Great, clean hotel! Nice location and restaurant
We loved our stay at AC Marriott Oyster Bay. The hotel is nice and clean, the service is great. Only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because parking is $20 and it’s absolutely not necessary, there are plenty of spots, but none of them are marked specifically for Marriott, as it’s in a business park. So for $20 it’s not up close parking, you have to walk with your luggage from across the way. What did I pay for?! They also never told us we’d be charged for parking. Just gave a permit to put in the window. Other than that- it was a great stay.

Fairly new and clean. Room has ample space for 2 people with high ceiling and view of bay. Toiletries are provided and good product as well (Korres). Employees are friendly and provided a warm welcome. Easy and quick check in and check out. Has a bar and lounge which unfortunately we weren’t able to experience but we plan to stay here again in our next SF visit.

For an overnight stay, this was perfect. We did a staycation that allowed us to be driving distance away from areas of San Francisco. This location is located near the old Candlestick park, and past the SF airport. It's near the water, which is nice but windy. The indoor pool facilities were nice and clean and pool was heated. Nice size gym for a quick workout, and the hotel room itself was impressive. One thing that stood out to me was the lighting underneath the bench in the hotel room. It was nice because you can have that on as a soft room light without it being too bright to keep you up. Overall, the stay was great. They do not have room service, but there is a restaurant downstairs that serves some pretty good food. I would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel and location was perfect for us!
Visited San Francisco for the 1st time with the family and couldn't be happier with choice of hotel. Very clean and well kept. Rooms were nice and entire staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Gem of a hotel
Nice, modern hotel, very clean. Restaurant and full bar. Cool courtyard with seating. Good selection of gym equipment.
Adjacent to SF Bay Trail. Walk to Starbucks, poke joint and more.
Close to freeway.
Always nice, welcoming staff.

Modern and comfy hotel
Great hotel! Modern, lots of conveniences. Live DJ doing a set at the restaurant/bar. Nice furnishings and amenities like in-room Netflix. Beds were super comfy! Would definitely stay at again.

A great business-type hotel with heart!
My sister and I stayed for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel is not in a tourist area, but rather a business area near the SFO airport. This was where we wanted to be. We were delighted that they offered a full Thanksgiving dinner in their Lounge upon our arrival. We hadn't made any plans fir our holiday dinner and it was nice that we didn't need to leave the hotel. The service and the food in the Lounge was delightful.
Our beds were super comfortable, and before we checked out, we took advantage of the self-service laundry. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well. We would definately consider staying there again.

I stayed in this property twice in one week, as my girlfriend came for a quick trip to the Bay area. This hotel is close to the airport, but tucked away in Oyster Bay, a nice quiet area. The room was comfortable, everything was clean and we had a nice time, with a great view of the bay.

Robbery in this property.
I planed to stay one night in the AC hotel. The hotel was located in a business complex, so I thought it was a safe area. The bag was left in the truck, but someone broke the rear window and took it. We made a mistake, but their guest service was awful after happening. The cop came to the hotel, but we had to wait for the manager. Despite our expectations, he did not show up. The day after the incident, I was able to see him. Apparently, he came to my room when I left for lunch with my aunt, but he didn't leave any message. I called the front desk twice on the following morning and learned that the staff had no idea where the manager was, so we could finally meet him. Based on the secured camera located in the parking lot, the accident occurred at 6:50 AM in the morning. My car window was broken in the bright morning, and the bag was stolen, but the hotel did nothing about it. He seemed to think the hotel had no responsibility and I should let the insurance handle this. It was terrible experience. We made a mistake, but I expected more guest care from the hotel. Those kinds of services aren't available there. Beside this, the room was clean and roomy but the wall is not enough not to hear next room's sound. As a result, I will not use this hotel and I will not recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice rooms but DO NOT eat at the Restaurant / Bar
The room was amazing and meet all our needs. But not offering room service is crazy this is the Marriott. Then were told we can order and pick up but there is NO menu in the room to place an order. So we go downstairs to eat. The drink I had we gross and the food was over priced and not even mediocre. My fish was uncooked, my sons chicken strips were hard and my daughters grilled cheese was hard and dry. Unacceptable for what we paid.

Great staycation local
We planned a nice one day little staycation and with all of the choices to pick from in the Bay Area, I am glad we picked this hotel. It's close enough to the city but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant service was excellent.

A nice hotel but very loud DJ on Friday nights
The service was very good at reception although very loud in the restaurant because they had a DJ. They said he decided to play another hour so we took our food & drinks to our room.

I really love this property. The staff is wonderful. My only complaint is the food. We order dinner and the food was very bland. I don’t know if it was because we ordered an hour before the kitchen closed but it seemed very rushed. We did have breakfast the next morning a that was better. Overall this is my favorite hotel to stay at

I enjoyed my stay , it was peaceful! The pictures of the rooms and property where accurate!! I felt safe in the area and there where some fast food options you can walk to ! It about 22 minutes to downtown San Francisco and surrounding areas.

The hotel was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. We had a room with a view to the bay. Easy access to the freeway. Theres a starbucks mexican and greek resturant close by. I wouldve liked housekeeping daily. Other than that i recommend this hotel. Thank you

I liked that there was HOT tea and fresh fruit water in the lobby for guest. We would have wished that the bar was open a little later and there happened to be a DJ on site. Which was great for us, but i requested a song and it did not get played. The room itself was amazing and view! We loved that there was a microwave in our suite and outside our room and ice machine was very convenient location! Thanks to a fast call for a plung for our toilet! There wasnt enough parking, but we found one! We also love the LED lights and lounge area that we did not get to enjoy while our stay! We would definitely want to come back to enjoy again for our anniversary or birtndays! Thank you so much for the fast check in and out team!

Great place to stay, super clean, modernized. The area is very safe with a nice view on top. Everything was very beautiful. Id appreciate it more if during check in the staff member could alert me first about the extra $200 post check in fee (return back after check out within 3-5days). I completely did not know about it, and nobody told me anything. Had to find $200 missing from my bank account, was completely confused. However, got in touch with the staff after and it was all cleared. Just hope they could give a heads up next time. Overall, great experience!

Our new spot to stay in SF
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is laid out and how friendly the staff is. The restaurant was surprisingly amazing! We tried 5 different tapas/small plates and we loved every single one. The drinks were also very tasty. The hotel has a beautiful view, and atrium patio with heaters and there is a path around the waterfront to stroll. Easy location right off the highway. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for reasonable rates, cleanliness and great service!!! 10/10

Bathroom counter was broken and repaired with silicone chalking. There was a long hair on the hairdryer cord, and another hair in the shower stall. Do Not Disturb sign was also missing from the room. 4th floor ice maker did not work and only dispensed water but no ice.
Front desk staff was very helpful.

Very clean and modern with friendly and helpful staff. There is a restaurant with a full bar. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and wish the bar/restaurant was open earlier but they opened around 5:00. I had to go to South San Francisco for a beer and to watch a baseball game. It’s a quick drive, though. San Francisco is also a very short drive away. I think you’ll need a vehicle for any errands, public transportation is scarce (I think). Would definitely stay here again after the next big spat with my wife.

We have mixed thoughts about this hotel, the property is beautiful, but our experience was not on par... The front desk person was not very helpful. This hotel does not have shuttle to the airport, and if you get your own car to drive around be prepared to pay an extra fee for parking, even though the parking is outside with no visible security.

The location is really quiet and really nice. The staff were alright doesn't seem very helpful and approachable. The front desk person who checked us in forgot to mention that parking is not free so I woke up to an email of a receipt that I was being charged of parking fee would've been nice to get a head's up in check in. Check out person wasn't really friendly just dropped of my room keys and didn't even said a word. The location and the hotel was really nice but the staff could do better.

Really enjoyed my stay here. My pup got a big dog treat and some dog sauce for her food upon entry. I loved the EV charging station in front and very nice place to walk around if you have a dog. Staff super friendly. Room really clean. Nice views. Would stay here again!

The pool was cold, restaurant staff were slow and didn’t serve until we requested the menu, as people came after us were served before. Also no food service to rooms. They need to improve the restaurant service.
