Night shift worker was not pleasant
She charged my card wrong. My bank call thinking it was a fraudulent charge because for one night she charged my card $725 but the bank text to see if that was me then that morning I received a call from my bank. Our room was very HOT!!! They brought us a fan instead of moving our room

If there was a rating below terrible I would’ve given it. Room we were checked into had a broken AC and we were not told until we asked. Our room had no AC on a day when heat warning was issued. We also had to let front desk know in advance if we wanted housekeeping service the next day. Staff wasn’t helpful and customer service was very poor. This was not the service standard we expect from Marriott.

We stayed there for two nights. AC didn’t work. And it was hot in the room. When we checked in, the front desk agent wasn’t friendly at all. We didn’t feel welcomed. Maybe he was very tired or was having a bad day. The room was little smelly as well.

Terrible experience got a room with no AC. Most hot uncomfortable stay ever. Only thing done to fix the situation was get a fan. Wish someone would of told me our AC might not work. If we would of been given that information right away we could of just went to another hotel. Customer service was not good either. Will not stay here ever again!

no shuttle to SFO airport if you do not have a car you must provide your own transport.

The rooms had not been swept or vacuumed, still crumbs on the chair from prior guests, only 3 pillows on a king bed??? When I asked for an extra pillow I was told there none, then I was finally handed one without a pillowcase. When I asked for pillow case I was told the outer casing was the pillow case. The front desk person jad never seen an actual pillow case?? There were people in the parking structure taking clothes and otems from one vehicle and putting them into others and running lightbulbs and other items up and down the staircases at odd hours but the disnt appear to be maintaince and were not identifiable as being part of the hotel which made us feel unsafe yet staff seemed unconcerned

It was a terrible stay at this hotel. on my first night i came back from dinner and it was really hot. The AC was not working. They offered me to transfer to different rooms twice but both rooms were also down. I did not have a decent sleep coz i was sweating in the room.

Not good not bad
When we got there the type of room we booked wasnt available anymore. Understandable. The first room we got the thermostat for the AC didn’t work so we went back down to the front desk and got a new room. The AC in that room didn’t work any better. Called the front desk and the best they could do was a fan. As if they were all booked up for the night… shower wasn’t too clean and the pillow cases either had really bad stains or they weren’t cleaned. The room was clean enough besides the arm chair and ottoman that looked like they probably should have been thrown away or reupholstered. I’ve stayed at Sheraton properties before. They aren’t the best considering they’re a remodeled motel 6. I think that was my last time stay at one. Staff was friendly and considering we were right next to the freeway and airport it was very quiet which I do appreciate but that’s all I can say.

Front desk staff was talking on personal cell phone on speaker phone. My personal information was asked when I checked in. Front desk staff had personal cell in speaker phone so that person heard all my private information.
I don’t think that is safe for me or my information. I don’t think I will stay again. Bad experience, I would like a full refund.

Forget it!
This place service desk will not even lift a finger to do anything - they wold rather stay on their cell phones, playing games, check a phone, Istagram, etcNow imagine what this chain hotel can do (or rather) cannot do for your conscientious decision to stay here; so, just save yourself some trouble and get a hotel room some else. Really, anywhere else but here - at least, it will cause less if you are going to experience this kind of “customers service.”

Horrible. Worst hotel experience
No A/C or heat. I complained but they did nothing about it. They said i would get credit but havent yet. i moved to a different hotel since it was so hot in the room.
Absolutely terrible. Hotels.com should not represent them.

Good for a 1-2 night trip. The area is safe, not bad. Staff is nice. The thing that holds the shower head was broken, I let the front desk know, hopefully they will fix it for the next guest.

SFO hotel to avoid
Started poorly as there is no airport shuttle so $25 Uber trip was the result. For an airport hotel this is poor. There is no restaurant and no bar just some bad coffee available. There isn’t water in the room. The elevator was broken. Staff are very pleasant but can’t help the Sheraton management decisions.

Nice quick stay. Easy to get to. A bit noisy overhead, but couldn’t hear freeway noise at all. Complimentary water was nice as well. Beds were comfy.

Good place with issues
It was a very nice hotel. Our room shared a wall with the elevator which was annoying.
The elevator handicap people to enter the lobby was broken so I don’t know how anyone could get into the hotel if they were wheelchair bound.
We would probably stay there again

Just so-so, clean, friendly but no hot water
This stay was ok, friendly staff, convenient location. But the shower had no hot water in the morning. I wasted probably 20 gallons of water waiting for the water to warm up and it never did. If the hot water heater isn't working, tell your guests so they don't waste water! Also, they don't tell you that it's $15 to park, until check-in. Total rip, didn't even tell me at the front desk they were going to charge me. Woops!

Booked reservation at this property on 9/6/22 and was only told at the front desk on the day of check-in 9/20/22 that they were overbooked. Was turned away and struggled to find another hotel last minute as there was an event in town and several hotels were already sold out. Terrible inconvenience and completely avoidable.

We stayed there about a month ago and it was amazing so we stayed again this weekend and it was awful. The tv was broken in the room and nobody could fix it. I called the front desk for more towels and nobody answered the phone. Also called because of loud neighbors and again nobody at the front desk answered the phone.

The staff is friendly. The location is clean. The rooms are spacious. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel as a stay. The location around may not be aesthetically pleasing but it is very close to San Francisco town and it is safe.

Could be better
The hotel is super close to everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself was very dirty. The common areas looked like they hadn’t been touched in the entire week we were there. The garage had food on the ground and was also filthy. Our room floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while

Nice hotel with renovations underway Jan 2022
The hotel was under some renovation so there was caution tape over reno areas. There were stairs to carry luggage up. There was a handicap lift but we just carried our luggage up. Room was clean but paint peeling in the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay
This is a super nice hotel. Check in girl was very friendly. They have laundry service or washers for you to do your own. We have been on our Road trip for a week so this was a great surprise for us.
No carpet on the floors. I really enjoyed that also.

It was obvious from the operation of the elevator that this was an older property that had been updated. The finishes used are nice and everything worked as expected. It would have been nice for the small in room refrigerator to have a freezer section. I had small ice packs for a cooler i use when i travel that were not frozen in the morning so my drinks for the drive home did not stay as cold.

The room above me you can hear every footstep terribly hotel with nasty employees.

The staff are very helpful and courteous and are a credit to the Sheraton brand. The rooms are also new renovated and fantastic. We would have liked for the bar and restaurant to be open but maybe next time. Will definitely stay here again.

Was pretty decent for the most part but didn't have big mirrors like i like nor did the room have its own microwave. I stayed at the other Four Points in SF before and that one was amazing! I figured this other location downtown would have been the same experience...plus that other location had free parking as well, this one wasn't free.

Definitely not disabled people friendly hotel
The pictures are deceiving .. the hotel is outdated .. no breakfast is offered and not wheelchair accessible though they do have rooms that have wheelchair accessible bathroom ... hall ways are narrow ... the elevator is super small and cramped ...definitely not meeting 6 feet social distancing ... rooms are very noisy ... no sound proof windows on the street side ... overall service is minimal and non-existing.

The initial room that I was checked into had stained bedding that definitely was not changed the sheets and pillowcases were dirty but the bed was completely made. The cleanliness of the entire room was questionable. I completely did not feel comfortable, but Charliann heard my discontent and offered to change my room immediately. Coming from a pervious hospitality background myself 15 years ago. I never complain it has to be extremely bad. I have stayed in different Four Points around the country and this one by far is the worst. The customer service of Charliann saved this entire stay for me. Whatever you pay her she deserves double because she cares.

Perfect place with nice view
Enjoy our stay. The only thing was you have to request for your room to be cleaned and it has to be 24 hr in advance and be gone for most of the day. It wasn’t an issue for us but a helpful tip for those staying longer than three days.

Fire the front desk lady
TERRIBLE customer service, the front desk lady working on 2/13/2021 at around 8pm was the rudest lady I’ve ever met. She gave us so much attitude for no reason. I don’t know if she’s tired of her job or they don’t pay her enough but she needs to get fired. I didn’t end up staying the night here because of how badly we were treated. Tried booking a room for 2 friends next to our room and she had a whole fit and when I asked if she could help me book the room since you know she is a FRONT DESK WORKER but in the rudest tone she told me to book online and that she couldn’t help me because they were almost sold out even though there were like 5 cars in the parking lot. Her rudeness and sass was completely unnecessary.

Nice, clean room with easy freeway access. Only complaint is the room was on the warm side and it took forever for the a/c to cool our room off. Close to some restaurants and 10-15min drive to the City. Would recommend.
