I only gave it a 2 because the staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. The pool wasn't working and they didn't have hot breakfast as advertised online. The whole hotel smelled bad, our room smelled like pot from time to time as well. The carpets were dirty, not only looked dirty but crumbs/dirty all over. There was also burnt marks on the carpet. Lots of stains on the linens as well. They were replacing TVs which is cool, however half of the ceiling tiles were nasty, falling apart, discolored etc.... I would never stay here again. Even for the cheap price. I'd rather sleep in my car. Again... the staff was nice and provided us extra towels and some air freshener... but I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone.

Good price , nice comfy room , friendly staff
When we first got here we weren't to sure. But once I checked in at front desk and got our room, and settled in we felt better. The gentleman at front desk was so nice, and helpful. Had a little issue with heater. But as soon as I mentioned it to Maria at the front desk she put us in a different room right away. But other then that had no problems at all. Thank you

They charge your card on multiple different occasions. When asked to talk with a manager, was told there wasn’t one till Monday. The place was dirty, smelled awful. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom sink didn’t drain. Just an overall awful experience.

The hot tub rooms are perfect.
stairs suck and the place was dirtier then it has ever been
in the hallways and stairway.
but we will still stay there, people are great.

Staff 5 star they were great building in poor shape halls dirty ceiling fan in bathroom hangin out of wall could see outside through air conditioner room was basement level so yeah….. and I cut my stay early and lost out on money due to drug activity in room next to me i thought my room was having an electrical fire situation and it was person next to me doing and or making drugs idk I just know I was uncomfortable after that and forfeited my already paid for stay because of the unsafe feeling . Once again STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY NICE THEY DESERVE 5 stars the hotel itself is a definite NO. It needs serious remodeling and can’t expect too much from ppl staying there that’s not the hotels fault but was definitely uncomfortable

The hallway carpets were just filthy.
The bathroom door was held on by only one hinge. The toilet seat was missing, but the staff quickly replaced it.

Nice clean room for the most part. Grease marks on shower curtain. Breakfast as advertised was a joke. When we got there at 6:15 am, nothing hot to eat, no plates or glasses/cups. Being reasonable priced I can understand cutbacks but don't advertise it as hot breakfast.

Pro - Inexpensive place to sleep with relatively comfortable beds.
Cons - 1. The room was dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Room smelled like mold and smoke.
2. The pool was out of order. I was told the pump and the filter were broken. It happens, but it’s still a con.
3. Breakfast was… something. They offered prepackaged Rice Krispy treats, cereal (Fruity Pebbles with Lucky Charms marshmallows mixed in) with no milk, oatmeal with no water, toast, and a few muffins.
There are a few other things that I could mention, but suffice it to say there’s a lot of room for improvement.

My room smelled like insecticide. The pool was dirty and a grown man sat in there and watched my daughters swim. I complained and never heard back management. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Front desk rep. refused to check me in, then called the manager who wouldn’t speak to me to rectify the situation and then told me I needed to find somewhere else to stay because I didn’t want to be charged twice, and still don’t know that I won’t be charged for their chaos. Horrible experience.

First, the receipt was $74,my credit card was charged $99!!!! What is this?
The security chain was broken, the light by the door was burnt out, there was a coffee maker but no cups and the TV didn't work.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.
This appears to be a hotel where some of the local people like to frequent. It is the only property during our 13 day trip where we felt the need to cable lock motorcycles together for safety reasons.
There was no breakfast offered.

Room was not clean….bedspread specifically had some type of ground in dirt on it. They need to wash those top layers of bedding. Bathroom was ok. Just a tired looking room needing some updating

I liked the 62 dollar price. It was a $62 place. Poor continental breakfast as in yogurt from Wal-Mart. Milk. Cereal. Bed and bathroom were clean. Shower and hot water was good. No elevator but 2 flights of stairs. Room was good sized. Everything was just older and it smelled like an old used hotel. Your nose acclimatized quickly and I went to sleep and got up. Bed was good. I left only $62 lighter. You get what you pay for. I just needed a clean place to sleep and shower and I got it.

It was just a quick overnight stay so it was fine for that but the room had a noisy A/C unit which we needed because it was warm. Also the bed/sheet had a strange feeling of humidity/semi-moisture which made it uneasy to sleep in.

This was not a good place. At. All. We showed up. Checked in. Found another hotel. And left within the hour. It cost me $100 to cancel but worth it. No way would i have felt clean or safe. The pool looked awesome though!

The hot tub was not in service, someone's swimming trunks were on the back of the bathroom door no soap or shampoo and guess, what toilet paper almost out. The front desk was new and had no idea how to reach a supervisor. The orbits site was not representative of what was real.

Don't stay here. The staff at this place will try to rob you. The lady at check in was nice but then there was a staff change at 5pm. The new receptionist lady was drunk and she and the "maintenance man " tried to rob us. He thought we went for supper, walked right into our room with his key into an embarrassing situation. When we questioned them, they tried to lie.

The staff was great. I was pleased with the area around the hotel with easy access to dining and anything else I needed. Some of the guests were not exactly courteous and were loud at very late hours. A good place to stay on a budget.

Checked in was told pool and hot tub was broke down next went to park where they suggested real icey parking lots almost broke my neck. Next got to the door hands full and the card wouldn’t work to open the door very carefully I walked all the way back to the front of the hotel only to be told the batteries in the door were dead they refused to offer any compensation because it was booked through Expedia I hope I have better luck the next two nights or I may be done booking Expedia

Booked this hotel because it had a hot tub, pool and work out room. When we checked in the pool and hot tub was broke and there was no work out room. THEY DON'T HAVE ONE... The ice machine didn't work and they only had one for the hole place. The chain lock for our door was broke. The heat was either on or off. So the room would get hot then we would have to turn the heat off so it would cool down, Hard to sleep.They didn't have any kleenex either. Was told the side door was not working. We would like some, if not all of our money back was a very sad place to stay. Wouldn't stay there again. Very disappointed.

Pool was closed for maintenance, nothing posted online about it. Stains on curtains, sheets and on walls in bathroom. Big crack in floor by beds(structurally unstable??) Found bed bugs in bed. Stayed 6 hours and left! Worst hotel ever!!

I was never told or anything was posted before coming into check in that the hotel was under new ownership & remodeling was being done, hallway leading to the room smelled like pot & cigarette smoke.
Room was clean but i had to call front desk for the gal to help me reset the tv which was nice of her, breakfast was a total let down , cold stuff like cereal, apple juice & orange juice

I booked the place for two days for the pool. The had it closed to be painted but didnt say that on the website. Hotel was dirty with food laying on the steps but the room was vlean and smelled nice. They said not to park on sote

The continental breakfast had no hot food, staff said they don't have facilities to cook food. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner did not work in the original room. I have to give credit to the staff, they were short of workers, but were doing the best they could. There were very friendly and helpful.

Old and dingy
We only needed a quick place to sleep as we were passing through. This was the cheapest hotel and it had free breakfast and a pool and hot tub. The staff here are the nicest gals. Morning and night staff where wonderful. The hotel was in desperate need of renos. The carpets were disgusting. There is no elevator. The pool and hot tub where gross I didn't let my kids go in. The paint was chipping on the hot tub which made the hot tub look awful. The breakfast was not worth getting up for. All in all if I was desperate or broke I would stay here as the bed's were comfy and the staff was very nice. But it was as old dingy hotel.

Overall staff was friendly.
This hotel is in need of some major renovations and updates. Carpets are torn and paint peeling off. The pool and hot tub are in need of some major TLC to clean up and paint all the peeling paint everywhere.

It wasn’t t crazy busy and even though the pool area was smaller and a bit older… it was a perfect place for our family get together! I can’t say enough about all Of the staff members… they made it a great place to stay!!! Thank you!

Our room was disgustingly dirty, the hot tub was colder than the pool, the front desk lady was rude, the tub was disgusting had to clean it before I could shower the bedding was not clean. There was food all over the floor.

I frequently travel all over the US and I choose my hotel stays based on amenities. While checking in I noticed a posted sign on the door to the indoor pool and workout equipment and to my disappointment i realized the workout equipment and pool were unavailable during my stay. VERY disappointing as I chose this hotel for the workout equipment access. When I expressed my disappointment to the hotel staff I was met with an attitude. Unfortunately I couldn’t cancel my reservation and go somewhere else as it wasn’t refundable. When I got to my room and opened the curtains I saw that my room faced the pool and equipment that I couldn’t utilized.
Later in the night I spoke to another hotel staff who was a lot more friendly and apologetic for her co workers conduct. I was then told that the pool and workout stuff will be available the following morning. However, I only stayed the 1 night.
This hotel had some guests who obviously lived there and it became VERY obvious drugs were being sold and used on the premises as I encountered several guests who were under the influence.
I will not be back to this hotel. I do not recommended this hotel and I’m VERY disappointed I paid for such a lousy stay.

It was extremely noisy and disruptive on the floor where my room was. In the room next door there were 2 adults and 5 young children. All night they would knock into the wall, probably while they were sleeping. Starting around 5 A.M. the young kids woke up and proceeded to scream, cry, play while the adult(s) would yell at them and each other. I went down to the front desk to let them know four times and even knocked on their door to implore them to try to keep it down. All to no avail. I was in town for an athletic performance event and believed that the hotel's quiet policy would be helpful in allowing me to get some rest in between matches but the opposite was true. It was an absolutely brutal experience. I would have gotten way more rest and saved a lot of money by sleeping in my vehicle and taken a shower at a truck stop.
