Nice motel
Nice place for a short stay. Room was very nice. Parking was outside the door but it didn't feel safe. The motel is part of a gas station so traffic to the pump flies right behind the parked cars. The noise wasn't bad.

The t.v. was placed in an alcove with the hanger for clothes, not very comfortable viewing. No light in this alcove either where the coffee pot was located so you couldn't see what you were doing! Bathroom very tiny with a very noisy fan. Bring slippers because everything is tile. Not a very warm room.

We came late, but the concierge, Ms. Patel, met us and placed in a room fast. The room was clean and had a working TV with a remote control. In the morning we ate our breakfast, although a restaurant was about 30 yards from our room.
Overall it was avery good stay, and we will do it again.

This place was perfect for a cheap stay. It has a shower and a TV with satellite but no streaming. The internet was fine. It was nice being located right next to a Carls Jr and a convenient store. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night due to traffic from the gas station, but that's not their fault at all. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing dreadfully terrible. I'd say I had a perfectly average stay. It gave me a place to sleep and clean myself while I was in town for a festival.

Dated but comfortable
Hotel was old and looked like there was some damage from the winter storms that had not yet been fixed. However, the room was clean and they had obviously done what they could to modernize the rooms. Check in and check out was easy.

Needs Some "TLC"
This motel/inn has very nice people that work there (family-owned and operated). The young daughter that was at the lobby desk (Marishka- I believe) was very helpful and checked me in quickly. She is so polite. This place is in dire need of some upgrades, repairs, and improvements to the property. I had several things that went wrong in my room. On the 2nd or 3rd day/night I had a leak in the ceiling walls it had dripped on the floor for a couple of days (due to maintenance /contractors not able to come out and fix the problem - needed certain pipes). Then I had NO hot water for a few days! Mr. Manoush (I think that was his name) let me use another room for showering and offered to let me move in there too, but I was leaving town after my 11-day stay by that time. The ice machine barely had ice each day. But this man really was attentive to what ever I needed but I personally think that he should consider upgrading/renovating a lot of this property. Centrally located near several stores restaurants, two malls, Costco, and sits adjacent to a Chevron gas station (which was BTW a little noisy at times with loud vehicles/motorcycles, which made for a sleepless night or two). Probably would NOT stay there again. Sorry

When my son and I first got there to get the room I saw a black widow spider so i killed it and left it there for the housekeeping to see. Also I saw a white bug crawling on the bed so i killed that too before it got to my son. Then the bedsheets, my son started getting rashes all over his stomach. When we went out the next day I told the management to change the sheets cus my sons getting rashes. When we went back to the hotel from the mall that night his rashes came back and became worse. My son doesnt usually get rashes he just started getting them when we were staying there. Overall i do liked how its close to store and heater/ac was good too. I also like the little table where we can sit and eat and the little fridge and microwave too.

Good Motel
For the price and location it’s very convenient. Pretty close to the freeway. Only about 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. It is a motel not a hotel so don’t expect anything upscale. But safety and cleanliness is important to me so I gave it a five.

Quick dip to the bay !!
From check in to check out the staff was so helpful. The parking was amazing. The room was super clean the water was HOT just the way we liked it. The girl at check In even gave us an extra blanket as requested . did I mention the rates were super reasonable.

The room was scrupulously clean. The heater/cooler/fan worked well. Despite being next to a busy El Camino Real intersection, the room was quiet. The shower was very good. The owner/manager was friendly and responsive. Bear in mind that this is a simple motel. The value for price was good.

It is a decent place for short stay. Fairly clean room and bathroom. Close to San Francisco International Airport. What I don’t like is, no restaurant, guest need to go out to buy food and drink outside.

Good for a quick stay
Just what I needed: a clean, quiet room for a quick overnight stay. Staff was very courteous. The only reason I gave the condition an "OK" review is because there was some ugly damage to the tiles on the bathroom window that makes the place feel "run down," but really, the rest of the room was in good shape. Could've used an extra blanket, but the bed was comfortable (if you like your mattresses on the firm side) and sheets clean.

The units were very clean with the exception of the floors which turned the bottom of my white socks black. There is very little amenities, no iron or ironing board, the room I was in had a large area for a travel bag and it should have had in there also a clothes rod. The clothes rod with this room was under the table which was under the television and hanging anything on the hangers cause them to be on the floor. The people on the door was very low and was non-functional. My room was at the end of the hotel and it took almost 3 to 4 minutes for any hot water to come out of the shower, it was so long I thought possibly the hot water tank was bad. Don't get me wrong this is a economical place to stay which offers you clean bed and a quiet room for a reasonable price. However if you want a few more amenities you would be better suited to a more well-known hotel chain. The manager was always going above board to try to help in any way he could. Friendly courteous and smiling

The stay was okay for the price. The area seemed nice/safe enough. The space was a bit tight, and the complimentary toiletries left something to be desired (e.g. no conditioner provided, shampoo in packets). The people in the room next door were yelling all night (2:30am, then again at 3:30am), and we could hear everything, so I didn't sleep overly well.

Stay away from this place. It’s located next to busy streets and a gas station and very noisy even with window and door closed. Our AC unit also make terrible loud noise when turned on. They would not do much about it and refused our request to check out early and get a refund of the future nights. After terrible sleep due to noise, the next morning we found blackish stain on one bed sheet and a live spider on the other bed. We had to leave early after one night stay but they want to keep 3 nights payment of over $300!! Shame on them! It’s near the end of our family vacation and left a bad taste and our impression of SF. Don’t believe the photos online and it was from a special angel and not the real deal.

My boyfriend and I had no choice but to stay here only because our bathroom toilet was flooded. There was still hair in the hair dryer, the bathroom looked like it needed a deep clean and the sheets were very questionable that I had to use a disinfectant spray and sleep with a sweater and hood on.

Good, but need to fix some small deficiencies
Management need to change shower sprinklers that are not fully functional. Shower curtains also need to be replaced when they are dirty, especially on the lower portion with mold. Overall, Travelers Inn is good and comfortable to stay. Just need to be aware fixing some small deficiencies in order to be one of the best motel in town!

Convenient for our (auto) trips into SF and to the South Bay. Not far from BART. Across the street from a grocery store and adjacent to a mini-mart (literally situated behind a had station). Very friendly people. Clean but not modern. Our second stay. Would stay again.

While outside appears OK from photos on Expedia, the rooms are ugly, dirty, and needed to be updated 20 years ago. Property is adjacent to a gas station and the lobby is behind bullet-proof glass. Due to concerns for bedbugs/scabies and also personal safety, I checked out 15 minutes after checking in.
Front-desk staff was accommodating and only charged me for 1 of 3 nights.

The ad was misleading, I stated I had service dog guy still yelled at me said I wasn’t truthful. Place was nasty dirty there’s no view at all there’s a fast food drive through right in your face had deposit only part was returned. One of the worst places I’ve stayed.

I believe Travelers Inn was listed as a 2-star. I would give the exterior of the property 2-1/2 stars, the interior 1-1/2 stars. It is behind a large busy gas station, an AM/PM and a Carl's Jr. Some would find that too busy. It was convenient for me. I was there for two weeknights. At the adjoining motel, about three rooms distance from me, on both nights there was what sounded like a nightclub at full tilt. Desk management seemed efficient enough, thanks, but what I would characterize as indifferent minimalism, but I suspect this was a cultural thing in our land of ever increasing vibrant diversity.

Older motel with a gas station/Carl's Junior in the parking lot so very bright and pretty loud. Pretty no frills but centrally located and the clerk was very nice. All in all, for a quick place to crash it wasn't too bad and the plus side of having a gas station/carl's junior right there is that it's not too far to go for a quick bite or a coffee!

The property is just behind a rather busy Chevron gas station so some guests might have privacy issues.Surprisingly,the room was quiet.The shower curtain in Rm 11 has to be replaced.

Clean, basic hotel room
Room was clean and everything was in good order. Our room was right next to the office, and we were able to hear whenever the phone rang in the office. That was the only problem. There was plenty of parking. It was in a busy area, but very convenient to where we were going, and we were able to walk to restaurants.

Convenient location with close by stores and food restaurants. Overall good place to stay. Cleanliness ok. Towel rack needs to be replaced by new one or plastic one, rusty rack don't want to use for towels.
