Super loud facility! If u like sleep-go elsewhere
Comfy bed, loved having all the accouterments of home living. BUT!!! The location is incredibly noisy - next to train tracks. Also, the walls are paper thin and every time someone showers, it feels like a thunderstorm coming through, only inside. You are at the mercy of your neighbors. I’m my case, I was kept up until after midnight then awakened at 5 am. No sleep for the weary.

Donna was so nice , We arrived a little bit earlier than check in and she still allowed us to check in early . The room was very clean. No weird smells. Its very cozy and home like. Would absolutely stay there again .

The rooms were very spacious, like a one bedroom apartment. There was a full frig and other cooking utensils and dishes so we didn't have to eat out the whole time. Everything was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating.

It's a nice quiet place. Very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to have a mini kitchen available for our short stay.

I was impressed right when I walked in. Kitchen had nice appliances. Bathroom was very clean and great water pressure. Bedroom was clean with a nice bed. Air conditioner worked great. Staff so nice.

Room had a full kitchen and a separate living room and bedroom. Very clean and tasteful decor. Had a television in both the living room and bedroom.

Decent but not a 9+
It is a decent place to stay but definitely not a 9+. There is nothing wrong with this property but I wouldn’t compare it to a Hilton or Marriott. I think that the rating was a bit generous. I’d give it a 7.5 or maybe even an 8 but then again, most ratings on this site seem to be inflated. If Four Seasons is a 10, there is no way that this property or even any Fairfield Suites, Homewood Suites, or even Doubletree properties can be a 9 IMO. Nevertheless, this property was clean, large, and definitely satisfactory. I would stay here again.

Lovely, well kept and well stocked for a longer
term traveler. The ONLY thing I would have liked were directions to all their TV/ streaming/ DVD devices. Otherwise, I will be staying here from now on.

Very clean place with nice dinning /kitchen area. The walls are very thin and I could hear ppl talking and even getting sick during the night. Property manager was very nice.

Immaculate and beautiful
Immaculately clean. Couldn’t have been better. The Keurig in our room wasn’t working and there wasn’t anyone there to bring us a new one, but that doesn’t affect our 10/10 rating.

This was a very good place to stay for the price. Very clean, newly renovated. It would be great to stay for several days as it has a kitchenette. The manager was very nice.
The only down side was the noisy ac unit outside the bedroom window and the strong smell of either floor cleaner or the air freshener used, couldn’t determine, it didn’t bother my husband.
All in all, much nicer than other accommodations at that price point.

Your experience may differ, but...
I wish I could be more enthusiastic about our stay. The unit was clean and in good condition. The price was right. But... the couple in the unit next to ours kept us awake with verbal "fussin' and feudin'" from 1am to after 5am! That made us wonder about the other clientele. We won't be back.

Great place for my overnight trip
I had a very pleasant stay at Affordable Corporate Suites. I was in Lynchburg for a bike race the following day so I only spent one night, but it was perfectly fine and a great rate.

Worth the Stay.
Our stay at Affordable Corporate Apartments was very clean, great manager, and overall wonderful place to stay. The only thing is would prefer a larger bed. Everything else was just perfect!

You won't regret this place
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The price was reasonable, rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great and so was office personnel! I would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying again myself!

Our stay was ok. Got there and the TV in the living area did not work - also insturctions to put trash in the dumpster - the dumpster was locked when I left. The coffee maker did not work either.

Simple and clean
Clean, quiet place. Comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2 of us. My daughter and I felt safe being here. The place had everything we needed. 5 minute drive to Liberty University, 10 minute drive to downtown Lynchburg.

I had an amazing time even though it was my first time booking a hotel i felt welcomed by the staff. They went the long way to make me feel content with my stay and I appreciate that. The room were spacious and made me feel at home. It also was located in a very quiet area and still close to most store and places. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and will use this location in the future. (Fyi they have a dvd player but you need to bring your own movie) :)

Omg! I love it here!!!! I'm a travel nurse and most extended stay places are trash! This place is excellent! Comfortable, quiet, staff is friendly, full kitchen! I think I'll move in! Lol
