Will stay again!
Very nice desk clerk and fast check in. Very clean room and the air conditioning worked great. Loved the shower! Very quiet and was able to sleep great. I tried to iron a shirt and the iron wasn’t getting hot. That is the only thing that was negative for me.

They resolved an issue very well
My daughter and I checked in then discovered shortly after that the pool was closed for repairs. Given that this was the main reason we booked the room, I asked for a full refund. The front desk staff, who was very friendly, discussed with management and was able to secure a cancellation with full refund. I would’ve preferred being told at time of check in that the pool was out of order, but appreciated how Fairfield resolved the situation. I would consider booking here again.

Beware the pool
Our stay was for the most part decent except for the fact that we decided to use the pool and it smelled horribly of chlorine and myself and my wife became very itchy and had to get out very quickly

Comfortable room for what we needed. We just came in for a concert so it was just a place to sleep that was close. Room smelled a little musty. Breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular. There was cereal or waffles. Not eggs or any extras like that that is typically with hotel breakfasts. Hotel was located close to a lot of things so getting around was simple. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you were looking for convenience and didn’t need all the bells and whistles.

Everything was great with the exception of room cleanliness. The sofa bed was stained and there was much trash under it. My wife used to work for hotels so she was upset. She cleaned the pillows and removed the trash after taking pictures. She has the pictures on her phone. There was a large amount of dust on the bed headboard also. If it had not been for these things everything would have been wonderful…we thought we had to change rooms when we first got there because the toilet would not flush properly. However, the hotel employees gave us a plunger and we had no more problems. We travel often so this is not a bad hotel just had a few things that could be easily fix. I believe we will stay here again

Booked especially for the indoor pool and it wasn't accessible at time of check in yet that wasn't on the Hotels.com site? Rude service especially when I was rudely asked to wear a mask when the employee didn't even have one on? Asked for a late check out and the same gentleman was uncooperative? I left, didn't even sleep on the bed?

The hotel overall was good. Staff were nice. The room was comfortable but you could tell there was a mold issue by the musty smell when you walked in the room. I did see mold in the bathroom and window curtains.

Workout room was filthy - the equipment as well as the floor. Like it hadnt been cleaned in a long while.
When are hotels going to start cleaning rooms during your stay again, instead of waiting until you check out?
The temp in the room seemed inconsistent, with a loud air conditioner.
The room itself was clean, but the tub could've used someone to take a magic eraser to it, and clean the hair off it, and the bathroom fan had so much dust build up that it was hanging off in webs. Those 3 things make you wonder what dirtiness you can't see that is still there.
The rooms looked like they were fairly recently redecorated , but with 70s style colors. Yuck
The woman at the desk was AWESOME. Friendliest check-in person I've ever had. Smiled. Can't say the same for the day shift guy, but she was the one big positive of the stay.

Overall the hotel was clean. However our bathroom had several small black ants crawling around. A lady came and sprayed something, but after a couple hours they were back. They were not a problem at all really, i just thought i would note it since i had to pay SO much for the room.

I found the room very clean. Check in was quick and great customer service. The beds were comfortable and because of COVID no buffet breakfast. But they did have to go breakfasts in a bag and they were still yummy and good.
Nice room, comfortable, and I would so stay here again. Looking forward to reserving them again in the future.

Dirty coffee maker
The coffee machine in the room was filthy. I didn't get a chance to drink coffee in the room. Good thing speedway was up the street. The coffee machine where you pour the water in was completely dirty. But I enjoyed my stay beside that.

Eventhough there were restrictions due to Covid, Rodney made our stay a pleasure! He was great at check in and always had a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. I called sunday night for towels and he brought them up in less than 5 minutes. I would like for his management staff to know how awesome he is and because of him we will come back for our weekend staycations! Thanks so much Rodney!

Check in was a mess got there after 3 2 people at counter and no one could get us checked in. Reported TV not working did nothing about it so sat and stared at the wall...over charged us from what we paid and no one knows how to give us money back filed noise complaint and they said oh well nothing we can do

We really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled from MS for my sister's memorial service and wanted a location right off of Hwy. 57 close to my father and the facility where the service was held. The staff was very nice and professional. The facility was very clean. My sister and her family really enjoyed the indoor pool. We we definitely choose this hotel again for future events.

The hotel was good but terrible noise. We were in a room close to the elevator can hear it and it was loud. People down the hall screaming and swearing kept us up all night and couldn’t go to breakfast. Beds are uncomfortable as well.

I was very frustrated with the noise next door to me. Young people very loud! My husband nor myself was not able to sleep for hours. Finally at 1am, I called the front desk to report the disturbance and we finally were able to sleep. The walls are paper thin at this hotel. You can hear any and everything!

The hotel was great. Staff was great. The people at the front desk were very helpful and checking in was easy. However, whatever soap they use to wash the bedding left my skin itchy, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.
I did not like the towels. They had a smell to them that lingered and my skin smelled like it, too.

The breakfast was really good! The staff was extremely nice and some were extremely apologetic and even said we should have been moved to another room. I didn’t know till later that they control the air and heat it was so hot in our room the air wasn’t working but found out they don’t put the air on until April lol. But I could open the window. Which I did it didn’t look like it opened, we were in the 3rd floor and had to use the 1st floor restroom because our toilet was overflowing and the plunger they gave us wasn’t working. Somehow it worked when checkout time was near, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was great and rooms clean other then that
