Birthday StayCation!
My partner and our 13 year old stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Leominster and loved all parts of our stay from the smooth check-in with a warm cookie to the clearly articulated norms for the pool and breakfast. It was my kiddo's first ever hotel stay and he rated it a "10 out of 10!" Thanks for the wonderful breakfast, the high quality service and all of the joy your attention to quality customer service brought to our stay!

The snacks store in lobby & on-site restaurant were good - enjoyed hbo & wifi - also 'walk in' shower was very convenient ....
In the morning we were disturbed by the housekeeper who was going down the hall banging on doors & loudly yelling out 'housekeeping'. we had not requested service-& being woken up was very annoying!

Nice friendly staff.
Bathroom was a disappointment. The shower head was attached to the long wall so that the user had to use the shower width instead of length. So many empty rooms that I’m not sure why they gave us this odd one.
Nice stay- lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Clean hotel.

Walked up to the front desk and the lady was super friendly! Got checked in easy and she gave us free chocolate chip cookies and bottled water. They text once we were in the room to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything text back. Would for sure stay here again if we are in the area.

Fantastic location. If I could change anything, it would be to move the smokers away from the front door. Other than walking through smoke to get in, fantastic hotel, hotel staff, amenities, food etc. Used the laundry facilities, ate in the bar, bought something in the lobby "store", all top notch. A smidge overpriced, but quality nonetheless. I would stay again and I would stay in other Doubletrees based on this one's quality.

The staff was great. After returning late from a wedding our AC was not working, I called the desk and within 5 minutes someone came up and fixed it. Thank you so very much. I definitely would stay there again.

unfortunately, the floor i was on was over crowded and the loud noise level after 11pm was unacceptable. there are signs that say it is a non smoking/vaping establishment yet people would smoke right outside the entrance doors, it defeats the purpose of a smoke free environment if the smoke bellows in from the front doors. one of the lights in my bathroom did not work, the loose towel hook threatened to fall off once i placed my towel there. the bed, albeit clean was too soft and very uncomfortable and the shampoo dispenser in the tub enclosure was empty. on a positive note, i forgot toothpaste and the host at the front desk kindly gave me two small packets of toothpaste.
i would not recommend this hotel, the vibe is more like a motel with inflated hotel prices.

My stay was two nights. The entire staff I encountered was very accommodating to whatever I needed. And they were honestly interested in all the guest and why they were visiting the area. It was a Pleasure to be surrounded by Nice, Friendly and Happy People for a change... Thank You All :) PB

I ended up extending my stay twice during my trip and so I spent about two weeks here. The staff were so friendly! I want to give a special shout-out to Zach at the front desk and Carole in the breakfast area. But, really, everyone was accommodating (I just don’t have all their names!). I didn’t have a car but was able to walk over to a shopping area nearby and order from a variety of restaurants. All around, it was a great stay!

I didn’t like the pool honestly it looks great but there seems to be no replacement of the water with a flow of jets or something. I would be pretty dirty after using the pool. The staff is 10/10 going above and beyond to help. Hotel as a whole looks great. Thank you.

So many foreigners I had to wait 20 minutes to simply exit the lobby. No system or control of your staff to handle 3 or 4 bus loads of imigrants all coming and going at the same time. It was a fire hazard and dangerous.
I think there may also be a humidity issue in our room. Blankets and beds felt damp. Sleep was difficult and bus loads of people staying there were loud, unruley and not compassionate to other people. I will never pay $300 to stay at one of your hotels again.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly.
Room was clean but there were no microwave and no exhaust in the bathroom. Not enough towels in the room. I requested couple of things because we have to travel from Far and we got there so late which I informed them but My request was not in the room when we arrived, luckily the front desk was accommodating

Good stay in Leominster
We needed a stop in the area and it seemed like the nicest place available. Staff was friendly and location clean. Room was nothing special but it worked for our needs. I don’t remember requesting it cause I didn’t need-but had an handicap accessible shower that I did not like. It was very low down so I can’t say I enjoyed my shower.

Horrible service
The associates at the reception desk are rude. They mistreated me and they gave me a not cleaned room on the ground floor despite my request for higher floors. The room was full of dust and looks never cleaned and there was a bad smell in the room and I had a stuffy nose in the morning. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said there is no manager- very strange. The staffs need to take customer service training

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was super friendly! I received a nice greeting, a warm chocolate cookie and a text to see if I needed anything.
My only issue was someone trying to enter my room around 7:30 a.m. using a key card that even unlocked my deadbolt. I found out later it was a housekeeper (who never identified herself) after calling the front desk. I was sleeping alone in the darkened room, heard the door unlock and yelled "get out" to which they went away. I would recommend this hotel, however the housekeeping staff should make sure the guest has checked out, as well as knock and identify yourself when at the guests door.

Given a first floor room which was nice. Easy to adjust heating. Tv ok. Only cups available were the coffee cups-and while bathroom was clean the sink gave off a mildew odor. Would stay here again as we only needed a comfortable bed to sleep after a long drive.

Staff is excellent- very kind & attentive; the bed was so comfortable & clean; sleeper sofa is very worn; pillows were too soft (variety would be nice); buffet breakfast ( not free, which is fine)+ not a great value for what was offered. Overall we really like this hotel though! We come here every Xmas eve before travelling farther south.

Water in the bathroom sink ran brown and sputtery - had to flush it for a couple of minutes before it ran clear. General water and water pressure/showerhead wasn't great. I know this is nit-picky, but the showerheads could use updating. It was spraying out to the sides no matter how much a tinkered with the pressure valve.
Otherwise very pleasant stay. Really nice lobby atmosphere, especially during the holiday season.
