Staff was friendly and the check in was easy. The room wasn't so appeasing. Broken lights coming off the wall,the door handle to the bathroom was also damaged and dangling.the room needs to be maintained and cleaned a little better. Looks very run down.

Room was infested with Chinese Beetles/ Ladybugs (I removed myself but showed night clerk first), Light Bulb missing, Room # missing, Fire sprinkler on wall in room #327 very rusty, soap dish broken. Just overall not well cared for. Management took room out of service when we complained on checkout. Unexpired carton of milk was clabbered/spoiled! No discount offered since we booked with Expedia.

Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the area is quiet and safe. The breakfast includes egg white omelette, sausage, pastries, fruits, oatmeal and yogurt.

Great staff and breakfast, but a bit humid
Did a quick overnight stay on my way to somewhere else. The check in staff was very friendly, and the room was nice enough, though some of the hotel features are a bit outdated. The free breakfast had a wide variety of options including cinnamon buns and fresh pancakes which makes for a great start to the day. My only complaint is that this hotel needs a dehumidifier. The humidity was so high that the carpeting is perpetually damp and it even made my phone charging port so damp that I couldn't use it for hours until it dried out. If i had been staying more than one night this would have been a significant issue.

This looks like a renovated property, I think Holiday Inn took over an existing property that may be going thru renovations but it appears to be kinda old. Nice big room and if you still like refrigerators and microwaves in rooms and good continental breakfasts, this is a decent place.

So so bathroom
The stay was okay. Didn’t like the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. Only one and not near the shower. Hot and cold was in reverse on the spigot after 5- minutes of running cold water. I could go on and on, but it’s Holiday Inn. Just what you’d expect.

The bed and linens were very good. But the sink was cracked and the tub needed a plug.
There should have been a recycle bin in the room for cans and paper.

Hotel was fine, but one elevator! For the entire building! Not a great design. Also, ice machines were only on the first and third floor. I was on the fourth of course. Bed very comfy. Toilet sits a little low. Other than that I would stay again.

our room and the hallways had an overbearing disinfectant odor that was hard to get past. It was the kind of disinfectant that is used to cover up cigarette smoke (ours was a non-smoking room) The room was reasonably clean , though a bit tired and had a 'low end" feeling.The toilet was the lowest height that I have ever encountered: areal SQUATTY POTTY .Breakfast was OK (for a free breakfast) The coffee was good.
Next time on our way to Florida, we'll try one of the other chains to see which is better; there were plenty to choose from.

Very disappointed in the room conditions. I arrived and was told no other rooms were available. When I went to my room, the linens were disheveled and there were hairs, stains, and rips in the bedding. The walls had cracks, and the pillows looked like someone had slept just a few moments before I arrived. I could not stay and checked out immediately to find other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was nice, the staff was nice, my only issue were the ants, there were ants everywhere, they need a goo exterminator, I was on the second floor so if they where on the 2nd floor they where probably everywhere else, other than that my stay was cool

Our room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned. Found food on the ground, and the room smelled musty like someone with strong cologne had just stayed there. When we woke up the next day my daughter and I had broken out in a rash. I don’t believe the sheets were washed. I don’t know what was going on outside but loud music played well past midnight. So loud I could hear it over the tv in our room.

The property had been updated in recent years, but it lacked TLC. The first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned. The next room smelled very musty, but I had brought room spray with me. Other maybe minor items for some traverlers were that a towel was dirty, the vents filled with dust, the shower fixture was rusty and needed that pink residue cleaned, tub floor had sticky's that were black-ish, there was a water bug/roach looking insect in the bathroom, and other minor upkeep issues (like peeling wall paper). Breakfast quality was also not as expected. So just okay, and it made me wonder where else they were cutting corners.

Property is welcoming, the Representative’s are friendly and attentive to each patron. Housekeeping, not all do a thorough cleaning in the rooms. I had to clean urine stains on the toilet, coffee or drink marks iff the bedside stand.

They only have one elevator which made leaving the establishment slow. However, the stay was very pleasant quiet and clean. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would say the bathroom finishes need to be updated they are kind of rusty. But I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay
The rooms were large, breakfast had delicious cinnamon rolls and the bed was very comfortable. I was Leary when we got the room across from the elevator, but it was fine. The hotel was quiet and we slept great. It was also very clean. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

Beds were comfortable, no hot water in the shower - had to call the office for help. Breakfast was very good. Much loud door slamming starting at 4:30 AM, trucker outside idling for 45 minutes. Cut our sleep short.

I find it UNBELEIVABLE that you use the excuse “due to Covid” they only clean rooms every five days. Not only does that mean no clean towels, coffee, but you only get 2 coffee cups per room. You literally have to go to the front desk for coffee cups and towels after NIGHT 1. If Covid is the excuse, you should clean more, not less. The mattresses were the only good thing about the stay.

Our room was a little dusty (not sure how long before we checked in it had been cleaned), the chair in the room was dirty and our tv stopped working at a point. The cleanliness was disappointing for the price we paid for 1 night.

I arrived at 7:30 pm to check in and had to go to six rooms before I was checked in to a clean room. The first six were not cleaned from the earlier checkouts. It was very aggravating after a long day working.

I liked that the property was easy to find via navigation, and was just right off a major road. I also liked that my friends who I was meeting up with stayed at a nearby hotel that was in walking distance.
I did not like that my first room upon arriving was on the 1st floor and also to an adjoining room. I felt that the experience would have been better if I was initially asked if that would've been ok, vs. me finding out upon arrival. My second room that I was moved to was a one with twin beds, which was fine, but the sheets looked as if they may have just been made up/ re-used, as the sheets were still wrinkled as if someone slept in/ on the bed and just simply made it back up neatly. The room also had an unusual, but somewhat strong off scent. I couldn't determine if it was food or maybe something else. My third room, which was also a twin, was acceptable, but at a price of no refrigerator. The elevator was also a little buggy at times, although it still worked fine.

We used this for a 1 night stay. It is fine for what it is. The hotel is just older. It was pretty clean. Front desk was nice. Everything in our room worked. It is just a basic hotel which was fine for our needs.

This Place Needs Help
This hotel is run-down and needs repairs in every area of the building. Breakfast area is not kept stocked with hot food, and it's hit or miss if there will be anything left after the traveling utility contractors have cleared the place out. I only saw one hotel employee the entire time I was on property, very unusual even in the era of Covid reduced staffing.

The floors an carpets throughout the hotel are filthy - like they haven't been cleaned in months. The floor inside the unit was also dirty, with dirty shoe prints visible. All of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty and the tv didn't work.

The room was okay and the beds are comfortable but it looked like it wasn’t cleaned enough, I saw a few ants around. There were not enough towels and I had to go down to the lobby on the second day to get clean towels. They told me they didn’t have enough and then they asked people to bring all their used towels down to the lobby to be washed, it is the first time I see that at a hotel.

Bathroom was not too clean. There was people all over the parking drinking and been loud at about 2am. No room service during stay. Doors constantly slamming and can hear people from your room cursing outside. Difficult to rest with so much noise everywhere!

Our stay was good. Room rates are the same but all amenities are not available. Covid-19 can not continue to your reason for not serving a hot breakfast to your patrons. Especially when the internet says hot breakfast! Buffet restaurants are open and hotels that want to continue to provide all services to the patrons make a way!!! They can have someone serve the breakfast but please stop using COVID19 as an outlet to not serve a hot breakfast to your guest! LIES

Don't expect much for breakfast!
There was barely anything for breakfast. The only hot item were the cinnamon rolls but they ran out of them. Don't expect much, certainly not the "hot breakfast" that the front desk said would be available. We also noticed housekeepers without proper masks cleaning rooms. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

As always the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Due to the pandemic there was only a take away breakfast that was a little disappointing- oranges, muffins, yogurt. Many people in the morning let their doors slam shut therefore I was woken up very early and couldn’t get back to sleep.

This hotel is way overpriced for the condition it is in, bathrooms need serious updating. Wouldn’t shower in it because it was so dingy, the beds Were heavenly which is why we stay there and the breakfast was great, I would pay maybe two digits for the room but certainly not the three it was,

Very Nice Room!!
Very Nice hotel. Beds were very comfy. Each bed has four pillows labels soft or firm. Nice blanket!! Direct TV was a little crazy. It kept freezing.

The hotel reeked of musty mildew. The ac was awful and noisy. Could not sleep because of the smell and noise. The bathroom tub was falling apart and moldy around the tub. The cost of the hotel was over priced for what you got. The carpet was also damp. Will not stay here again.
