I booked 7 rooms for my touring band. Great value, clean, modern hotel, nice rooms, and very helpful hotel staff. Will absolutely book here next time we play in or around the Boston area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and looked brand new. The bed was especially comfortable. But the best part was that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay and we would be happy to stay here again.

The room they selected at first tv wasn’t working so I called and maintenance fixed it. So around 11:00pm while my boyfriend and I were alsleep we were woken up by someone getting into our room. Thankfully the indoor lock was latched on but they opened the door pretty hard. And it was a guy and a girl. They realized my boyfriend woke up and ran to the door and they ran. So in terms of safety I felt very unsafe and still can’t understand how someone used another room key and was able to get in our room. Also complained to front desk in the morning and all they said is it was impossible as if I was making that up. I didn’t have good stay and wish they had done better. I felt very unsafe after the incident. Do better holiday inn

Loved my stay
I really enjoyed my stay, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was a decent size, clean. The room had dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The breakfast in the morning was also great. I would stay here again

Concern re slipping in tub
Everything was excellent; the place is immaculate and the staff great. Only concern is that the bathtub is so slippery, with the only handrail requiring you face the shower stream, that we were afraid of falling. It's an accident waiting to happen.

The housekeeping staff did not clear the trash or replenish coffee capsules in our room after our first night of stay. We had to make a request at the front desk before the trash was clear. But coffee capsules were never replenished.

It was a great experience, I would reccomend this hotel as clean, safe, easy way to park, breakfast with a lot options (specially for me - as I have celiac disease - they have a lot of gluten free options.

I loved the open areas around hotel and my views from my window specially with the fall arriving giving us a mosaic of color on the trees as they turn into their fall color. This area is good for people who has a car and does not depend of transportation or taxis, ubers, etc.

Came for college visits in Boston area and stayed in Waltham since it's more convenient for parking, cheaper and had free breakfast.

Quick trip to Dana Farber
We were in Boston for a Dr. appointment and we’re looking for a hotel that was easy to get to and not far from Brookline . This was a perfect fit. Easy off I 95 and 30 minutes from Dana Farber. Clean comfortable and had a good breakfast.

Pros: a lot less expensive than staying in Boston Proper, decent breakfast, easy highway access
Cons: the bathroom - no water pressure and no counter space, the bathtub had rust on it, towels akin to sandpaper, hotel is kind of stinky

Comfortable, quiet and clean
It was a last minute trip for a medical appointment. We needed two rooms and were able to get them next to each other which was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet which was greatly appreciated by the family member who had the medical appointment. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion required it.

The AC did not work in the room we were assigned. Maintenance was responsive and considerate. We were moved to a room with one bed instead of two. The bedding is ripped. The room service was responsive and the front desk staff is hit or miss. Nothing was offered for being inconvenienced and moved to a different room.

The room was OK but it has a Japanese style sliding glass door on the bathroom and it makes it very difficult to use. The second floor has an additional 10 steps down to get to your room where we were. The breakfast was average but adequate.

Good Hotel with One Big Problem
Good hotel about 20 minutes from Boston. Hotel has free wifi (which didn't work everywhere), breakfast and parking. While the hotel was good and I would recommend it, for some reason the bathroom has a sliding door instead of a regular door. The sliding door has large cracks on the side of it and if someone is in there you can hear EVERYTHING. Not cool!

Great location for what I needed. Lots of parking and a good restaurant & bar across the street. Fine dining within walking distance. Front desk was efficient, polite & helpful. Same as I have experienced at other ING hotels.

Very pleased with Our one Night stay
I was impressed with our room and the bathroom. Everything looked to be upgraded from other places we’ve stayed before. Rain shower fixture, cleanliness of everything. Big screen TV and comfortable mattress. Soap, Shampoo, and Body lotion dispensers were a nice touch! Loved the pancake maker at breakfast! Elevator was located conveniently to our 3rd floor room. Ice maker in good working order!

The restaurant at the Best Western that is just across the street (more like a driveway) is among the best in Waltham. It is only a few hundred feet away. Expedia only allows you to designate trips as being say business or leisure. This was for neither but for a medical procedure the next day.

The hotel was great. The bed was actually very comfortable. Even though Expedia screwed up my reservation, the hotel was able to straighten everything out, and they were really great about it.
My husband had early (6am) surgery the next morning, so we needed to check out at 5:15am. The hotel was great, they got me a yogurt to take with me and were really accommodating.
