Welcomed with a bottle of wine and little snacks to munch on. They were thoughtful and provided things like make-up wipes, shampoo, conditioner. They also provided water, and coffee for the next morning. The towels are so soft and thick, the bedding is crisp white and so very cozy. I have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it!!!

Convenient and Clean
Very clean condo close to a lot of local shops and main attractions. It was very clean, convenient, had a laundry and dryer inside the unit. A bedroom with privacy, AC, kitchen with fridge, WIFI. Great dessert place downstairs. Overall wonderful stay!

No on site staff available. Bad instructions about the electronic keys. When I called the agent, they kept telling me how to use the two traditional metal keys, which were confusing anyway. When I told him there were no keyholes on the door, he appeared perplexed. They should know their property better than this.
Because of lack of onsite staff/space, there is no way to store your luggage either if your fight is earlier or later than the check in/out time.

I liked having the kitchen and w/d available. Great location, fun area, close ofor my work ourposes.
Bring all your own toiletries, i did not feel cimfortable using the open, econo-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Convenient location in a great neighborhood; easy walking distance to downtown. Minor issue with check-in as the lock-box was not functioning properly, but offsite support staff was very responsive, and had someone to the location to assist within the hour.

The check in did not work. Took over an hour, half of which spent locked outside the building in the cold, to get me in. The instructions for check in and check out don’t match the instructions provided a) on their site and b) via text message. The process of entering a code to enter the building was not working. Positive was the availability of a 24 hr service. The price for accommodation was very good. The location downtown Seattle on the lower part of Capitol Hill was excellent. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to convention center and public transportation.

When we arrived we had trouble checking in. We followed the instructions they sent us but the callbox didn't work. We had to stand in the cold waiting for anyone from the building to either enter or exit so we could get in. After we got in, there was an issue retrieving the room key from the key cafe. We called Domicile. Jake, a Domicile rep, suggested we go directly to our room to see if the key was there, which it was. Upon inspecting the room we discovered it wasn't very clean. We found hairs and stains on the bed sheets, some red stains on the wall in the living room, the utensils in the kitchen were unwashed. The TV had no channels, and the olive oil in the kitchen was expired as well. We called Domicile again to report the condition of the room. Jake was very receptive and apologetic. He sent a housekeeper over to reclean the room. As compensation they gave us a bottle of wine, which we appreciated. However, the night before we checked out, we attempted to use one of the plates from the kitchen cabinet and discovered what looked like dried cake stuck to one of the plates. This is our first time staying in a condo like this and we really want to like the place, but they really need to improve the cleanliness of their rooms and efficiency of their service.

Condo was well located. Getting into the building was awful. Someone let us in. Once we figured out how to open the room, it was fine. The towels were awful. Experience as a whole was positive.

I’d like to start by saying communication was non existent. I messaged the domicile about check in instructions but had no response. Secondly, after walking into the apartment, I noticed glass on the floor and the bin had not been emptied. I had to call the domicile company to get the apartment cleaned again! Thirdly, it was a struggle to get in and out using the lifts. For some reason the fob did not work! I would not stay here again unless I was refunded my money!

This really was a GREAT place to stay!! The "negatives" are just nitpicks. Communication was on point. Everything was clean, new, fresh. Great access/location to everything downtown.

I really enjoyed staying there. The location was convenient. I really liked having a washer and dryer in the suite. Since I flew home on Sunday afternoon and had to work on Monday morning, it was wonderful to be able to take clean clothes home with me!

Okay experience in great neighborhood
Beautiful apartment- just wish it had been cleaner. Was told it would be cleaned after I mentioned it, but no one ever came. Was a great location, nice layout, but the cleanliness put a big damper on my stay.

A change can be a good thing.
It was our first time not to use a hotel and we"ll definitely do it again. The apartment was large and had everything you'd possibly need. The location was excellent just beside the convention centre and the main shopping area.The local area had a great choice of bistros, restaurants and shops. The location also felt very safe. The only downside is we had trouble following the instructions to get in the first, but Domicile were first rate at sorting it out, however the standard of cleaning wouldn't match that of a good quality hotel and while it didn't bother us, having just the one security fob might be a problem for some.

Great spot in Seattle
It was further from the convention center than anticipated (8 blocks), but it was a cool neighborhood with great restaurants and bars. The place was large and comfortable and very quiet. I'd definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at Convention Center Condos by Domicile. Beautifully furnished and terrifically comfortable. Great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again for my next business trip to Seattle.

First time booking a studio apartment
Normally book hotels but tried this apartment style accommodation this trip. It was a good experience with easy access to the unit that came with complementary bottle of wine which was a welcome bonus after a long flight. No hassle check in and out which was done all thru email and text. The unit was studio apartment that came with a washer and dryer that came in very handy. The location was also conveniently located near restaurants and bars. Close walking distance to Pike Market and Space Needle.

I was disappointed in the cleaning. Upon arrival, there was small hair pieces in the surrounding areas of the bathroom sink from the previous person who had stayed. There was a lot of dust in the room. Also, it was fustrsting when we would use the elevators late at night It would not function. Parking! I know it mentioned street meter but it would of been helpful to be provided with assistance as it charged for every hour during the day to park our car. If you plan to bring a car I would think twice about it. Other than that the place was ok.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Convention Center Condos by Domicile. I was skeptical before arriving as this is not your typical hotel stay. However, once I got settled in I was pleased with the amenities available compared to your usual hotel. In addition, the suite was very clean. The area was convenient and any questions I had during my stay was answered promptly via email. As the building I was staying in was having its fitness room under construction, I was set up with access to the fitness facility in a nearby building. I would definitely stay here again. My only comment would be that the initial process to enter your key code at the front intercom to access the building was a little bit tricky.

Great Place for Extended Stay

Perfect place to stay when in Seattle
So close to downtown and lots of great places to eat right around the condos. Safe and easy to get to the highway. We had a nice view of downtown and the water and the condo had everything you could need. Even great coffee for the morning in the kitchen!
We will stay here again for sure

Everything is exactly as show in the photos; no bait-and-switch. Just keep in mind that this is a condo. No front desk, no in-stay cleaning, no concierge, no room service, and all-digital communication with Domicile. If that's your thing (it is for me), then this is great.

Great location, needs a dryer upgrade
The unit was clean and there was a gift left for me on my arrival. The location was great. My only two complaints: 1) it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels available in the unit, especially without any daily service. 2) the dryer was awful and kept shutting off randomly, long before the timer was up. Needless to say it took a long time to dry my clothes.

Fantastic alternative to hotels
A very nice alternative to the high prices of hotels in the area. My particular unit had air conditioning, which I understand to be uncommon in this area which was very helpful as the weather was quite hot when I arrived. Parking in the area can be a significant challenge, but I dealt with it by parking at the convention centre (no in/out privilege but I didn't need my car) for a very reasonable price for the few days I was there. Service was great.

Condo on Capital Hill Seattle
Pleasantly laid-out condo in lower Capital Hill, very convenient to amenities and restaurants in the area. Parking nearby is manageable, but you can really accomplish most everything on foot. Not all instructions about entering the building or how the room door entry and lock work was made clear, but I found others in the hallway willing to help. I would stay there again in future, but I’d also look to compare it to other places nearby to see if they present something better for the same $$$.

Minorly disappointed.
It took a few tries for the call box to actually work, that was a little annoying. The apartment was very warm and there was a fan that would not cool the whole place, with a floor ac unit that didn't do anything at all. Their suggestion was to open to windows... the windows don't open, they're pretty much floor to ceiling. Also it was supposedly a water view, it's possible I was able to see the river if I stood at a certain corner and looked at a specific angle.

Great if you don't need a hotel
This is a terrific spot that actually looks just like the photos. It's a good building in a hipster area of the city, convenient to downtown and restaurants / bars. Keep in mind that This experience is not for you if you want a front desk person face-to-face to solve issues, need a concierge for advice, a bellman to carry your bags, daily room cleaning, room service, or any hotel services. This is a residential apartment building and you get virtual support through email / SMS. I like it a lot but recognize that it's not everyone's cup of tea. What you do get is good accommodation, lots of space, and no coddling from hotel services.

Great place to stay!
I enjoyed my stay with Domicile. This apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities of home. I will definitely stay here again. The apartment was stocked with everything that you would need for an extended stay - full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash, dishes, full size fridge, stove, washer dryer, etc.

Business trip
This is a condo so you get a kitchen, laundry, and everything else you would find in a home which makes it convenient for longer stays. The convention center and downtown is only a half mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are a lot of restaurants around and a few convenient stores for stocking up.

Nice, clean condo - can't store luggage for you
We stayed at a Convention Center Condo on Capitol Hill, a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment is brand-new, comes with a kitchen, washer-dryer, living room and bedroom. Everything was very clean and the rooms quiet. When we arrived relatively late Friday night, we had problems getting into the apartment. It's not a real hotel but a condo in an apartment building. We were sent instructions on how to get in ahead of time, and when they didn't work, we called Domicile. They responded quickly and managed to get us in within a few minutes. In general, we don't use the front desk at hotels much, so we didn't think not having one was going to be issue. However, on our last day, checkout was at 11 am but our flight wasn't until the evening. Domicile could not offer us anywhere to store our luggage during the day and there are no public lockers in Downtown Seattle, so plan ahead.

Far superior to hotels and VRBOs
Five-minute walk to the convention center, although it is uphill. Far superior to a hotel with a full kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. About as clean as you can get, in a safe and new building surrounded by mixed development. Lock was confusing but I received a video on how to use it and help on how to lock it within a minute of asking for help.

Nice place. The host were very friendly!
The host were very friendly. They provided clear directions on how to check in and checked on us via text periodically to ask if we needed anything and how our stay was going. We had issues getting the entrance door to open at first they were responsive when I gave them a call and helped us get the door open. Location is in the middle of capital hill and very close to everywhere you need to go. We took Lyft rides places as well and the rides were inexpensive because of proximity. The room was clean for the most part. There were a few crumbs and stains on the couches and in the kitchen but nothing we couldn't work around. I will probably be staying with domicile again in the future!

Great location and comfortable amenities
We stayed at Domicile in Capitol Hill for a business trip and were very happy with the location and room. We had a little difficulty checking in as the website's instructions for check-in hadn't been updated. Luckily, we were able to get to the room with the help of the leasing office and our fobs were inside as promised. The room was great and very conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Domicile to anyone wanting to stay in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Great alternative to a hotel room.
The fact that they had an actual charger for an iPhone on the nightstand was awesome. It's the number one item I leave behind in hotel rooms all the time. I didn't have to take mine out of my bag. Nice touch. It was my first time staying at a place like this, so it was a little tricky finding the lock box with the keys. It's sort of like geo-caching. I knew I was close, but I had to call for help to find it! But, they text you a video for everything. It's pretty easy to figure out.
