We arrived 2 hours after we were suppose to check in and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. There was never anyone at the front desk to help us. There was no bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa. The staff acted like I really put them out asking for a blanket for it to go along with the sheets. One of the rooms keys never worked during our stay even after it was replaced.

It was a little loud. But that’s not their fault but lots of running and screaming all night. I think someone was recording an album in one room and you can’t hear it down the hall lol It didn’t bother us. But it might bother some people who are sensitive to sound? But what hotel has good insulation? Room was mostly clean. Dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed. And there was only a half roll of toilet paper. Bathroom could have been swept again. But honestly overall it was clean enough to be comfortable. We will definitely stay again despite the little things. Staff was friendly and helpful with all issues. I would recommend to anyone who needs a more apartment like long stay.

Clean and cozy
I loved the room we had. Witha kitchen small livung room woth pull out couch and a bedroom. Very cozy and comfy suoer nice loghting and tall ceiling and ceilong fans which is awesome! Loved my stay.

Booked this hotel as a mini staycation with my family from StL for the pool, I have two grandkids. Pool was closed and I wasn’t notified or was it noted on the website. Also, my room accommodations weren’t available due to a broken A/C and my family was in different parts of the hotel. Total waste of money! Plus the night manager was extremely rude.

Pool is out of order!!!! We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool only to find out AFTER we checked and went to swim that it was closed. The temperature was 100 degrees. Otherwise decent hotel. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was good, no waffles. Our room was also decent and updated, but the hallways, elevators, and stairways were dirty and dingy. One factor was likely that housekeeping only comes every 5th day so people put their towels and trash out in the hallways. Great location close to many amenities.

Everything was very clean and the rooms are always very well laid out. The staff was super friendly and this location in Chesterfield is close to a good amount of shops and restaurants.

I had booked 2 rooms. One room there was a dirty sock still on the floor and was a bug as well crawling on the wall. So therefore that's telling me housekeeping isn't very good.

We ended up setting the thermostat at 85 degrees, and it still wouldn't get above 69. And it felt colder than 69 degrees! I think it was more like 65. I asked for a space heater, and they had nothing.

Nice hotel but a little rough

We felt there was a lot of deferred maintenance in our specific unit (heavy dust on the ceiling fan, bathroom fan didn't work, doors between bedroom and living room didn't close well for privacy, and so on). The staff was super helpful, though. Everyone we encountered helped us with whatever we needed--towels, mini golf, etc. Shout out to Terry for being the king of breakfast efficiency and service! His cheerfulness made each morning very pleasant and he anticipated needs/kept hotel guests well supplied.

This is my 4th time at this hotel and the first time bringing my whole family. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool area is so nice. I love the breakfast and the location as well.

Overall hotel was in good condition in a newer area. Staff was friendly, but special call out to the gentleman running the breakfast operation - hustling, friendly, and engaging - give that guy a spot award or bonus,
Recommend the STL Zoo - It's FREE (just pay $15 parking), City Museum, and Arch. Book your Arch ride ahead of time to go to the top which has a cost, but the Museum under the arch and park outside is free.

Our room was nasty when we arrived. Not clean at all.
Trash was left in the room. There was hair all in the carpet. It had not been vacuumed.
Then while we were there we had to ask for towels.
Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.
Air didn’t cool room well.
Pictures were nice but room was dirty.
Breakfast area was nice.

Bad stay!!!
When we got ready for bed, dog hair and human hair all over the bedding and pullout was so stained and Coates with candy and hair it was all absolutely disgusting!! They did provide newer bedding but overall didn’t enjoy any of my stay except for breakfast! They make sure that breakfast l area along with lobby is perfect but main focus should also include rooms and bedding!! I would have demanded to be moved but was told all rooms were full and after paying $230 I wasn’t about to leave. I expressed to the front desk my disgust about the room and told them to please let manager know!
I’m not one to complain about stuff but this was bad!!

Couple days getaway.
Very clean, hot breakfast, room was spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. It does have a kitchen, just needs to be kept up, so bowls match number of plates glasses and silver ware. Dish washer needs attention was afraid to use it by the looks of it, not a big deal to wash by hand. Will return.

Nice stay with a caveat
Be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel and there is a high likelihood your room will have pet hair within it. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Otherwise, this was a nice hotel and suited our needs well.

Nice location, but not very clean, floors were greasy, ac didn’t work our room was 78 the whole weekend, faucet on tub dripped constantly and the middle of the bed felt like there was bricks in it.

We had a hide-a-bed sofa that had no linen in the room for it. It took 3 calls to the front desk until we finally got sheets brought up, still no blankets. After finally going to the front desk was told they were out of blankets.

Disappointed in our room
Our stay was very disappointing when we arrived our bed was not changed since the last people stayed! We found hair and lipstick and makeup and just a bunch of dirt and wrinkles all over the bed it was very disgusting also there is so much hair in the bathroom that look like they did not even vacuum. The hotel itself was nice but our room was definitely not clean up on our arrival so at midnight we had to get a change of sheets. The young man that was there was very polite and nice. Brought our sheets to our room. Thank you!
If you get a room with a note saying" hi I'm rayven and cleaned your room" be aware because it was not cleaned for us.

Stayed for one night and it just happened to be that a team of hockey players were there too. The kids were running around the whole building, slamming doors and halls, running into people in the hallway and very disruptive and loud. We informed the Supervisor and he was very rude defending the kids “stating that they just got back from a game and that to give them 15 minutes to wind down and it wasn’t his responsibility to tell them to be quiet”. I told him that we were paying customers too. I also informed him about our room that it looked like the beds weren’t made. Asked to be moved to a different room away from the loud crowd and he did. The new room looks the same as far as the bed made and was disappointed since this is Hilton (luxury hotel). The tables were wobbly. Not impressed! The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The morning staff were very friendly and helpful with great service! I would stay again if no other place was available.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always have had a great experience. The only issue was the mattress on our bed. This was the only time we have had this problem but it was very uncomfortable! Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly as always!

Dog friendly but costs extra
The initial room key we were given didn't work and then the next day the key stopped working again. The doors in between the bedroom and the sitting area didn't close properly. The eggs at breakfast were watery. Guests were loud. Employees were not wearing masks, though there were signs up requesting guests to do so. Surprise cost of $50/dog to have a pet with you. Employees were friendly. There was a stain in the bathtub.

I’ve stayed at much better hotels
The people that worked in the hotel were nice and friendly. However, we had problems with our key cards everyday, the hallway from the elevator to our room was filthy; they need to vacuum AND shampoo the carpet. I had to clean both bathrooms and the kitchens in the suites (I booked two suites). The carpet inside the suites could have been cleaner. There was blonde hair EVERYWHERE! One suite was missing an iron and neither suite had enough towels. Because this was a Hilton hotel, I was a little disappointed.

Dishwasher had dirty dishes left from previous people. Tub had some orange stains. Had to call front desk to request bedding for pull out couch twice. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. All hotels i have been in keep a backup in the room. I am sure if we called they would have brought it up but we made due with 1. Pool was nice. Breakfast good 👍 bed comfortable. No bugs seen. Big rooms. Nice curtains. Cable didnt have all channels we wanted to watch for example bravo. For price paid it was just ok. Bathroom sink drained slow. Been in better and worse. Stay was average.

Compared to other Homewood Suites, this one wasn’t clean. Blood on the sheets. Feces stuck inside the toilet bowl. Hair clumps in the shower. And the kitchen had a handful of plates and just one fork. Plus the “COVID” cleanliness sticker seal wasn’t really stuck on the door, so couldn’t tell if it was actually cleaned or had been opened since. Very very disappointing, especially since we stayed in a wonderful homewood suites the night before in Oklahoma City.

cleaning- was subpar. I walked around with no socks and bottom of my feet were black. Hair in bathtub and stopper to drain wouldn’t work. bloodstains on sheets and mattress pad. The carpet was extremely linty and there was black lint everywhere. Couldn’t tell if dishes were clean because they were still in dishwasher- maybe that is their normal procedure but I wasn’t told if it was.
I called for new sheets to replace the blood stained ones and was told i had to change my own my own because there was no housekeeping!!!!! corners of room were dusty and crusty . very disgusting. Had a fire alarm first night and outside for 45 minutes, which wasn’t their fault but no apology was ever issued . Side door worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t.

The gentleman at check-in was friendly. The eating area, where on the go breakfast was available was nice. Upon entering my room(king), it appeared nice, BUT the toilet was not clean, it looked as if the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. The faucet of the bath tub had a slow flow when it was off. The chair and sofa was stained. The inside of the cabinets and drawers of the kitchenette were disgusting. There was ice cream left in the freezer. I called to get more wash cloths and towels and the gentleman that brought them up to me, just stared at me and stood in the doorway after I took the towels. The hotel was like a maze, I think that is due to one elevator. The lobby was beautiful. The location wasn’t bad, a few restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent! The room was not only outdated, but our bathroom and sink area was filthy and the bathtub would not drain. I called to get these fixed and the tub was taken care of, but the cleaning was not touched. I called again to have the BR cleaned and nobody ever came. We would have been staying frequently to see family, but NOT ever at this hotel. 😞

The hotel was clean, my room was very nice, all the appliances work, and anytime I needed something the front desk brought it right to my door. The hotel was safe and the staff was very nice. There was so many stores and food places nearby. I originally only with stay 4 days I extended my stay an extra three days because of the great service.

I liked the rooms were big. I did not like that the pool was closed and breakfast was a bagel and cream cheese. Also we had children listed on our reservation and got two big rooms but they put us on the second floor and called about noise twice, well maybe had you thought about it. maybe we should have been put on the first floor. kids are going to be kids and make noise. we were on spring break and letting them enjoy their night.

Very disappointed
Our room was dirty, but there was no housekeeping onsite until the next day. There was also no other rooms available. My husband and I wiped down the cabinets and the furniture with disinfecting wipes. I requested that the (sticky) floors be mopped and the rooms vacuumed 3 or 4 times. The room was finally vacuumed, but the the kitchen and bathroom floors were still dirty.

Great home away from home
My stay at homewood suite was amazing, marvin the front desk person was so sweet, kind and made sure our stay was very pleasant i loved him his spirit and his excellent customer service was exceptional. The rest of the staff from housekeeping to maintenance was great. If there is any problem they are right on it love that. I strongly do recommend homewood suite in Chesterfield for your stay to everyone. Looking forward to going back for another stay there, my next trip is already being planned for there.

Front Desk support was quick, fast, efficient, and VERY Professional. However, I stayed for business and expected more for the location. Rooms were outdated, air condition was stuffy and not cold, dishes were dirty in dishwasher, tub backed up while showering with others' people dirt, and furniture shows wear and tear.

The room was a little small for a suite but adequate. We had dirty towels left as clean in our room: one washcloth with makeup on it rolled up in the stack with the others and one hand towel with multiple hairs stuck to it. When the attendant brought us fresh towels he didn’t seem phased by what I gave to him. There were also stray hairs on the sheet of one of the beds that did not belong to us.
The bed setup was interesting- I’m pretty sure we had a bed skirt in place of a blanket on both beds. Maybe this is something new that I am unaware of, but we travel a lot and typically stay in a Hilton brand hotel and have never come across this particular custom.
