I wish I could remember the lovely lady from Florida who checked us in! She was fabulous. The rooms are very dated BUT so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location for a weekend shopping spree was very convenient too

Family of four, stayed with our two kids. Terrible experience. Wild people, loud all night. Will never stay there again. Could not wait to leave early the next morning.

Reasonable for the area, minimal offerings at breakfast but if you need a fancy lobby and all the trimmings they are available but at a much higher price in nearby motels. If you are looking for a comforable bed in a clean room in a safe area then this is a good choice

The hot water in the pool was not useful and the pool water looked dirty… when we entered the room the toilet was all dirty with poop and the sheets were dirty… truly disappointed because it is not what the photos show.

Poor condition. Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was the worst quality food you can find - almost felt artificial food, coffee was watery black liquid. Key cards would not work. Bathroom was dirty.

It was only a 15 minute walk to a beach. I took an early morning walk--lovely.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, safe, and comfortable. Nothing was fancy, but for the price, it was very good value.

We got there about 2:00pm. I have traveled all over the world. Usually if your room is ready (it was) you are able to check in. It would be 20 dollars extra if I checked in. This practice is miserly.

This hotel was close to the ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard, very convenient. Not far from Falmouth town, cute shops and restaurants. Was clean and staff was very friendly. Perfect for us.

Not worth the price…
The hotel doesn’t look terrible at first, but the room was tiny and not very clean. The tub was full of hair, and someone else’s spaghetti was left in the microwave… We booked this room as a last minute family getaway and they tried charging me $20 for a “pack and play.” Thankfully we brought ours just in case and I’m glad we did because I can’t imagine the condition it would be in. The smell of the hotel as well was musty and old. It looked like they painted some walls and “slapped lipstick on a pig.”
The free breakfast was… lacking. They had machine coffee and powdered creamer and the only fresh fruit was a banana. Thankfully for us my toddler isn’t hard to please with food and luckily for us there’s a Starbucks across the street.
We used this place as a place to sleep and it was just that. We’ll be back to Falmouth… but we won’t be staying here. This room was NOT worth the price they are charging, so think twice before booking.

We planned to have a day at Martha’s Vineyard and this was the perfect location to stay the night and catch the morning ferry. They had a breakfast that was great and quick on our way out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee in the rooms.
Pool was ok we did use it to cool off. The hot tub was gross so passed on it.

My opinion
Room was comfortable and clean. Expensive overall for a night though.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No fruit, cereal, cream, bacon, rubbery eggs.

Had expected the advertised breakfast to be included or give a voucher for the fine Portuguese Bakery/Diner across the street. Hot tub not working - saw that in an email but must have missed no breakfast. Yes, cross the street in the morning to get very good pastries and food. Cross in evening to Dairy Queen for a treat.
Staff was very helpful - new guy was great, room was clean, shower spray very narrow. Easy to park and scan card to enter the longest hallway I have ever seen. First room had no working thermostat control: heat on-did not turn off when temp hit but AC came on to drive temp back down. Seesaw too hot - too cold. Second room was fine.

Great comfy bed but that's where I have to stop... the hotels page tells you about their free included continental breakfast when in fact no breakfast, no restaurant, no bar...it's closed there is nothing. so choose a hotel for Less the price that i clydes nithing. FYI sadly the hotel did not care about the fact of false advertising.they apologized but really, not enough...

I liked that it was close to Main St. I did not like that the bedding had spots and stains on it. Also, I stayed in section D of the hotel. The lock on teh door was not working so anyone could come into the property at any time. There was a seperate door that also was supposed to require a key for entry into the hallway, which was also not opperational. I did nto have to use a key at all to get to my door and Section D was very far away from the front of the hotel. So it did not feel safe at all. Moreover, there was a groupd of teenagers lounging on the sofas in the area that was supposed to require a key. In some ways it almost felt like some rooms were being using for low income housing or something. But the lack of security and dirty bedding was a big turn off.

There are better choices in Falmouth…
Very unfriendly welcome. Desk person acted as if I was putting her out to perform check-in procedure. Then when it came to act upon a “special request” for room preference, she was unaware of the request, knew nothing about the guest rooms and did little to nothing to accommodate it. A very poor first impression that was lasting throughout the stay. Following booking, was informed that there was no breakfast or pool. Wouldn’t it have been easier to modify listing, rather than falsely advertise?????

Awful, filthy, possibly blood on the wall
Incredibly dirty: used towel left in the bathroom, hair and stains in the bed, dark red smear on the wall that looked like blood. Manager walked us to several different rooms to switch and all were dirty. We checked out the next day and found another hotel. Finally got a refund for the unused time there after several calls to the hotel and hotels.com.

Reportedly included continental breakfast. This was not the case. Pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. Staff needed to be asked to turn the actual lights on in the pool area (was completely dark).
One external door to “D” wing from the parking spots was broken and did not close. So anyone could open door without any fob. Price gauge for weekend we were there and they did provide what was advertised

We were there for a wedding in the area. The Wedding party dropped off gift bags for 4 of us. 2 were picked up on Saturday, and 2, I was told, would be able to be picked up when we check out on Sunday. When I asked about them Sunday morning, I was told they were gone! I called on Tuesday after that and was told someone would get back to me about it. No one ever did! The bags were either given out to the wrong people, or somebody walked away with them.

Very clean, with a nice Greek restaurant and bar featuring all sorts of delicious Greek specialties. Indoor pool!
But not well soundproofed.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub... the pool was freezing and my kids did not even want to swim and the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was open too late and the noise between rooms was very noticeable so sleeping was not great. Wouldnt recommend or stay again unfortunately.

This hotel is very nice. I stayed there with my family for two night. It’s clean and it offers free breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. The pool is very spacious. The only other thing that I wish this hotel would have had is gym.

Our stay was fair at this inn. Breakfast was a big disappointment. No muffins or any yogurt. Also waffle iron did not work. The positive is it's close to the Island Queen, but unless you're a hiker, it's not within waling distance. I doubt that I would stay there again.

Make sure you get the room you paid for
I would return back to this hotel but I will make sure I get the room I paid for . I paid for 2 queen beds room and I got to stay in 2 double size beds room. The front desk didn’t even say at the check in which kind of room she get me. When I checked in I didn’t look at the beds, I went to the city and when I came back to the hotel after 11pm and I went to bed I realized it is full size. I consider this unfair. I got the work at customer service at the front desk.
When I checked out the second day, I asked the front desk gentleman if the room is double size beds or queen and he said it is double size beds. I asked to adjust the payment and he said that all rooms are for the same price per night. I could believe that the girl who checked me in didn’t say anything. He said, next time when u come in just make sure our stuff gives you what u get on hotels.com. This is so ridiculous, I have to make sure I get what I paid for. For sure they have all the information, the receipt says exactly which kind of room I paid for. I consider that it was done in purpose.

I did not like the property, and would not stay there again.
The building looked like a roadside motel, not an inn. The complimentary breakfast had no fresh fruit, only white bagels, and curdled milk for the coffee.
The room was not worth the price.

The staff were great. The rooms looked like what you would see at a Marriott or Hilton. They weren’t run down.
We could hear noise from the hall ways (which worried us). We had a 1 year old so my wife and I were concerned when he cried he would keep someone up or just annoy another guest. No one complained to us or to the front desk, so that was a plus.
The hotel is pretty close to the beach, not walking distance, but a 5 minute drive, if that. Walking distance to a brewery (I enjoy visiting different breweries so that’s a plus for me).
I would love to hit every town in the cape, but if I were to return to Falmouth, I would absolutely look into booking here again.

Entire floor reeked of curry. Curry can be good on food. However the odor was so strong it seeped into my clothing hanging in the room. Housekeeping not showing up until after 3pm. I was always back from my conference by then. Cost was too expensive for the conditions.

The Falmouth Inn is in a good location for access to beaches and restaurants but a car is needed for options. There are some places to walk to, but not close enough to walk to a beach.
The rooms and facilities are clean and provide a microwave and mini fridge. The AC unit was relatively quiet and very effective. Parking is easy and the morning breakfast was a good option. This is a place that caters to bus tours and my first night there were some happy folks in their late 50's to 60's who were quite loud until after 12:30AM. My second night was very quiet. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would choose to stay there again.

Rooms were clean and maintained during the course of our stay. Bath towels were rather thin and not large. Bars of soap were very small and useless after one or two showers. Property is close to the center of town and easy walk to enjoy the shops and restaurants.

This Inn is situated in a very convenient location. Close to many shopping places and eateries. The center of Falmouth was within walking distance. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the motel was over-run by college kids- similar to what you might find during spring break in Florida. Parking was a problem because the "kids" had multiple cars per each room which left it almost impossible to park. The complimentary breakfast was awful. Dry scrambled eggs, tiny old minimuffins, tasteless hot coffee (more like black hot water) Either make an effort or don't offer any and save everyone the disappointment. The staff was polite and professional, but you could tell that they were more mindful of the college kids than they were for the families. Yes, this was a busy 4th of July weekend but management should do better.

The property was clean but just a few suggestions: each day not enough wash clothes were left. There was two of us and only one wash cloth was left. Also, bath tub was very slippery. A bath mat should be placed in tub to prevent falling.
