Very friendly staff at check in. Door key didn’t work the first time but was quickly corrected. Normal breakfast offered but was out of coffee so we didn’t stay.

Friendly staff, run down hotel.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is run down and not what I expected for a Marriott brand. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There were very sleepless nights because of this. No hot water. Towels need to be recycled as they are rough and overused.

I booked the room through Expedia and paid for standard king bed room, they give me accessible room and I told them , I’m not comfortable in this room , they said that’s what they have cable , even was Tuesday middle of week and empty hotel . When they changed the room , they gave me room with 2 twins bed next to utility room and ice machine room with too much noise , I left the room and get another room at another hotel

Book here if you want to get interrupted before the 12pm check out by knocks at 11am! Also if you love roaches this is the place for you. Brittany was great!! The only saving grace. The sheets also are rougher than gravel

They put us in a handicap room that had a dirty bathroom and the wall shampoo containers dripped into tub and I almost fell it was so slippery! Floor smelled like nasty dirty mop not clean at all! Rest of room was ok! Carpet and lighting could use a clean too!

The bed sucked it felt like a box sprite g with no padding. The pillows were ok
The air conditioner sucked and when turned on my allergies kicked in full force.
The breakfast looked good enough. And the coffee was hot and fresh. If I had been able to get a good nights sleep it would have been a 5 star review.

We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s very convenient to Annandale Village. The breakfast and staff are excellent. Our only complaint this time is that they have installed refrigerators that have governors which only allow it to run for two hours and it will not start again for 8 hours. We improvised putting cups of ice in the frig.

A bit upset by non working computers
It was great except they said i was a no show. I stayed in room 108. My daughter even came to visit. I checked in on time and left Monday morning at 7 am.

The carpets and the room had a moisture like scent. The AC unit in the room was old and the digit LEDs were broken so we couldn’t tell what the temperature was set to.. The toilet was positioned really close to the wall and the ceiling finishes were just not well done. The carpet had some ware and tear near the entryway too. The amenities seemed great at the hotel but the room was really uncomfortable.. I would not want to stay there again.

Although I paid for a suite through Expedia I was told there were no suites available when I arrived and that was blamed on using a 3rd party to book the stay. The room was fine, the property was fine, breakfast was fine but not getting what I paid for made the whole experience less enjoyable.

Location was convenient to get to from interstate yet quiet. three restaurants were nearby and easy to walk to.
I was there for a car show in the town and the manager was kind about allowing us extra parking for our trailer.
Room was clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again.

We were in Atlanta for a concert. We had called the hotel to make sure we could check in after midnight as the concert would be late. The women that answered said yes as long as we were there by 3 am. We got to the hotel at about 1am. We stood at the front desk for about 25 minutes waiting for someone. We rang the bell and called the phone. Finally somebody came out and proceeded to tell us we were lucky because he was getting ready to run the report. The room was not very nice. It had a horrible smell, which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning system. Would not recommend.

There was patchwork on walls that didnt look good. The tv wiring VERY sloppy looking. Being a hotel tied to Marriott, i would think wires would be concealed in the wall. Not hard to do!

Room EXTREMELY noisy. Can hear doors slam all night and showers. Mattresses have wear dents and did not steep comfortably. Had to move to middle of bed to prevent rolling off and to try to find an even spot. Housekeeper spoke not one word of English and did not clean my room the first day, even though I met her in the hall and tried to tell her.

In need of a deep clean
The lobby was clean but the rooms were spot cleaned at best. There was a slight smell of mold. Other people I spoke with had the same problem. Some more than others aboit the mold smell. Some people got sick off of the smell and had to be moved. This hotel is in need of a deep clean and removal of the mold. Other than that, the beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

Property Needs Updating
Every staff member was friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast was good and full of variety. However, the condition of the hotel is not worth the price. The rooms are damp, which leaves a musty smell. We were not informed there would be no room service. We were fine with this except that we needed toiletries and were unaware we would need to ask at the front desk. Our shower was a struggle with which way to turn for hot or cold, and the toilet sounded like a jet plane taking off when you flushed it. Again, all staff members were friendly and helpful, but it was not the standard Fairfield Inn experience I am used to.

The room was clean but smelled very damp and musty. They provided a dehumidifier, but how annoying is it to have to get up in the middle of the night because it was full and beeping at you? The shower curtain on the step-in shower was completely ineffective too and one shower basically flooded the bathroom. The bathroom also had very poor lighting to try and get ready by. Decent hotel, but needs updating

Pleasant experience

Don’t expect much.
I was not happy that the wifi was down the entire night. The breakfast was not up to par. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield Inns and had much better breakfast. Then, when I checked out, their system was down and I was unable to get a receipt for my stay.

The check in staff were awesome nice hotel spacious room. I just wish the pool was heated. It was ice cold so the kids only went in it once. It was the reason I wanted to stay there so the kids could have something to do.

The only option for water was a $2.50 Aquafina bottle at the store, so make sure you bring your own. We had a reservation for a King room and the handicapped was the only one available.. but the doors were so heavy, I cannot imagine it would be a good option for someone in a wheelchair, etc. The room was also very musty, almost like a mold smell.

Hotel.com charged for a room with no vacancy
To Whom It May Concern:
I secured a hotel room online at the Hotel.com site on June 18,2021 around 8:00pm for 1 night stay at which the Hotel inform me they had no rooms available and they cancel my reservation and informed me to contact Hotel.com for a refund that I am requesting
to go back on my credit card.
I spoke with Tomeka front desk assistance at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Suwanee as well as, the
General Manager Saraphina and was told that once Hotel.Com make contact to confirm the cancelations was due to No rooms
were available and they cancel it that Hotel.com would Honor that and refund me on my credit card .
Your urgent attention to this issue would be Greatly appreciated!
