They dod a great job
Hotel was clean and well maintained.
Staff were courteous and very helpful.
Both of the shuttle drivers I rode with were very pleasant and did a great job.
Breakfast was outstanding.
Will definatly stay again.

The hotel was clean, staff was terrific. But our room had a lot of broken things. Heater didn’t work at all. Shower leaked all night and bathroom lock was broken.

Make sure to reserve your spot on the shuttle
Chose this hotel specifically for its location and free shuttle to the airport as it was an unexpected layover due to canceled flights. Upon our arrival we asked the front desk if we needed to make a reservation for a 6 AM shuttle the next morning and they said no, the shuttle runs continuously starting at 6 AM. When we went down in the morning, we were told we had needed to make a reservation and there was no more room for us on the shuttle and the next opening wasn’t until 7:30. While we were waiting outside to get an Uber, the shuttle pulled up and we explained the situation, and the driver was very nice and was able to squeeze us on. Otherwise, this hotel is very clean and provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. I do wish the breakfast started earlier than 6 AM.

Entire hotel is great. Breakfast was nice, room was clean, staff friendly. But why do they have to keep a divisive political show on the breakfast room TV? Seems like you’re gonna make half of the people in the room unhappy.

Really clean place, Jesus front desk really nice help me to check in earlier. The only issue was V the girl in charge of serving breakfast gave me attitude all time not to nice and didn’t even wanted to give me her complete name when I asked. Front desk personnel really nice 👍 and attentive. Would stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express never disappoints
Great staff, clean hotel, fresh breakfast w lots of options. Long term parking at hotel is great as is the shuttle service to airport from hotel.

It’s great hotel, convenient location near the airport, just a minor needs to improve is parking space bigger for the SUV easier enter to park. Room the coffee maker not working. Other than that it’s a great place.
I’m will come back.

I booked this hotel as the location was convenient to the airport with a shuttle service, and it was advertised as a "suite." There is no suite - just a sleeper sofa next to the bed. The sleeper sofa was absolutely NOT COMFORTABLE with every spring able to be felt even when touching it as we pulled it out. This should not be able to be counted as a bed, so do not try to have anyone sleep on the pullout sofa. I ended up buying another room.
ALSO - the hotel shuttle slots to the airport were already taken by the time we checked in at 5pm, so we had to schedule an Uber to the airport for a $58 reserved fee (way too high) since I needed to leave at 4am with a family of 4. I booked this hotel just to shuttle for an early morning flight, so this was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Don't stay here, pick the other holiday inns
I requested shuttle pick up and driver refused to pick me up . I interacted with the other holiday inn driver that stopped to pick their people but this hotel's driver left me stranded for an hour and refused to pick me up. The desk person promised to reimburse me for the ride and didn't follow through with that either. However, breakfast was good.

Close to Sky Harbor Airport was nice. On our first stay at the beginning of our trip the door lock did not work. Had to change rooms. On our return trip, the sheets on the bed were stained. Had to change rooms again. The morning breakfast was not good. Probably would not stay there again.

We chose the property to have an early morning shuttle to the airport. I called ahead to ask about how it worked and was told to give my time at checkin. Upon arrival we were told that yes there is a shuttle but it is fully booked. Same story for the person ahead of us. They dismissed the idea of running extra shuttles. No, they did not offer the option of booking a seat when I called. The room is clean and fine for an airport hotel. But terrible customer service and a significant additional cost to have to make other arrangements.

We had a great experience after a long weekend of traveling across the state. The shuttle was great-getting us back from the airport after dropping off our rental car, taking us to dinner that evening & then to the airport the next morning. It was clean & the beds were comfy

First ... there are at least 4 Holiday Inn Express locations around the airport. Second, no phone number is available for the reserved property without a deep dig and definitely missing from the Expendia website. Then the directions from the night clerk were unclear and/or inaccurate.

The staff was unusually friendly and engaging for a hotel these days. We were there for a daylong meeting and a little relaxation and work around it. It was perfect for that. Beautiful outdoor space, very pretty and comfortable room with great beds! All around terrific!

I stayed here while visiting family. Overall, it was a great stay. Each staff member I interacted with was amicable and welcoming. And let's remember the continental breakfast. It was one of the best I have in any US hotel.

I went after breakfast was over but still saw good in the kitchen area. I thought about getting a bagel for my little girl since she had not yet eaten. But the lady working in that area came out and rudely said “Breakfast is over” so I left. I understand that there is a set time for breakfast however if the service has already been paid for I believe there could be a few exceptions and there is a more polite way to get the point across. Also, I noticed there was only one person working in that area dealing with many tasks with a full house and I’m sure it can be overwhelming and it could be why this employee seemed pretty irritable.

We took a late flight from Chicago, arriving in Phoenix at 11:00 p.m., and your hotel was the only one near the airport that offered shuttle service after 11:00. Great service and very comfortable bed/linens.

Clean and spacious rooms. Welcoming lobby area. Easy check in and parking. Free breakfast with good coffee. Convenient airport shuttle that runs all hours except betweeb 1 and 3 am. We were really impressed with this place. Also loved the eco friendly refillable Dove lotion, soap, shampoo ect. Recommend and would stay again.

I paid quite a bit for this hotel and it wasn’t super updated. It was banged up. The pool area was old and not inviting at all. I went to breakfast at 7 only a bit after it was opened and there wasn’t anything but oatmeal and veggie omelets. Every other item was already gone. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to cook my oatmeal. I had to go to my room to microwave it. There were crumbs on my couch. The cleaning staff was pretty noisy at 9 for over an hour outside my room. It was distracting while I tried to relax in my room.

Great hotel
Stay in Arizona to come what the Houston Astros play the diamondbacks. Hotel was right by airport and shuttle was available. Hotel was not far from stadium and places to see and eat as well. Very clean and good service. Good breakfast definitely a place to come back to.

Phoenix overnight stay for airport.
Stayed here overnight to get a flight out early the next morning. I was stressed about getting the car rental returned and getting back to the hotel. The receptionist at Holiday Inn could not have made the process easier! She gave me a paper that showed how to drive to the car return, where to go to get the hotel shuttle for pick up and the number to call, the shuttle arrived very quickly, the driver provided me with an ice cold bottle of water! So kind. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable. We rested well and did not stress at all about getting to the airport on time. The shuttle took us at 3:30am to the airport, could not have been easier or more stress free than that! Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely great value hotel for overnight stay while in and out of the airport. Room spotless, bathroom mould around corner of shower, but not bad. Didn’t really use the other facilities . Advertises bar/ lounge and restaurant but these are at sister Hilton Hotel, but literally 20 yards away from side door. Nice buffet breakfast and airport shuttle was ideal. All in all , excellent value and nice area compared to others we stayed in.
