Check in was longer than necessary for my liking. The person ahead of me took about 10 minutes. Mines took almost 10 minutes. She said she had to enter all my info into their system from Expedia.

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located near interstate. Cracker's barrel restaurant at walking distance as well as a Diner.
Rooms are rather well sound proofed by we can still hear traffic in the morning.

The staff was absolutely helpful, polite, and kind. I booked this room for my spouse who was running late due to some issues with the rental van and then heavy rain preventing loading. I called and the front desk staff were absolutely kind with information and allowing for a later check-in. He said the property was lovely and he was well cared for and said the room was fantastic and he was comfortable with no issues.

The young lady at the counter asked at what floor we wanted our room. We said it didn’t matter. She gave us a room on the first floor. It was a handicap ♿️ room which we didn’t think it was bad until we got into the shower. It was very uncomfortable to shower in it. This hotel had a convenient location but we had higher expectations since it’s one of the most expensive ones in the area.

Hotel is great for overnight travelling. Very clean and well appointed, but rooms are small. Not a lot of space for extra luggage. Convenient to freeway, restaurants, etc.

The rooms were clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. The free breakfast was adequate if you've no time to stop somewhere. The coffee was good. Staff was very friendly.

The bed was the best part
Nice entry ambience. Room was nice and clean, shower was nice and modern. I absolutely loved the bed, pillows and comforter. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I only stayed 5 hours, didn’t have time to checkout anything else.

Enjoyed my stay! room was clean. Just had one run-in with an employee on the front desk, said I had to walk myself down to the main lobby and get toilet paper, she was only able to get me one roll because she couldn’t leave the front desk. This was a little inconvenient, she was a bit rude about it.

Property was very nice great location for me..overall was excellent. 1 thing made regular coffee put it in and brewed. First pot came out like water. Had to add 2nd bag to get it dark enough to drink. If i needed to use both bags i didnt know....great place...

The carpets and floors are immaculate in this place. I absolutely had the best sleep in a hotel I have ever had in my life here. I wish all hotels could be this clean and quiet. I was o surprised to learn this was not a new hotel because they keep it so fresh. If we are ever in Yuma again, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not a relaxing/spa feeling place
Great location and place was clean with the exception of Pool and Spa. Water didn't look clean and spa condition breaking of pebbleteck. Also the room we got felt like a hospital room geared for wheelchairs and people with disabilities. Not a spa feeling bathroom at all.

First time renting a hotel room in Yuma, AZ The staff was amazing, our room was nice and cold since it’s hot out. Very quiet and very roomy for two queen beds. Tv, internet and lights worked, beds were clean. Overall the room was exceptionally clean.

The photos of the room on the Expedia app were nice, but the actual room was so much nicer. Everything was new and clean and comfortable. We needed a peaceful place to get away and the Fairfield Inn gave us that. Thanks.

Not terrible but....
Staff was great, breakfast was minimized due to covid-19 but they still had muffinscand coffee. The room could have been cleaner. Didn't smell very pleasant.

Good for a 2 day trip.
I was able to check-in to the hotel in a reasonable time (1 hour before specified normal time, 2:00pm instead of 3:00pm). I was upgraded in my room by the receptionist at no additional cost. Only downsides were due to missing services, no breakfast and any beverages or snacks were 2 to 3 times the normal price to buy. Life waters were like 3.25. I ended up going to a local convenience store to get drinks for my trips around town and back home. Only negative in the rooms were how course and uncomfortable the towels in the bathrooms were.

Check in glitch...
When I arrived the first room they gave me was not ready made wasn't made, towels on the floor, and trash in the trash cans. When back to the lobby with all my stuff and to wait fifteen minutes while they found a room that was ready. Other than that my stay was great but that first impression stuck.

We specifically called ahead to verify the swimming pool was open and it was closed on the 2nd day.
Also, that no animals were allowed, however there were dogs. My husband is severely allergic to animal dander, he had to take medication during our stay. When we brought it up to the front desk clerk she said she couldnt say anything. If we would have known ahead of time we would have not stayed there.

Likes: clean hotel, nice room with mini fridge and microwave, large bathroom, nice beds, free parking, and I LOVE that the fitness room was open (one at a time) so I could use the treadmill.
Dislikes: no shelving in the bathroom to place toiletries, loud A/C, and the first room we were given had been occupied and not cleaned. Weird.
This is the age of COVID, so we appreciate having a place to stay on our road trip. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed and the hotel was understaffed, but this is understandable.

Great place to stay right off the freeway.
This was a business stopover for a trip to San Diego. I often try to stay at Marriott properties. This one was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, however the dining space is very cramped. All of the guests were very friendly because it was, family style. I would definitely stay there again.
