Some traffic noise unfortunately, but what kept me awake the first night was some idiot who kept banging on some wall or floor two nights ago. We heard this from room 201 from 9pm through about 1am. Total disrespect and uncalled for. I slept better the 2nd night as there was no noise. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean ipon arrival. Parking is what it is, since you have no onsite parking. Overall.....4/5

Comfortable and friendly.
Very comfortable hotel with nice size rooms. The only downside was our car. We drove and there is no parking. We had to pay $30 a day to keep our car in a garage 2 blocks away from the hotel. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

The hotel was very clean. Most of the staff were friendly but there was that one staff whose nonchalant and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. I will also add that "free breakfast" is listed as an amenity. However, there is no breakfast. There is free tea and coffee served between 8:00AM and 12:00PM.

Nice little hotel
Convenient to restaurants, beach and shops. No need to drive once parked. $20 parking a block away for 24 hours.

Decent location but needs upgrading
Overall a nice stay. We had a conference at the convention center so location was perfect. Also the area felt safe with lots of bars/restaurants walking distance. Staff was friendly overall.
Property could use upgrading. There was only 1 side table by the bed so we had to set up a suitcase on the other side. One of the 2 outlets by the bed did not work. Towel rack for the shower was behind the bathroom door, and not by the actual shower which makes no sense. Had to hold the handle on the toilet to make it flush. TV in the main room was in an awkward place making it hard to watch. No kleenex or tissue in the room or bathroom. Only 1 trash can in the room, which was in the bathroom and small.

The staff is very kind and the room was spacious. The shower was extremely rusted, there were not many outlets, and it was hot the majority of the time. The ice machine also has a scooper that guests use then place back in the ice machine, which is completely unsanitary.

My family had the unfortunate experience of staying in this hotel recently. It was an absolute disaster. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff at the reception ignored us and our requests. They did not even offer us the basic courtesies which one expects from the staff of a hotel. The rooms were quite dirty, with pieces of old furniture; they did not even provide the basic amenities. The bedsheets were full of stains, and the bathroom was old and not very clean. To make matters worse, some of the fixtures were broken. In conclusion, I would highly discourage anyone from staying in this hotel. It falls way below the standards of modern hotels, and the customer service is frustratingly bad.

Hotel was as expected, the only complaint I have is that the hotel has 1 elevator. Staff uses this for their cleaning carts and it causes huge delays during check out. Had to use the stairs with luggage on the 5th floor after waiting at least 10 mins for an elevator that finally came and was full due to staff carts. My suggestion is to leave a cart on each floor for the staff. That way the flow is better for the guests.

Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was friendly but very unwelcoming. We got a small room right next to the elevator, Which was noisy and crowded. On top of that there’s no where to park that isn’t ridiculously priced. We ubered or walked everywhere in order to not spend as much on parking as we did to stay. Honestly not impressed.

Stayed one night before cruise. At night we walked to the beach and Lincoln Road shopping and CVS. Had a festive delicious dinner at Tapelia. There are so many dining options in the walking area. In the morning we walked to coffee at Joe the Juice and ate at Rosetta Bakery on Collins. The hotel staff gave us a map, and printed documents at no charge, and stored our luggage before our Lyft ride to port.

We really enjoyed our stay. The family suite was big, comfortable and felt clean. It’s an easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. The only downside was having to park at the parking garage which is about a 5-10 minute walk.
We would stay again.

The place is elegant, modern furnished and very clean. The staff are great! They will hold your luggage until check in time while you explore. The beach and resturants are 1 block away. The area is safe and convenient. This will definitely be my place to stay whenever i go to Miami.

This is the most disgusting, raggedy, outdated, money
-hungry hotel I’ve ever encountered. The manager and staff are all unprofessional, incompetent, and deceitful. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Beware. Once they have your credit card information, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Front desk staff was very nice, parking was an issue. Their description of the property did say No on-site parking but I must have missed that. Had to park my car about 2 blocks away for $35.00 a day and the fact there is no pool. About 3 or 4 blocks from the beach. They let me chain my bike to the front rail but wouldn’t let you take to the room. There is a free transit bus stop out front but did not use it.

Lovely hotel with easy access to the South Beach
We love the receptionist who sees to us on the night we check in (15th Jan). She was really friendly and we also got a free upgrade from our initial superior room to a suite that includes a kitchen. The room is spacious but the only downside is perhaps the lack of lighting in the room. We had a little issue with a ceiling and the reception offers to change the room but since we were only there for a 2-night stay so we didn’t take up the offer. The hotel also provides free beach towel to take to the south beach which is great. The only thing I wish I could have is perhaps the coffee and tea in the room. The hotel provides free coffee and tea from 8am-11am/12pm (can’t remember) but it’d have been more convenient to have that in our own room. Overall it’s been a rather pleasant stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing because my reservation was accidentally canceled and the front staff was able to research to provide me and my family a room. We were coming from a cruise and they even accommodated an early check-in. They made my vacation complete because I had an early flight the next morning.

I had to repeat many cycles from midnight until 6 am to try to dry the clothes and they were still not dry. The dryer spins but fails to heat. It’s really wasting my time n my sleep.

This was the worst experience of a hotel I'd ever experienced. Broked AC and was refused another room until i pushed the issue. Refrigerator broken and was giving sheets with blood stains on it. Front desk staff was not helpful at all, no apology no manager in sight and was told a manager would call but nothing. After leaving hotel to book a different hotel they refused to credit me the days i did not stay. Expedia was no help at all. I disputed charge with my bank and was refunded. This was definitely a nightmare. Cant forget the the spoiled old snapple juice from the lobby smfh. Definitely plan to report them to the health dept Money hungry hotel book at your own risk

AC was broken in our room but they had solved it with two portable ac units which was clever. Disaster was avoided. :-) Otherwise great stay, friendly staff and great location. Parking was bad, you have to park offsite and the public parking garage was a bit far away.

The beach was very close and a straight forward walk. In the lobby you can purchase snacks and drinks which is very convenient. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay. Jesus Christ Saves and Loves you!!!

Hotel Belleza was dope! The staff was welcoming! They answer all your questions! The only issue I had with the hotel is there is NO STANDUP MIRROR! This is super disappointing because I couldn’t have a better look at my outfits only one mirror was in the hotel room which was in the bathroom! I recommend you guys put a mirror in all your rooms!

The room was too dark!!... just 2 lamps is not enough to illuminate the area around the desk.
The daily fee charged separately doesn't feel like a real added value on the top of the daily rate.

I don't think people should be charging resort fees for lending people a beach towel...it is a great spot but it is not a resort...far from it. To qualify as a resort it needs a restaurant, bar and pool as a minimum. It was a perfect location though and I do recommend it. I would stay again. The drain could do with some attention, there was a sewer like smell in the bathroom.

What I didn’t like was there was no pool and no parking for the hotel and the room wasn’t even clean and had a nasty smell and the was only one washer and dryer and it was free so it was always occupied

I feel like the website wasn't accurate . The picture on the website showed one thing but the room was so different..The toilet keep getting stopped up and they have the air on lock do you can't control it. Once we check in they added additional $100 on the room and additional $150 for security that was not in my receipt when I did my first payment. You can't park nowhere near your hotel we had to walk 3 blocks to a parking garage that was also another $55. We just didn't move our car because it was $25 a day. This was our first time in Miami and the room itself made my experience horrible.

I loved that they had rooms with 3 beds and also it was very close to the beach and around the corner from shopping and in front of the convention city. The only thing I didnt like was they ran out of clean face towels but they got some to me as soon as possible.

The location is great walking distance from The beach.the stay here was great the room was clean and ready in time for me and gurls which it was 6 of us. My only issue was the room was freezing, when asked front desk for extra covers. I was told that they didn’t have any. But he did provide a space heater. Over all the stay was great would book again.

When we arrived all was well but the front desk staff that was there on saturday was rude and unhelpful. We asked for more towels and the guy just told us there are no more towels, we asked "in the whole hotel there are no more towels?" and he said no. The man did not even look or try to help us. When room service came by the room I asked for some extra towels and she said they have some and grabbed a few with no problem at all. Later that day we went to the beach and got some beach towels from the front desk but as my friends and I were returning them to the front desk the lady that was there was staring at us with a disdaining disgust. I don't know if they are just rude or if its because we are all black but we did not return in kind we remained polite and kind although they did this. Will not return to this hotel again.

Simply AWFUL
Our room had no chair, no table, no desk. Simple extension cords were everywhere. The touch lamp didn’t work. Management didn’t care. No pool. Charges a resort fee but there’s no resort. A consumer can do much better. Bathroom door didn’t close. Paint was chipping. I had to fix the toilet seat as it was dangerously loose. There was no work space, even Motel 6 has a workspace and a chair! And, Management didn’t care.

Beds were so bad here, we could hardly sleep because of the noise coming from bed-frame. Another problem is parking, you need to walk alot to park and it’s not free. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again!

I’d never recommend anyone stay at this hotel! Make sure you read about the hidden charges! They have no facilities, yet they charge you “a resort fee” on top of your booking fee. That’s not featured prominently when you book and isn't included in the price that you see on the app. Hence, you end up thinking that this place is cheaper than others. But this is a terrible ripoff! Front desk staff and management are plain rude! One of the receptionists smells of pot, and you can see him taking “breaks” around the side of the hotel. Rooms are old and have very few plug sockets. The beds are screechy, and the walls don’t stop noise from other rooms. And you even get some unseemly characters to knock on your doors at 2 am! Terrible!

What I like about the property is the location. What I did not like it was that when we arrive the room was dirty and also has 3 broken bed. I went to the lobby and tell them the issue and what they did was that they change the position of the bed but it stil broken we couldn’t sleep because when with try to move the bed started to giving horribles sound it was hell

Not that great. No help bringing bags from taxi to room. Window would not close due to.window latch was broken.
Wifi would always disconnect when not actively using ypur phone. And did not connect to Laptop.
No water or coffee provided...simple amenities would be great.

There were a lot of blemishes in the room that you don't see in the pictures (which makes sense), but nothing that ruined our experience. If you just need a place to sleep that's convenient and doesn't require you to take out a loan, I recommend.

An exceptional find in Miami Beach. Within walking distance to everything but in a quiet area. The free public tram stops one block away. Room and hotel were exceptionally clean and the front desk staff were always very welcoming and accommodating. Will hold your luggage for late departures. Easy for Uber to find.

If you can find better…Do It!!. Worse place I ever stayed in Miami. The room was not nothing I expected. I wish I could of canceled the reservation. I would definitely not recommend. Every time room service came to clean the room they did never left us wash clothes. My boyfriend went to get some and the front desk told him “ I have to see if we have any clean ones”. Like what?! The floor hasn’t been clean in the room in idk how long. It looks like they just threw something together for you to sleep and called it an hotel. You pay a resort fee for I am guessing wash clothes they don’t have and Ice if they have any. Most places was not far but uber came in handy. It looks very ran downish looking on the outside. Don’t let the pictures fool you like it did me… Front desk was nice but that’s about it.

The place was environmental and cozy but it would help if they do maintenance on the rooms with fresh paint & a little more cleanliness when room service is appointed when the stay is more than 5 days. It’s a place to sleep but not to enjoy a nice relaxing stay in place which for the price can’t expect it I guess. Other than that loved the hospitality of the employees they are very welcoming and it is around everything you need, trolly, restaurants, beach, ocean drive, but missing a pool. But I would definitely come back again 👍

Nothing nice about this place.
The hotel has no bar or restaurant, and there’s nothing very right around it. Stores and restaurants are blocks away. There are random snacks and cereals and bottles of booze to buy in the lobby. Morning coffee was luke warm and they only provide little individual fake creamer. The wifi was terrible. They charge a resort fee for towels and ice - yay!

Myself and family spent a fantastic week at the belleza. We stayed in a family suite with kitchenette and separate bedroom, it was clean, light and spacious with plenty of room for us all - 17 year old twins, a 12 year old and myself and husband. The beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were always super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came every day and the standard was perfect. The hotel is a little bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main parts of south beach, but this was perfect for us - I've previously stayed on 9th and Collins and it was so noisy and impossible to sleep, so if you're travelling with kids this place is perfect. 10 minute walk max to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, thank you Hotel Belleza for a great time.

It was a good stay, although, I did not like that it is not accessible for strollers, we had to continue picking up the stroller only stairs inside. Also, NO ICE BUCKETS only cups we had to come down 100 times for ice. NO PARKING either we had to walk 2 blocks to park. Overall the hotel is great, the young guy at the desk was fantastic and great with customer service. NOT KID FRIENDLY.
