I have stayed here before and came back because of previous positive experiences, but tonight was different. When I stayed before, I didn’t pay for long term parking and tonight I was informed that it is $25/night, and my 12 year old was eager to use the pool that is opened until 10:00, and was told they closed it early (it was 9:30 when I asked). I had a very long day at work and then nearly a 3 hour drive so I was hoping for a relaxing stay. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I had requested adjoining rooms and we were put in opposite areas of the hotel. I asked for 2 rooms with double beds and I got 1 room with double beds and 1 room with a king. The shower in the king room leaked and the shower head was only 5 feet high so showering was difficult.

The man at the front desk should find another job. Rude, he lied and treated us very disrespectful. Our room that we booked in June was occupied. It was 6pm, way past check out time. Walter lied and said the people had left their luggage in the room without checking out. 2nd room was a handicap room. Dirty carpet, mold on the shower drain and a view of a full dirty garbage container. Having booked through Expedia, a 3rd party booking, they couldnt give us a clean room w 2 double beds. As long as you got your money, your customers are being mistreated. NEVER USE EXPEDIA OR STAY AT A SHERATON EVER AGAIN. Shame on you all!!

I wish i could give zero stars. For starters, they got our room wrong. I paid for a king bed room and i got a room with two twin beds. My partner and I had to sleep separately. One of the beds was broken and made creaking and banging sounds all night. Was not offered so much as an apology, explanation, or compensation. Room also had a weird smell and was dirty. The air conditioner sounded like nails in a blender all night. Very noisy, very uncomfortable. Overly priced. This hotel normally is less than 200 a night but because it is 30 minutes away from Salem, they charged over 400 a night for a horrible stay. The parking lot is also very weirdly laid out.

Airport shuttle to the airport is very good with 24 hours service. the carpets could get a new look. On the whole it was a very good experience with a welcome cookie.

Bed was uncomfortable. My room faced the pool area and lights were left on all night. When I shut the blackout curtains, they completely covered the heating/cooling unit so there was no air coming into the room, making it uncomfortable

They let us stay in the room until 6pm with no extra charge after my morning flight was cancelled and rebooked for a later night flight. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient.

The employees were nice and helpful. The shuttle is great. We had to return a rental car and the shuttle took us back to the hotel. In the morning the shuttle got us back to the airport. Really convenient.

Horrible Smell/ Old rooms
The hotel is under renovation. The lobby is really nice, however our assigned room was horrible. It smelled like "raw sewage". The floors were dirty, and the furniture was old. I requested a different room however I was told since we booked with a 3rd party site Hotels.com that we could not move to a different part of the hotel. The hotel should not sell any rooms that are currently under renovation.I will never stay at any of properties again. The onky reason I didnt leave because it was an .overnight stay and it was extremely late. Booking on Hotels.com we only saved 20.00, and that should never make a difference in the customer service.

Staff was extremely personable. Coffee, cookies, tea at the check-in desk a nice perk. Room was a little weird (view of indoor pool, air conditioning that was hard to turn down, shower tap that did not adjust the temperature in any way that made sense).

It is convenient to the airport, and has shuttle service. It is also immediately next to a strip mall, which you can easily and safely walk to, whixh includes a nail salon, several clothing stores, a supermarket and restaurants, to name a few....

Mike, the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He offered snacks and water and told us where we could get dinner late ( it was 11 pm). The concierges were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is being refurbished but is very dated. There was a problem with our water temp in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed on July 11th for a concert with my 13 year old daughter. Very clean. Front desk was very helpful and our shuttle driver was over the top amazing. Highly recommend!!

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la propreté de la chambre et des lieux, la piscine intérieure! En plus d’être à côté de plusieurs boutiques intéressantes mais surtout de 2 épiceries et quelques restaurants! A 10 minutes de la plage avec stationnement gratuit. Rien à redire tout était parfait. C’était notre première fois mais certainement pas notre dernière! Merci!

My family of 4, with 2 small children, had an excellent stay at Four Points…the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious & the hotel was clean & quiet. I wouldn’t stay in Revere again probably, but the Sheraton was a great hotel!

One of the few times I’ve checked into a hotel only to cancel and leave because of the facility. They placed me in a room in the basement which was stuffy, outdated, the window faced a concrete wall, and overall it was a little sketch feeling. Honestly one of the worst rooms I’ve ever been placed in as I get claustrophobic in basement areas so anyone booking beware of this as a possibility. I tried to change rooms but they said they were fully booked. Staff member working was nice about helping me cancel so I could book at another hotel. Would never stay again and would not recommend.

To Say our stay was beyond expectation is an understatement. My Wife and I was flying in from Fort Lauderdale to Boston returning home. our flight was supposed to arrive at 12 am in the morning on the 17th of June. Our Flight was delayed by several hours we were not going to arrive in Boston until 5 am. I called the hotel frustrated and thought about canceling but I would lose my deposit due to the rate I selected. not their fault at all. I agreed to those terms. The woman who took my call was empathetic and stated she would hold the reservation for us incase we still wanted to stay. Once we got to Boston I called and spoke with Anthony at the front desk. He sent the van to pick us up and set the expectation of 20 minutes. Right on time. Once we were at the hotel As soon as we walked in he welcomed us by saying Mr. and Mrs. briggs welcome to the Four points. I was taken aback by this in a very very good way. Not only did he make sure check it was super fast. he also offered us complimentary breakfast and empathized with us about our very long travel. Anthony did not make me feel like a guest. he made us feel like a VIP guest. he did not have to do any of this and he did it without hesitation, Empathy alone goes a very long way with me especially when it is authentic. Thank you so much Anthony for being an amazing ambassador for Sheraton.

No more individualized shampoo and tiny soap bars!
99% of it was fine. I like how much space is in the lobby! And finally - a hotel that doesn’t have a brand new small bar of soap for each guest! They utilize large quantities of hand soap and shampoo and such. Makes most sense economically and financially. Bravo on taking lead on this!!
Only issue was my first encounter. I called from airport for pickup and the lady told me to hold but then I could hear employee conversations with each other about work chaos they were encountering. Once she realized this, she truly put me on hold and I heard music for about 5 seconds before answering and helping me. Pickup at airport took about 30 minutes - a little longer than anticipated.

Very comfortable
We needed a place to sleep before a very early flight out of Logan. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. We stayed for only a few hours so I cannot speak to the other offerings of the hotel or the area.

It took 40 minutes to just get someone to answer the phone when we arrived at the airport to get the shuttle. The room is in the basement with no elevator and not well cleaned. Run down condition.

Ehhhh So-so- Yet Front Desk Staff was Amazing!!!!
It was so-so.
1.)Walls were super thin. Made it hard to get proper R&R
2.) Was interrupted on 2 occasions by hotel guest housekeeping although I had a DO NOT DISTURB posted on front door entire stay. they could've left the materials I requested in a bag on the door-hanging- but felt it necessary to intrude on my personal privacy.
3.) Freezer in room was caked on with chunked up ice, which needed defrosting, AGES ago. The state of hotel fridge/freezer compromised the condition and quality of my personal food I traveled with.
4.) BTW- My stay began with a full parking lot and absolutely no parking. Took too long (over half an hour) to secure parking in a handicap spot. This space was all due to the kindness of a couple, who voluntarily gave me their space and they DIDN'T have to. Kindness!
With that being said, The Front Desk Staff was SUPERB.

Things we did not like:
1. Doors and windows are not sealed well. You hear the other room when they talk loudly.
2. The carpets are dirty . We did not dare to walk barefoot.
3. Young receptionists focus more on their phones than on arriving guests. There is one exceptional receptionist - Cathy. She is great - very attentive, accommodating and helpful.
Good thing .... there is always fresh coffee and water at the lobby.

After a long day of flying from Bangkok Thailand I called the hotel and was told to go outsideand the van will be there. No van anywhere. 15 minutes latercalled again and told to go upstairs and go outandwait by door 203. The van showed up and the driver was amazing. A long day made longer by poor front desk employees

I stayed one night as a part of the trip from Europe to my hometown. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport. I allowed me to rest before the last leg of my journey. The room was comfortable, although the shower was tricky.

Terrible experience
The parking was full so i had to park at the restaurant next door. My thermostat in the room was missing and all that was there was screw hole. The guy at the front desk had to move my room. The room looked incredibly outdated. This hotel needs alot of work. There is alot of hotels in this area and i will not be coming back here.

When I got to airport I called for shuttle and was told it would be up to 45 minutes. One hour later I called again and got put on hold 3 times. When I finally arrived at the hotel the first 2 rooms only had air conditioning and no heat. It was almost 2 hours between the first phone call and when I got to my room. The airport is only a few miles from the hotel.
