The staff was friendly and helpful. The property and room was very clean and well kept. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast area was immaculate, with a fresh variety of foods. And the price was great. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The pool was refreshing, the continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were quiet and impeccably clean, making my overall experience quite pleasant.

Susan’s stay with grandboys!
The breakfast offered so many choices and the omelette was delicious, as well as the oatmeal. Staff was tolerant of my very active 4 & 5 yo. It was clean, the pool was warm , thinking of spending two days with my grandson over Christmas break😃

Friendly staff
Beth was excellent as our hostess at the front desk. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast bar, they kept it stocked and warm.

Mold, mildew, and stained sheets!
This place was disgusting! There was black mold in the bathroom along with a lot of mildew. I notified the front desk of the mold and mildew before leaving for work the very next morning. I can back at noon and nothing had been done about the issue. As I was packing my bag to leave and find another hotel, I noticed stains on the bottom sides of the sheets. This place should be shut down by the health department. See photos.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice to have an actual exhaust fan in the bathroom (other major franchise hotels we've stayed in did not). Building located back behind several other hotels away from local traffic noise, yet easy access to highways/interstate. Large variety of restaurants, fast food, retail shopping within a few blocks from the hotel.
Didn't know what to think about the bottled water sitting in the room with the $5.00 price tags(?).
Would definitely stay here again.

Me gusto bastante. El desayuno excelente. El personal agradable y servicial. La habitación muy buena . Me hubiese gustado la ducha fuera removible y que botaran la basura días alternos sin tener el huésped que pedirlo. Mi banco me indica cargaron $ 60.00 extra no estaban en mi conocimiento ya que no utizamis nada de lo que estaba en el cuarto como agua o productos de aseo personal. Nunca me informaron de dicho cargo.

The hotel was nice for the price. The room was clean, the hotel staff was friendly, and breakfast was tasty. There was a strong chlorine smell as soon as we entered the hotel. The pool was close by however the smell was very strong. Not sure if they just added more that day but it was very noticeable. Location was close to a gas station and walkable restaurants. I would stay again but I would ask for the 2nd floor so I wouldn't have to smell the pool.

Room servicing poor
We asked to have the room serviced each day. Out of 4 days this occurred only twice and on one of those we didn't receive fresh towels because we hadn't put them all on the floor, apparently. On two days the breakfast ran out of food when we got there a half hour before closing.

Will try hotel again once pool is working
Mixed review - the pool is under maintenance - which places have to do to make sure they are in good working order - however there was a extremally strong comical smell from the pool work that made me lightheaded so we had to leave. the hotel was very nice and refunded the stay - the hardest part of the stay was getting someone from Hotels.com to understand the situation and fix things on their end of the reservation. For the brief time i was in a room the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. the TV had a great feature that you could log into your Netflix account which would have been great if we had stayed. we will be more then happy to try them again once the pool is fixed and ready to use!

Bedsheets were like sandpaper and were too small for the bed. There were several pillows all of which were smaller than couch throw pillows and apparently filled lightly with cheap grade cotton balls. Not a single good nights sleep. Really unfortunate. Shower was okay however which is a plus.

The hotel was great for the area. Nice and clean and modern. But a water main break caused my wife and boys to be without water for 18 hours on Jan 31st. and then again on check out day. no compensation was offered. and they still continued to charge for bottled water. My wife was unable to find the manager at check out. There should be an e-mail address to contact customer service but I could not find one.

Not up to fairfield standards
This hotel seems old and tired, and not up to Fairfield standards. Foyer is very small and cramped, tiny elevator, rooms need updating. Breakfast also not normal Fairfield style, no toast, no eggs or bacon.

You walked into our non smoking room (305) and a wave of toxic smells rushed at us. Further immersion in the toxic environment led us to conclude that some heavy smoking was going on in that room previously. We had an appointment that we needed to leave for so we cranked on the air conditioning (temp outside was 20 degrees F). We were gone for about 7 hours.. came back... didn't help. But we needed to get to bed. Unfortunately our clothes reaked off that hotel room. Learning lesson, avoid this hotel or go with your gut (and nose) and request another room.

Bath towels smelled terrible. It's never good to take a shower, and then wrap my head in a smelly towel. I can't help but wonder if anything is really clean. There wasn't any lotion in the room. I don't think I've ever stayed another hotel that didn't have lotion. The coffee in the breakfast area was undrinkable. Extremely strong and sludgy tasting. It wasn't about adding more milk or cream. It was just plain horrible. The attendant did offer decaf, but the issue was about flavor/quality. The building is old and tired, outdated. The elevator works at what it seems is the minimum acceptable level to be certified. The building is only three floors, yet the elevator takes a long time to reach its destination. Then it takes a long time for the doors to either open or close. I will not recommend this particular location to others.

Our room was ok. It could have used some updates, but for the cost, we were ok with that. The shower and shower curtain had some mildew and the toilet was not super clean. The breakfast selection was pretty good. Overall, our stay was fine if we didn’t look too closely.

Perfect Place for a Good Night’s Rest!
I opted for the Executive King Suite. It was very nice! I liked the layout of the room. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. I was bummed that the pool was closed for maintenance. But these things happen.
The breakfast was a little lackluster. I thought there would be more variety. However I was thankful just the same. There were scrambled eggs, omelettes, fresh fruits, bacon and sausage, along with muffins and coffee. I believe there was cereal available too. They also had a self-serve waffle machine.
I appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the front desk staff. Nick stood out the most as far as having great customer service! I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

No one at the reception desk for a few minutes. Creaky small elevator. Hallway smelled fresh, but room a little musty. Just one coffee pack in room. Tub drained slow but water pressure and shower head good. Breakfast good, pleasant staff at breakfast.

Very disappointing
Red Roof is a value brand that normally has a base line of being clean and safe and has functionality (things work). This property falls below that normally trustworthy line. Very disappointing and makes second guess Red Roof for future stays. Side note: front desk clerk was very good.

The property was ok, much older than others I’ve stayed in. The pool was shut down the entire stay which was majorly disappointing considering the indoor pool was the main reason I choose the property! The rooms weren’t very clean, there was actual poop on the wall in the restroom. The hotel is quite small and awkwardly shaped making walking down the hall when others are coming a bit weird, especially during Covid times. The friendly staff was the main reason I stayed. The front desk staff were nice and friendly from the time I walked in until I left.

Was doing a job in the area so we had scheduled 3 2 bed rooms for our crew, the manager over sold rooms and didnt even contact us to let us know so we didnt find out until check in at 9pm when everyone was ready to shower and go to bed

The room was clean, but the bed was definitely showing it's age. It's time to replace the mattresses, the current ones sag on one side, both of them. Also, plumbing is starting to show wear as well. I had two rooms reserved, the other room had a saggy mattress as well. The toilet ran and the shower leaked.

It wasn't horrible, but there definitely were some red flags. When we first got to the room we found an ant crawling on the night stand that creeped us out and made us feel a bit dirty. In a king room, there was only one nightstand which can be problematic if both people wear glasses, read books, etc. and need somewhere to put those items before going to sleep. There wasn't a closet which seemed odd. There was a small wooden cabinet which we assum was supposed to take the place which is okay, but just felt odd. There also was not a towel hook/rod for a hand towel in the bathroom so we just had to keep it om the counter which just felt a little grosser. We saw one person (pretty confident a guest) without a mask on and none of the staff requested that they wear a face covering despite posted signs requiring them. The building also smelled like smoke, especially in the elevator. Overall nothing overly horrific, but we definitely wont be staying there again.

Last minute stay-car trouble
8 Hour last minute stay due to a tire blowout on our way west. What we did experience in our brief stay was very good.
