Clean room and not a bad price!
Although the room was left in perfect condition, so I’m confused as to why this property is trying to hit my card for $250 when I checked out at 12p today! So stealing money from people must be their thing! Thank god I don’t allow overdraft and I keep my card locked! Jerks!

Very pleased

I'm happy with this choice that my family made to stay here at this hotel. It was very nice. Clean and updated. The rooms are big and nice. The only thing I wish would have been better is the laundry area. Theres only one washer and dryer. Other guests can be inconsiderate when it comes to using the machines. They don't come back for their laundry. You're stuck for hours checking to see if the person returns. I wish there was a larger laundry room. Some of the house keepers had a little attitude but for the most part, we were treated well. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the room was clean. They do not provide any housekeeping services unless you’re there for more than a few nights. With 4 people in my room, the garbage overflowed and not enough towels. Was told there was a shortage and would “try” to get me some more The front desk clerk was able to provide me with two extra towels, but said there weren’t a lot to give out. My two biggest issues with my stay was they were having a planned power outage for 4 hours to do work on the hotel. All this during the morning (8am-12pm) when we needed to be getting ready to head out. So we needed to wake up 2 hours extra early to be out of the hotel before they shut the power off. We essentially rented a room that we could not use during the morning The second issue I had was the closure of the pool for painting. No communication about this. Given that we had 4 children in our group and it was 90 degrees, they were we tied to get back to the hotel to jump in the pool only to be told it wouldn’t open until the weekend. Why not paint the pool in the fall when most people wouldn’t use it? Picking the hottest week in Boston to close the pool was ridiculous.
Also, be prepared to be going up and down the steps for everything. The elevator is extremely slow and busy, so you’ll wait for quite a while.

Convenient because it was right off of 495 and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Newly remodeled room was very clean and well done. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

Room was fine, except for the inexplicable absence of a trash can (even after 3 requests [one with a maid whose English may not have sufficed, but more puzzlingly two with the front desk personnel, whose promised trash receptacle never materialized in our three days there]). Location was a bit remote, with a potholed driveway shared with a Wendy's.

I had a comfortable stay for 2 days. I had to go to meetings to the city center. Fortunately, I had a vehicle but if not then the public transportation is limited in the area.

We enjoyed the room we were in it worked very well as my wife is temporally in a wheel chair. The wheel in shower was a big plus. The only issue was the elevator had no personality, the walls were covered with white board. But that is only a minor issue though.

If you like the smell of marijuana this is a great place, but since it makes me sick the only time on my vacation that I felt well was when we were off site. The staff was nice but not helpful with the situation.

New England girls trip
Wonderful trip to New England. Hotel employees were very nice and helpful. Every time I requested something as we left for the day, it was always taken care of when we got back to the hotel in the evening. I didn't do the breakfast but others in my party did. They said it has everything. and was very good. Hotel was in a great location, easy on and off the freeway and close to gas stations and places to eat.

This was my second time at this hotel. Unfortunately, I very disappointed this time. They assigned a room to me that wasn’t clean( I found socks under the sheets). Yuck!
I was given another room and I found a roach on the desk. Disgusting! My 3rd room was better until the guest next door had a violent and almost continuous cough for the 3 days I was at the hotel. So, I wasn’t able to sleep because he was so loud and disruptive. Based on how he was coughing, I suspected he had Covid and was using the room to quarantine. Terrible!

I did enjoy seeing all the families come to the hotel to support their children, in what I suppose was a sporting event. I enjoyed pulling into the hotel after attending a wedding and witnessing the children entertained in a small parking area, by parents and coaches,etc....who took the time and energy to keep them busy. The staff and the breakfast included were great. Take Care, God Bless

There was a group of adults that were loud and drinking outside the front door that went late into the night. Kids were running and yelling unsupervised in the hallways on at least 2 floors. Someone was smoking weed on the 3rd floor that permeated throughout the floor. Staff was aware of the partying right outside the door of the lobby but did nothing to calm it. Very disappointed would not stay at this location again

This property is overdue for an upgrade. The elevator was dirty and the carpet was coming up. Our room had a big wet area around the air conditioner and a foul smell. We got a different room and that one smelled like urine. The staff are doing a good job with what they have.

Room was clean. Stairways were not. We had to use the stairs a lot because only had 1 elevator and it was very slow and busy all weekend. First night the card reader for the outside doors wasn't working. Outside pool was refreshing, but a little dirty with grass. 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon there were no towels to use had to go ask for some.

Everything was more than satisfactory, particularly the staff, and we expect to return. Our only inconveniences were finding the shower soap dispenser empty the first morning, and our room not being made up after the first night. Apologies were genuine and resolution prompt.

I was assigned one room 301 when I got there it was all dirty. Came down, told the clerk, she apologized and sent me back to room 306, same thing, dirty, leftover food all over, I came down again, showed her pictures of both rooms, she then told me that "the manager resigned, they have a new manager, that's why everything is so disorganized" she then went upstairs and assigned me another room. Room 316. It was frustrating and I will never go back to a place like that. My next step is to call corporate.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and very quiet.
1. The deep pothole on the entrance drive has been there for months and is dangerous. Have it filled.
2. Fix the printer in the little business area. It's been broken for months.
3. Open the breakfast area again and don't blame it on Covid. The selection of items was satisfactory.
4. I was not offered any maid service and had to request fresh towels after 5 days.
5. Please have the desk folks explain the rate at check-in so we aren't surprised at check-out. This has been a sore spot each stay. The rate changes daily which is unacceptable. My perdiem rate doesn't change daily, why would the hotel rate?

Don’t waste your time or money

The room was clean and nice enough, but the toilet barely flushed, had to hold the handle down for about 30 seconds to get it to go down. There was no hairdryer in the room and when we asked at the front desk, it took them a while to find one and they said to return it as soon as possible because it was the only one they had. What kind of hotel doesn’t have a hairdryer in the room nowadays? So the next day when I needed the hairdryer again, I called down to the front desk again and it was a different person who had NO idea why my room had no hairdryer in it…she said every room should have a hairdryer in it and she was shocked that the girl the day before said what she did. Not very consistent. With so many options for hotels in the area, I’d probably stay somewhere else next time, if only because of the water issue with the toilets.

We were very disappointed in the rooms condition. The room smelt musty and the carpet was damp and wet in some areas. We asked for more pillows and weren’t able to get any. We were also only given 1 towel and there was no trash bin. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and responsive.

It is an older property that is not in a great location (lots of freeway noise). Rooms are dated and small, air handling is via a wall mounted unit that is noisy and blows directly onto the bed (hard to sleep). The carpet and furniture was pretty dated. Probably won't be using again unless absolutely must.

Very slow to get hot water. Indifferent check in. When I checked out and complained about the very long time to get hot water in the shower and the sagging shower curtain rod which caused the shower curtain to collapse to the center, causing the shower to spray all over the bathroom, the desk clerk said, "Okay."

a/c had a smell. house keeping no habla response when asked to swap towels, breakfast was mostly non existent. elevator right next to front desk was crowded/congested. big pot hole at entrance.will take your alignment out. sleep machine/ clock nice touch. tv guide button not working, i slept better here than at other hotels

Awful, stay away.
When checking in we were questioned why our reservation was under Cyndi instead of Cynthia. They treated us as though we were stealing a customers room at the ritz Carlton. Then when we asked to use the pool (that should have been open already) we were told she would go out and unlock it, never got done even asking a second time. Will never go back, extremely disappointed and would prefer a refund.
