The facility was well-maintained and staff members were all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Only complaint was location of room overlooking the main street meant a somewhat noisy night. Provision of ear plugs would be a nice amenity!

Great last second stop during storm.
Staff were friendly and very helpful after I booked wrong date. Got me rebooked and into a room. Hotel was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Could use some darker curtains. Lots of light at night and direct sun in the morning.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff also. But, where it’s located is near main highway and a Main Street that people think is a drag strip. Our room faced the Main Street.

It is clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We seemed to have some confusion in the pool being open or closed, tho. I called thia morning and was told it was, indeed closed, like Travelocity said. And my husband said on his way up tonight he heard a staff member indicating it was open.

Comfortable hotel with good staff. The only downside was when I came down for breakfast, there was no regular coffee, it was out. Only decaf. I asked the attendant to bring more and she did, but it took about 15 minutes. I think she was busy with other stuff but coffee should always be available and there should be some one to keep on eye on the pots to make sure they will be filled before they run out.

Clean and Friendly
Our rooms were nice and clean. Its nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and they kept items stocked and the area clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool was closed. The hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants. We would stay there again!

Great Breakfast
We were driving from Minneapolis to Dallas and stayed at the Joplin, MO Fairfield Inn. We were greeted by friendly counter staff, even though it was on Christmas Day evening. The location was easy to find. The facility was clean and appeared to be new.
The breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, many hotel breakfasts are lacking since COVID. But this one had scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and more.
We will stay again.

Not that great.
Joplin seems to be a good stopping point, so I assume that’s why the prices seemed higher than other places. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived. We had a lot of allergy foods that we needed to store, so we weren’t exactly pleased. In the past, in other locations, the room size has been bigger for the same. Cleanliness was just mediocre in the room we were in. Overall too pricey for the service rendered.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay.
Pool area was very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast area was spotless and menu items were well presented, hot and tasty.
Breakfast attendant deserves special recognition as well as the housekeeping for providing a comfortable, clean and exceptional visit.

Everything was great, except for the outside noise, which I realize probably can’t be prevented. We were right on the street and heard every car that drove by all night long, as if they were in the room with us.

The hotel was clean but when I called the staff that I will be late for my check in time and she was a bit rude to me. And the hotel is across from Texas Roadhouse which is nice and convenient.. but beware of the noise ..lots of motorcycles noises non stop . Good thing we were there just for a night because we needed a place to sleep .

The staff was great. It was just an ok stay. The hotel is on a very busy street and it was loud. The parking was limited and the the back parking lot was not lit and completely dark.

Things were okay. It needed some updating and I was disappointed that the room I reserved, a standard king room, was not available, so they gave us a King handicap room, which lacked counter space in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly, easy check in and access to a wide variety of places to eat. Only annoying thing was the motorcycles gunning their engines after bar rush from the Texas Road House Grill parking lot next store…so get a room on the other side of the hall if that is an issue for you.

Great location for a car trip overnight. Close to restaurants (chain), free onsite parking, safe. The staff was very friendly, check in and out was seamless.
Marriott could do a much better job with the grab & go breakfast now offered due to the pandemic. Not to mention upgrading the coffee served. I usually stay at Marriott properties and they are consistent with the lame breakfast and coffee:(

Nice hotel located in a convenient area for shopping and eating.Bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice walk in shower.Could have had more information when checking in,the guy was nice but he doesnt explain how to get to your room,check out time or what you paid but was friendly,just need to let the customer about some specific things.

The staff at this property were very polite and cordial and pleasant. Obvious that carpeting and some other things were updated. Love the new walk-in showers, large, foot rest for women to shave their leg. Only negative is the lighting in the bathroom and noakeup mirror.

Felt like a luxury hotel
This felt like a luxury hotel. The place was clean, safe and very comfortable. Great beds, bathroom, amenities, wifi. My kids loved the snack shop they had. Full breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice. Cost more than what we usually pay for a hotel, but totally worth it. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!
