Grossly Over Rated
This hotel is well located for events at Sphere but is in a rough area and grossly over-rated on your website.

The rooms were clean, but the facilities as a whole looked rundown. The carpet in hallway was buckling, and 1 elevator was broken at first but on last day when we were checking out both elevators were out of service and we had to carry all of our belongings down using the stairs.

There is a $15 a day parking fee to park on the property. Breakfast was very good with many options.

The rooms were very shabby . Though breakfast was good but it got over before scheduled time and many guests had to wait for refills. It took a while for them to refill.

The property is located 10 min from the strip by car and 14 minutes from the airport. Very convenient and walking distance to several restaurants. Property was clean and staff was superb. We did not go to the pool but it all looked good. Breakfast varied every morning so I thought it was nice to have the variety. You can see the sphere at night from the hotel. Area around is calm and safe.

Nice but very noisy from planes taking off
Great location for us and our stay. People working there were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, at night when you're trying to go to sleep, planes are very noisy taking off and the same in the early to morning. Wish this location would have used better work materials to quiet the rooms knowing in landing and take off zone for McCarren airport.

It is a 30 minute walk to the Las Vegas Strip. Businesses in the area are closed or abandoned. Property could use updating.

This was such a great choice. We stayed here one night before we stayed in a very overpriced casino hotel on the strip. It was clean it was comfortable and it was great. The breakfast was fantastic and they had coffee available throughout the day. My next trip to Vegas I will stay here and save myself a a lot of money. And the staff was very nice.

This hotel was not up to Marriott standards. Rooms were dirty. Keys didn’t work and they had to have maintenance open the doors all the time. Ice machine was out. Garbage trucks came at 6 am to bang the dumpster on both mornings. Had to request clean towels multiple times before we got them etc

Convenient, close to Las Vegas Strip. Clean inside the room and lobby. Some reviews indicated sketchiness of the area, but it seemed okay. I initially took a parking spot close to the entrance, and then moved the car to a spot further in, just in case. It was a decent overnight sleep, but I did have a couple of issues: 1) Elevator not working, so I had to walk up and down to the 4th floor room a few times. Not the end of the world, got in some exercise. Check-in person said that I could take it up with the manager if I wanted to request credits/ money back. I think they can just automatically credit, rather than have us beg for it, 2) I was advised of a $15 charge for parking. In looking back at the fine print, that was in there, so that is on me, but still seems silly to tack on that charge, 3) The fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, even after the switch was off. Closed the door and it was better, but could hear a bit. Still slept okay. I couldn't figure out wall AC unit controls to turn off , so I unplugged it. 4) Went down for breakfast at 9:30am, and staff was already cleaning up and saying breakfast was over an hour before. I am not seeing this in the fine print in the listing. Maybe the check in person mentioned this, but I doubt it. Well, they have their policies, but I think they could have be clearer about it. The staffpersons looked at me incredulously, and one reluctantly gave me her blueberry waffle. Had some of their coffee.

Went to get gas close to hotel and it was bad ,shady people and seems like crime infested. Property parking and property itself was fine.toilet flash had no force sometime have to try multiple time

All night party in the room next door with screaming yelling and slamming doors. Spoke to front desk but nothing came of it. Shower didn’t drain and the room was tiny.

Great Experience!
The hotel and the staff were amazing! Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel was clean as well as my bedroom. The only flaw was that the king size bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as I was expecting. Breakfast was fresh. I went for a business trip in Las Vegas for two nights and decided to stay here, my package included breakfast and parking which are paid separate if you don't include in a package. It was the best decision by choosing to stay here and it work well for my business purposes. I will definitely come back for the future!

Staff was good. Breakfast excellent. Location very good. Restaurants close and alas Vegas Blvd about a mile walk. Mattress desperately needs replaced. Took two hours to fall asleep. Fell into middle of king size bed.

So far, this is the best hotel I have stayed in the US. Complete with basic house equipments just what we need in our stay. Clean and spacious. My daughter loves it. The front desk was very generous, she even gave ny daughter a kitkat bar as a form of welcoming.

This place is great, only thing is that they charge you $15 for each day you will be needing to park. If you’re on a budget defiantly do not recommend this place.
But if you have an unlimited budget or you’re fine with the charge, this place is good.

The staff here was absolutely impeccable! The most hospitable of any hotel I have stayed at and very helpful. Most other hotels could learn a thing or two or be taught the excellence of a place like the Fairfield inn. The icing on the cake was the friendships I felt I was able to develop with Jessica and Eugene.

We were given the wrong room and had to go back down to change rooms. The room we were given had a toliet that kept running and the air conditioner was noisy. I reported it to the front desk and they did not seem to care.

I’ve stayed at other Fairfield’s and had a great experience. This one is very dated , looks old , had a old smell inside the hotel . And even the breakfast use to be better .

Great Pet Friendly Hotel
Very surprised we found this as close to the strip as it was and super adorable- was clean , comfortable lots of room - able to walk to any attraction in Vegas and they were good with us leaving our dog in the room while we enjoyed Las Vegas - staff was friendly even had a goodie bag for our dog with treats, a nice food bowl, bottle of water and a play toy - this place is over and above great - will for sure stay again if ever in the area

We booked 2 queen, but they put us in two double. I even confirmed 2 Queen at check in, but still put us in 2 double. I didn’t complain as I was too tired, but not sure they even have 2 queens at that hotel?

Hotel is not updated, it was mediocre cleanliness, it is in a rougher area of Las Vegas. A/C was off when I arrived and took almost 2 hours to cool the room. The clerk was friendly, however I asked if there was a casino in walking distance as I had been on a plane all day and wanted to get fresh air, she said yes there is one down past the 7-11, I asked if it was safe to walk alone, and she said oh yes. There was no casino anywhere near the 7-11 and the area was not safe, a car laid on the horn for a good 5-10 seconds because I did not move through the cross walk fast enough and her light turned green, I saw a woman shooting up, and had several men I walked by whistle or make inappropriate comments. And there was NO Casino. When I came immediately back to the hotel she was helping another guest and looked up and smirked. For the price $126 plus fees totaling $150, I could have had an updated newer room at one of the casinos.

Unimpressed. Not a great deal for the price.
Service excellent, nice and helpful staff. The hotel is basic. Workout room small with some malfunctioning equipment. Pool could be bit warmer and a hot tub would be a nice addition. Breakfast also very basic, nothing cooked (all prepacked - lots of waste).
Worst of all: no shuttle service, either to strip or airport.

No keys to rooms!!!! Yikes!!!
First off I want to say that the staff were all very friendly and were just in a difficult situation. This was the weirdest hotel stay I have ever had.... there were no keys to the rooms... so every time you wanted to get in to your room you had to wait for a staff member to take you to your room and let you in. This left me and my family feeling pretty unsafe. The reason for this was that every time you asked them to take you to your room there were ZERO questions asked, no ID requested... simply "What room are you in?" and then they would go and open that door for you. So how did they know you weren't asking for entrance to a room that was not yours?
The room smelled bad, there was gum on the bed spread, there were stains on the walls and in the bathroom.
I just expect more from a Marriott.

Good, clean, smoke free option
We wanted a smoke free hotel off the strip so my daughter could rest between competition events. This hotel was very easy to get in and out of and parking was easy. There is a $10/day charge to park behind the hotel. There were convince stores and places to eat near by (we had a car) that were healthier than fast food. We were only there to sleep and shower and didn't have time to use the pool, exercise area or even eat the breakfast but from what I saw, those areas were also nice. This is an older part of Vegas that is undergoing a redo but we felt safe and it was so nice to avoid the traffic on the strip!

The staff was very welcoming. We forgot something in the room on check out and they quickly addressed it and helped us get our belongings. The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved how they were there to sanitize after each person touched an item at the breakfast bar. I loved how clean the hotel was and how kind the staff were. I thought it was unique that they had a waffle machine. My family loves waffles and whip cream and we were able to have both! Amazing!

This is a bad neighborhood with all of the worst elements of the community. Cannot leave the hotel without being harassed by street people, beggars, prostitutes in a filthy street. This is a "rough" neighborhood and will be avoided in the future!!

We requested a handicap room when purchased thru Expedia. It noted to call property to confirm,so we did. The girl said she reserved a King instead of 2 queens so itd be handicaped. But she said call day or 2 before arrival to see if any canceld. So we called day before the girl said it was reserved as 2 queens and handicaped. When got there, it was 1 queen and a small couch! We talked to front desk, they didn't care and said that's all they had. We asked about our previous calls to confirm? Did they mean nothing? Because we did not get what we paid for. Very frustrating the lack of care or concern to make customers happy when paying for staying there.
