The room was very spacious, but lacked certain amenities. I’m okay if housekeeping doesn’t come every day, but then leave enough coffee, toilet paper and such. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The location was great for going to events, but be careful as we didn’t safe walking at night.

This were our first time family trip to
Seattle. I'd like the locations and everything
but only the bed and sofa bed were'nt

The facility is in good condition and comfortable. Overall 4.5 stars. The 0.5 star deduction to improve breakfast and improve overall cleanliness. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The representative at check-in was so nice. He was new. He did need help. I did give him a different credit card and asked if he could use that one to pay for the room. He called for help. They said yes. When I arrived home from my vacation, we realized that they did not do that. They used the original card. I tried to call and they connected me to a manager whose voice mail was full
We had to ask for extra blankets/pillows because the sofabed was so bad. Uncomfortable! The thin mattress was horrible. You could feel the bottom of the bed. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Everyone was extremely nice. Except one blonde guy. He refused to speak when I said, good morning, twice. Everyone else waa focused on making sure I waa happy. I got the one bdrm suite. Clean and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Loved the fact that I could enjoy having a full kitchen in my suite. What would have made our stay a great experience was too have a swimming pool in the hotel.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cleared away too early on a Saturday when people are getting a later start to their day. Parking in the underground lot was extremely confined and too many spaces are marked. Cars are larger today than 10 years ago, so there is absolutely no room to maneuver. No hotel information in the rooms, such as breakfast times. No shampoo in the rooms, only 'body gel' which seemed to work OK as shampoo, and conditioner. Please mark them appropriately as the hotel sundry shop did not have any shampoo at all, nor aspirin or acetaminophen.

We really liked starting here. Our first time in Seattle and the suite was very comfortable and staff were quite helpful! I would suggest they get new people and quilts however. Mine seemed rather tattered and well used. The cleanliness was outstanding and the the breakfast was excellent so all in all a very good experience!

We loved the spaciousness of the one bedroom suite. The bed was comfortable. The shower had very good water pressure. Very convenient self-parking (with a fee of course). Location was an easy walk to the Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena. Very good hot breakfast included!

Kitchenette with plates and utensils was a useful touch. Staff are friendly and were able to even offer to bring forgotten items to the airport or give fresh sheets at 2am. Some small oddities like no hand soap and a shower curtain whose rings looked like it survived a werewolf attack.
Some homeless activity in the blocks nearby, but that's just the nature of being in downtown. They weren't on the block the hotel was on at least and electronic keys keep them out..

The hotel overall is great, it's in a safer part of Seattle, and the continental breakfast is nicely done. The only negatives are the blankets are just fitted mattress toppers, which is very weird, and the layout of the building means very little natural daylight and windows.

Highly recommend this place. The staff remembers your name when you come in, everything is clean enough to eat off of. Great rooms and mattress. This will be my spot to go to in Seattle.

Good staff except for this lady at the front desk at afternoon that wasn’t in a good humor, and answering the questions that we made to her in a bad way. Very negative. Seems to be ready to left the building for the game. Very expensive parking/day

Okay, but could've been better.
I was shocked by the $45 parking fee. Under amenities, the site said "Parking available" with no mention of cost, so I assumed it was part of the room price. The front desk agent started checking in, then got consumed by another guests problem thatwas being taken care of by another agent. Maintenance still had equipment in the room trying to dry the carpet, which was still wet. I ended up with wet socks for the evening out from stepping on the wet carpet. Checking out, I was expecting a "How was your stay" from the agent and was going to express my concerns, but I guess they didn't care. They were friendly enough, but being involved in hospitality for over 20 years, I expect great customer service.

Broken glasses in the cupboard. No coffee in room. Shampoo and soap containers empty. AC wouldn’t go below 75. Bed was made with the mattress cover on top of the sheets.

We stay at this property because it is across the street from our son's apartment. I think it's rather expensive but there is nothing else that nearby. It's clean, and convenient for us and it feels safe.

Disappointed on the cleanliness of the room and hotel over all. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not their greatest options. We only did one day and the rest we decided to eat outside the hotel. Our room was not clean. As soon as you enter, the floor had a stains, tables, and kitchen were not clean. There was a certain smell. Mattress were lumpy, seems like it is time for new mattress. Only plus for staying was location, quiteness, staff, and parking garage.

PLEASE PROVIDE RECYCLING FACILITIES.
The breakfast was awful. Finding the laundry was nearly impossible. There are no signs. You haveto go down in the lift past the coffee station, into the fitness centre and then the laundry. Sherlock Holmes would have difficulty. Please, America, discover plugbin kettles so I can have a cup of tea in my room.

Couldn’t find a thermostat in our room, bed was comfortable, but the pillows are down feathers and go flat quickly, but most importantly, I couldn’t connect to their wifi despite calling the front desk for help. Breakfast was a nice spread with no complaints. Friendly staff. My husband would have liked a bar, but my fault for not verifying first.

Overall the property is nice however we ran into some issues where the sheets weren’t provided for the pull out couch, the room was missing a remote and in the top cabinet in the kitchen I found a variety of items from previous visitors that should have been removed.

The room I booked with Expedia is not what pulled up with the hotel. Went from a two bedroom suite to two separate rooms. The rooms were located next to each other, but it causes some confusion and upset in the beginning.

Okay cleanliness. Front desk staff (especially morning staff) were terrible. Completely disinterested by n customer service. No shower gel, no hot water on morning, no service on the room even after requesting service. Would not stay here again.

Could Use Some Work
The rooms feel dated inside with heavy textured ceilings, super thin walls (I could not only hear the conversation next door but I could understand it, too). The foldout couch is better used as punishment. There is little fresh air into the rooms so they smell musty. The lobby and public areas are nice, though, and the location is very good. The garage door wasn’t working and we had to physically lift it to get out. Not what you want for $43/day to park.

Walking distance to Seattle Center was nice. I didn’t like the parking as my key card never seemed to work even after they “fixed it”. I requested housekeeping 1x in my week stay and it wasn’t completed. When I called (not upset) they tried telling me I hadn’t booked housekeeping when in fact I did. Then they stated it was “overlooked due to short staffing”.

The location is convenient, and there are plenty street parking (the rate varies but night is free), besides hotel parking (more expensive). The breakfast bar is excellent!
The service is average. Some staff was rude when I called back for billing questions. We were there in summer but the bed blanket was so thin and we even need to ask extra blanket for our kids. (I found we were not the only one to ask an extra blanket). The wi-fi somehow cannot login and front desk had to use different login to help us to get in.

We’ve stayed here twice now. We fly in from Florida to catch a Princess cruise and this hotel is super close to the port plus they have shuttle service to the port.
Staff is always super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean & quiet.
Breakfast buffet is great!! Coffee is fabulous!!
We’re staying again next month and look forward to another great visit.

Overall, great stay. Staff was excellent and helpful. The room was well appointed. My only concern, which is a huge deal there was dried blood on one of the pillow cases. My fear with staying in any hotel is cleanliness so I was disappointed.
