The rooms are clean. The indoor pool is very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good. The halways are quiet. Beds are comfortabel.

The staff was very kind and check-in was quick and easy.
Unfortunately, we had lipstick on our pillow case and we didn't sleep well do to a very bright blue light flickering all night long on the heater/ac unit.
The pool was extremely dirty and the chorine was so strong you had to walk out of the space within a minute.

An ok place to stay. Room needed some work, thermostat didn't work, toilet had issues. Breakfast was bland. Check out wasn't nowhere to be found, then he had an attitude and didn't email my receipt.

The property is very clean, quiet and convenient for me. However, during this stay, there were some equipment/supply issues. No pillows in the room when I arrived, TV did not work and no coffee maker. Although, staff was very responsive to the missing pillows issue, the TV was never fixed and I never saw a coffee maker.

Would recommend!
I had a great experience at this hotel! Firstly the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay very enjoyable. Special shoutout to Thomas and Michelle for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome during my stay! The hotel room was also spacious, and clean, with housekeeping doing a great job of keeping the entire building and rooms tidy. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice addition. Nothing special, but the yogurt + banana combo served me well in the mornings.

The front desk staff were not friendly. At breakfast there was ham in egg omelet and when we requested egg without ham it was not provided. They were out of bananas and when we asked for it- they mentioned “ we are done”.

Great water pressure. Breakfast could use improvement. Everyday, either egg sandwich or scrambbled eggs with bacon. No other meat. One morning- no paper plates, had to use cereal bowls. But that was fine because if you wanted oatmeal or cereal there was no white milk, only chocolate. Hard to eat that on oatmeal or cereal if you dont care for chocolate. Computer room, never could access because they had no internet working on it the entire time we were there. Went to do a load of wash, did not have laundry soap- they did tell us where stores were to buy. If you want a quiet experience, forget it, young children running down halls screaming. Luckily they did not stay up late

What a hotel
I was a bit hesitant booking a cheap 2 star hotel. What a hotel! Very clean room, staff and cleaners very friendly! Breakfast was really good (and free) best hotel by far! Anyone thinking twice don’t! Very relaxing stay! Booking again for next year! Can’t believe only a 2 star!

They originally gave us the room next to the elevator room which is incredibly loud you hear the elevator machinery evwy time the elevator moves. We had to get that room switched quickly. They should not ise that as a room I am sure theyknow it's loud.

Nice rooms for the price!
The room was very nice. I noticed the phone in the room didn't work when I tried to call the front desk. I walked down to the lobby and there was no attendant there. After waiting 5 minutes a gentleman showed up and informed me the phones haven't worked for a month. Why would this take to long to fix?

We had a great 3 night stay. We were in town for a family event so we’re only at the hotel for a quick breakfast and to sleep. Property a little older but very clean. Pool was small but we weren’t there for the pool. All staff encountered were very friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

If youre looking for just an average hotel, this is it. Service was nice, but not exceeding any expectations. Room had some cleanliness issues, but just minor details. Nothing to get completely grossed out over. Breakfast was just mediocre for it being free. Location right off the highway and in the middle of a shopping center was a big perk. Rooms were quiet and close parking was probably the highlight. I would most likely stay again, if rates stayed low.

Fairfield Inn is a good value for what they offer. It was clean and comfortable and this Fairfield Inn is in a great location with numerous restaurants within walking distance. The lighting in the room was not great which made it hard to put on makeup. The only other concern was that the pillows did not smell fresh, even though the cases were clean.

Great Hotel, Not-Great Check-In
The property was great--clean, safe, and well-located--and the majority of the staff was awesome. The only reason I'm not giving it 100% is because check-in was awful. We called ahead to say we'd be checking in around midnight, but when we arrived there was no one at the front desk, no one answering the phones (we called about 5 times) and no after-hours bell to signal we had arrived. We walked around the entire building but there was no staff visible near any of the doors. We called the Marriott 800 number, and another nearby Fairfield, to try and help us gain access. Both tried but did not succeed. Finally, after 15 minutes standing outside, I began pounding on the glass window like a madwoman and that seemed to rouse the front desk attendant. He let us in and told me I should have pounded on the glass earlier. (!) He never apologized, either. The rest of our stay was fantastic, but our visit really began on the wrong foot.

After staying at other fairfield inns i thought the room was somewhat dated but clean. The ac unit was beat up and i would have appreciated a digital thermostat as in other fairfield inns. I was surprised that there wasnt a microwave in my unit. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This place is pretty old now. The blind needs update so that it can be closed better for the early morning light. The location is pretty good so you can just walk around to find all the restaurants in this shopping center. No coffee machine nor microwave in the hotel room. The dinning room has both so we are ok.

I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker or microwave in the room. To add to that, the refrigerator had to be turned on every 2 hours (from a button inside) to keep it cold. There was no freezer space in the refrigerator. I was lucky and grateful to have the desk clerk put my freezer packs and perishable food in their kitchen…but only when I asked about it. The TV had terrible screen condition, often looked like watching the screen on hallucinogens. Not happy. Won’t stay there again.

Bed way too soft, once you get in it's hard to move. Very uncomfortable. No water in the room, no coffee service in the room, no room cleaning unless requested, fan and light for bath, on the same circuit and noisy. AC fan very loud.
Front desk staff asleep in back room. Additional $40 charge held on credit card for ???? Said it would be taken off later? So far I can't tell. Never had that experience before. Very disappointing for Marriott. Will never book them again.

Clean facility within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. I liked having the little food and beverage store available next to customer service. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional. I've stayed here on two occasions and will be back.

Terribly disappointing. I chose this hotel based on previous reviews but my experience was very negative. Starting with the front door, the knob was visibly dirty. There were cheeto crumbs on the office chair and stains on the desk, smudges on the headboard...evident that basic cleaning was not done let alone what they advertise about sanitizing and enhanced cleaning. The toilet seat was either loose or broken as well. Three times I went to the front desk and no one was there to express my concerns. Ultimately i had to buy lysol spray and wipes to clean myself.

The place was okay the only thing I didn’t like was they don’t clean your room at all also were in a pandemic and they had literally 30 people inside there indoor pool the first floor floors were all wet the staff didn’t bother in cleaning the floor the elevator carpet soaked in water but other than this it’s alright

Excellent stay and we really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Fransico Gaytan. Our car battery died and we were in a hurry for an early morning appointment. He helped us to charge the battery immediately. Very nice person and we really appreciate his timely help. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I loved everything!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for my family of 5. We just wanted a 1 night getaway and this was perfect. The beds were really comfy. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable there.
The only thing that I hated, which wasnt the hotel's fault, was our noisy neighbors. They were SO LOUD; yelling A LOT and playing music. They were obnoxious from 10pm til about 1130pm. Then they started up again at 1am. I called the front desk and I dont know what they did, but a few minutes later their loudness stopped.

Very Clean and comfortable. Parked right at the end of the building where my room was right there also ... The pool was clean with extra towels available at the pool. I swam 6 laps and slept like a baby .. - had to leave at 6 a.m. so grabbed some granola breakfast bars and left . - also saved $35.00 by using Expedia.... excellent front desk clerk, i had forgotten a pocket comb and he saved me a trip to the store
