in the room was the beds were probably changed out. Otherwise the floor was filthy. There was some sort of red sauce on the carpet in front of the microwave. We were constantly sidestepping it for two days. The bathroom was not very clean, no shampoo or Kleenex. The next day around 9:00a i politely asked the front desk for new towels to have them replaced along with Kleenex. When we returned that evening around 8:00p nothing had been done.

Hoping for better stay next time
I have stayed at this location on many occasions and has always been a great experience. This time, the cleanliness was not so great. They must have sprayed our rooms and then not cleaned afterward. There were dead flies on the ground and the windowsill of our room. I’m hoping this was just an oversight and it won’t be like this next time.

Football traveling family
Walking in the hotel looked exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for what we needed. We are College traveling football parents. We have had many stays in hotels over the last few months. This by far was the best!!! I also loved the later checkout. We didn’t have to rush out and have nothing to do.

Our room smelled when we first opened door. Then our son payed in the bed and said it smelled like urine. “ which it did”. Had to switch rooms .

Awesome place to stay!
From check-in to check out, my stay was wonderful. Front desk personnel checking me in was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable. Property looked brand new, even though it was built 5 years ago. Very well maintained. Check-out was quick and pleasant. This property is definitely worth the money.

Great hotel.
This is a well run Holiday Inn--clean, updated and pleasant from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. There's free parking in front of the hotel. It's very quiet and restful. There are restaurants and a shopping mall within 5 minutes. There's also a restaurant onsite where you can get a hot and hearty breakfast for a very low price. We would definitely stay there again.

The Rooms were all clean, cute and the beds were so comfortable. The shower was nice and felt good but it’s time to do the shower floors over. In my family’s rooms it was the same either the shower or tub needed to be deep cleaned and recaulk. The Staff were all friendly and had Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Was taking a shower had soap on my face and washing my hair the water shut off in the middle of my shower. Took about 60 seconds was back on but was cold as hell not hot then had to wait for the hot water. Hair was on the bathroom floor and a raspberry was old and rotten laying on the floor by the stand up lamp in the corner if I seen it the cleaning service should had seen it too. Was not please.

Clean, Costly & No coffee
Clean and comfortable bed. No hot coffee in lobby as promised, and when asked for it, was dissed. No breakfast included with stay, even though all surrounding hotels offered good breakfasts and rooms at lower price. Will not be back.

It was very odd that when we checked in we had to sign a paper that was a guide to conduct while at the hotel. Made me wonder about the clientele.
When we went to our room the bed looked like someone had been laying on it. We went to ask for a new room and the front desk attendant did not even say sorry or she would get it checked out. She acted like I inconvenienced her with our request.
We won’t be staying here again.

The first two nights I stayed at this hotel I paid with a physical card, but there wasn’t enough funds on that card to extend my stay. Therefore I extended my stay through Expedia with a virtual card from my bank. I work nights and was to tired to leave the hotel the next morning, so I ask the staff if they would extend my stay through Expedia. If they couldn’t I would. After taking my sleeping pill, I was told that I had be out the hotel by 12 noon, unless I have a physical card. So I left and went across the street to the Hampton Inn through my Expedia account. I received a voicemail from an employee stating I neglected to pay my bill and I need to return immediately. After I straighten their asparagus out. He apologized and said that there was a communication. I was so upset I didn’t want to pay, but I did. It’s was the right thing to pay.

Stay clear, unless you're a contractor.
The hotel is dirty and being run down fast. The desk people lack hospitality and P.R. skills. The hotel caters to a large selection of contractors, many in the construction industry. May explain why breakfast was over at 8 a.m., two hours window. Our room had ceiling repairs done and still was unfinished. I paid way to much for this room that was mediocre at best.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Great location. There is no hot tub and the pool is small, and the water was cold, but it was clean. Excellent price, also. I highly recommend this place.

When I initially arrived to the hotel I had to wait 5-10 minutes to check-in. I was the only person in line. They clerk was on the phone with someone about some shoes that was allegedly ship to the hotel. That didn't bother me it was the fact tha5 he didn't acknowledge that I was standing there until the call almost ended. I fet to the room and the toilet had a brown stain in it and the microwave door switch kept getting stuck. The hotel restaurant was closed so no room service too. I was there for a funeral so having issues at the hotel didnt help.

Excellent rooms, very clean and spacious. I was not informed there would be such limited restaurant service, but it was a Holiday weekend, so it is understandable. Other than that it was perfect for business.

Doesn’t offer any kind of food on the weekends and my hotel room had no shower curtain. I called for one to the front desk and as usual they never got back to me.

Nice stay
Great clean hotel with friendly service. The bed was uncomfortable in my opinion but, I prefer a firmer mattress. So someone else may think the bed is perfect

Check in staff was awesome! Room very very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is toilet tank had a seal leak so made noise all night. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Nice to have a place to stay that takes Covid-19 seriously. All the staff and quests (outside their rooms) were masked up!!
