Quiet, clean, comfortable. Smelled good. Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, milk and juices, bagels and toast, peanut butter! Fresh fruit, yogurt. They had lots of breakfast choices. And an easy free shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but it is not 24-hour. I reserved a room with the understanding that the shuttle service would be available 24-hours, and at check-in, was told otherwise. I asked how my husband was meant to get to the airport, and the staff all just stared at me. They told me to ask Expedia for a refund. I doubt that will happen.

Wonderful staff

Nice hotel. No early shuttle
The guy at check in was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was clean. The hallway was pretty dirty but that wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Someone had obviously worn extremely dirty boots into the hotel and got it everywhere. My only problem with this hotel was the shuttle service. It doesn’t start until 7 AM. If you have an early flight, plan on taking an Uber and spending about $20. Which is very unfortunate since that is the reason I booked this hotel.

You can do better than this.
We got stuck in Phoenix when we missed a flight connection due to weather. Our stay was short but here are things I noticed. The guy at the front desk was uninterested and falling asleep. Our room had no shampoo and rusty fixtures. We discovered the shampoo problem when it was too late to do much about it. Breakfast was just okay. For the price we paid, we could have done a lot better.

Everything was fine at this hotel. It was right off the freeway and had a Five Guys close by! But the Sky Harbor airport shuttle didn't start until 7:00 am. That was too late for us.

Bad bad worse
Any time you. Went to desk there 3 or 4 standing around and you still had to wait to get help .I took towels down told them what I needed got no washcloth. They had no coffee for rooms .there was no safety strips in Bathtub I fell in it and bruised my arm up when I told them they wasn’t even concerned .Never even as if I was ok . There was no where to pack people was packing on street in driveway any hole they could find

The whole place smells… it is as if they haven’t replaced the carpet for years. We had to stay two nights, one at the beginning and another at the end of a backpacking trip in Grand Canyon. I won’t return to this property.

We were assigned a handicap-friendly room
We were assigned a handicapped-friendly room which we did not ask for. We had been looking forward to taking a soak in the tub after a long flight but of course handicapped rooms don’t have tubs.
Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Mgmt stored luggage for us for 3 days so we would not have to leave it in the car. We parked the car there before a last-minute redeye flight and came back to stay over two nights later. They were very helpful and understanding.

The property stinks. No walkable restaurants nearby. We walked to the neighbor hotel (Hilton) to eat and we would have preferred to stay there. Staff was very friendly. I just hate going to a hotel we’re the hallways smell like Marijuana and cigarettes.

It really needs to be updated the rooms were okay and breakfast is the bomb but my 1st day I went over to the window by my bed and I was zapped on my foot from the heater and cooling unit I reported this and nothing was done they didn’t even do a

Stay was good for our week trip. Clean, comfortable.
Breakfast was sufficient for us.
A little dated, room was soundproof but because our window was next to the road, we could hear construction noise early in the am. Several nights there was a homeless guy by the side of the building. He did not bother or do anything.

The onky real complaint we had was the awful smell going into our room. It smelled like cat urine. Like a cat marked it territory on our threshold. There is no way the maid service could not have noticed when servicing the room. The bed were hard and pillows were flat. The breakfast was nice had a variety and was good. The market place certificate was a nice touch. Parking was very tight but at least they didn't charge. Staff was very pleasant.

To start, there was very little parking available. Then, when we walkin into the building, the lobby smelled like smoke. When we got to our room, it had a very strong mildew smell. We checked under the the beds for bedbugs and one of the mattresses had a huge blood stain on it. I will never stay here again.

There was a dirty towel in our “clean” bathroom when we first arrived and since it was a pet friendly hotel with kibble on the floor. It was clear the room was not vacuumed. Overall it gave the feeling that the room was dirty and had not been cleaned.

Initially booked a king suite for 2 nights for myself, husband, toddler and dog while having construction completed at our home. Check in was super quick and easy. The room was clean and stocked well. The king suite was perfect as it had a separate “living room” area with additional TV and table space. Complimentary breakfast was great and included a decent variety of hot and cold foods which changed daily. When we were told our home needed another days work and needed to add an additional night the front staff was amazing and accommodating.

It was conveniently super close to the airport! But for that reason was very busy inside and traffic outside. Barely any parking but I didn't drive so was fine. The sheets were kind of stained and a few ants on the floor but otherwise clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful and even provided a free Lyft back to the airport area :) it was easy to find dinner across the street at another hotel when I was tired from traveling. It's good for a quick rest between traveling!

The reason I gave 3 stars is the parking or lack there of. I arrived around 7 pm. It was dark and there was only one parking space left. I initially didn't park there because it seemed like a tight fit. I went around to the back of the hotel and the lot there was full. I ended going back and parking in the last space open. I didn't go out afterwards for fear of losing my parking spot. They need to fix this.

From the time I arrived I knew immediately I made a mistake by booking this hotel. They had people parking on the street because the lot was overflowing. The guy at the desk was inattentive. Once I got to my room the room smelled weird. I went to take a shower and the wash cloth had a blood stain on it. The TVs are outdated and barely work. I went out and came back around 12 am and of course my key to the room didn’t work. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life and I will never book there again.

The room smelled like mildew right away when we walked in. It caused me to sneeze and have an allergic reaction, but the rooms were sold out, so no option for a different room. When I left the room the sneezing stopped. The room was also dirty with black hair on the bathroom floor.

The room was clean, but the shower in rm 224 would not completely shift to to the lower nozzle. When I turned the water on to start my shower, I was sprayed with cold water. NOT the way I wanted to start the day!! Lucky I did not fall in the tub from being startled.

Worst hotel experience ever. Booked a room with 2 beds. They over sold so when we checked in we got a room with one bed and a pull out couch. It was the most dilapidated uncomfortable mattress and I even had to call down for a blanket. I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

No Shuttle service. Lyft computers were down. The hotel uses them for airport pickup. Waited 20 minutes and took a taxi. Hotel manager DeAnn refused to reimburse me. Hotel room. No USB. Rust on the bathroom floor corners from leaks. Bathroom floor had water seepage. Breakfast no juice machine broken.

Over night for a show and flight out.
In town for a show and then flying out the next day. I leave my car there whenever I fly. It's always safe The Hotel will take you to the airport and then pick you up and return you to your car. GREAT SERVICE! Worth the price.Comfortable with a very nice staff.

Really disappointed from the stay. The room was old and smelly. The telephone had no buttons and no indication to which button dials where. The bed had stains on the sheets, the lamps had stains and the remote didn’t even work. The sheets were disgusting and when asked for a different room I got denied. Parking was awful! If you book with this hotel, be mindful that parking is always full and you will forced to park out on the curve. The rooms were noisy, you can hear other people around you. When asked for more towels, I had to go downstairs to pick them up. Service was alright. The room keys kept deactivating, I made sure to not place them near by wallet/cellphone and they still kept getting deactivated. I had to activate then at least 5 times. Really disappointed in this hotel and stay. Never again

Great check in experience
We had a great 1 night stay. We had the most wonderful interaction with the front desk employee with the fabulous ear ring working on oct 9th at 9pm. He gave us the most friendly and helpful experience ever checking into a hotel. I wish we asked him his name.

Number of issues with room, toilet would not stop running, door hard to open, sometimes has to key twice and push hard to open. First glance I thought we had dirty towel’s but they were just dingy. Shower head was broken. Pool and hot tub too dirty to use. Not at all what we expected of a Country Inn and Suites. Would not stay again.

The breakfasts were great. Many things to choose from and clean bright dining room area. Little things make a big difference such as honey packets for make-it-yourself waffles and strawberry topping! Also, front lobby area very relaxing and inviting. The staff were all super professional and friendly. I will definitely be back. Only thing to suggest is pool area loungers need replacement and maybe some quiet background music in pool area. Otherwise very enjoyable hotel!! Thank you!
